If you have any other options, use them. Ive been trying to get them to take care of the paperwork so my husbands bi-pap can be ordered. Its been weeks and all I get are promises and (I suspect) outright lies.
This company is a joke they say things are getting done and months later things are still at square one.
After not submitting claim to insurance I was charged full price to my credit card 12-2019 fast forward 6 phone calls to 6-2020 I was told I am to receive a credit but through the mail cause they can’t refund back to my card and it will take 2 weeks to receive. 7-2020 two phone calls later was told it can take 6-8 weeks and is awaiting manager approval who won’t be in office for four days and to call them YET AGAIN. Do you think I will be credited for the interest in my credit card for the last 7 months? Most likely not cause it’s my fault I used a credit card and not a check right?! It’s ok Lincare cause I only need my CPAP to BREATHE my finances are not important to you either...
THE WORST billing dept we have ever dealt with! They refuse to submit claims to insurance. We have been threatened with bills going to collections that are 4 and 5 months old that have never been submitted to insurance for payment. We are not going to pay until insurance has paid their part, which cannot happen if nothing is submitted! It is now December and we still have bills from August through the present that have yet to be submitted to insurance, so therefore we cannot send them to our HRA for reimbursement either. Thankfully the CPAP is paid for now after a very long year of dealing with these people and a new med supply business just opened locally so we can be done with this joke of a business as soon as these outstanding bills get through insurance!!
Had a very good experience getting my mother 02 and nebulizer...they were very easy to get ahold of I was never on hold and the ladies in the office are amazing and so friendly...I highly recommend this company as they have really showed that they care about my mother
No one seems to have a clue how to operate their new computer system. BUT they did their best and we now have oxygen for my bride.
They are the worst they never answer the phone i was on hold for 30 min and hung up
The wait times are extremely long and some very rude women on the phones. Jeff helps us very well. I just do t know how much longer I will stay with this company. Not happy again have been on hold waiting 25 minutes and hung up!
I had a communication problem with them. It took too many calls with long hold times to get answers about a letter from them.
