Brad is the sales rep and very knowledgeable and nice, made sure we got everything we wanted and didnt try to sell us a bunch of stuff we didnt.Blake, Joey, and Josh were one time, professional and didnt leave a mess. They were quick and thorough, installation of all 17 windows was completed in a timely manner. My windows are beautiful and I am so happy. Using them next time as well.

They are the only place that I found willing to do custom windows for our house. They are very reasonable on prices and do excellent work and service. Highly recommend them. Wish Id gotten all my windows through them.

We recently replaced our whole home windows with Window World. We appreciate the business Scott runs, no high pressure sales tactics, no pricing games, just an honest price for honest work. Good service. We bought our windows a few years ago, one of the seals failed. They promptly and courteously ordered a replacement window. We did have to wait 6 weeks for its arrival but the other window was working fine so it was fine. Delivered professionally with a smile. 🙂

We had window world replace our sliding glass door a year ago. I try to wait a year before leaving a review to make sure it’s accurate. The door has no drafts, no problems except an occasional squeak when you open or close it. Our dogs and kids ruined the first screen door and they even came out and fixed it quickly. We got the kind with the blinds between the glass (because dogs and kids) and it was a really great decision! I only wish they offered windows with integral blinds or with the blocking you turn on/off with a switch because now we need a window replaced.

Called and set up and appointment to get a quote to have 15 windows done and then they never showed up for the appointment. Called and they said I was never in the system even called back and got the same girl I booked with and she had no idea what happened. Ridiculous will never recommend to anyone.

Get service and windows. Ours came in about a month sooner than expected with all the delays from COVId. They put them in in under 4 hours and noticed one part was bowed and ordered a new one before even leaving or us noticing. Used them twice would use them again in a instant.

We had two broken windows and a sliding glass door that needed to be replaced. When they came to do the quote they showed up on time. Answered all my questions and were very curtious. Have us an 8 week timeline. In exactly 8 weeks all was ready. They showed up on time for the install. Very quick and professional installation. We were very happy with Window World. The company says what they do and does what they say. Window world is a privately held business and it is ran with the customer in the loop. Communication with the customer is the best in Rockford. Consider going into window treatments as well. You wouldnt believe the nonsense I just went through obtaining coverings for our new patio door.

Ordered windows on 10/31/2019. Was to be installed between Christmas and new years. They were closed two weeks for holidays and was told that when windows were ordered . Called December 27th. They said it would be another 4 weeks.Salesman would not even call me back. Installed them on January 23.Installer was a subcontractor that did a great job. I would not recommend window world and will never use again.Windows seem to be ok.

The woman that helped to schedule the install was also very courteous.The installers were great. They called to let me know they were coming and they did everything quickly and efficiently. They were very respectful of us and our curious animals and to ensure they did not escape. They protected everything with drop cloths. Once they were done, they were sure to clean up all of the mess, even any dust they made. I would HIGHLY recommend anyone to use them.

The guys that came out to replace all of our windows were very professional and worked like a well oiled machine. I have and will recommend them, especially if you are looking to replace at a reasonable cost. By leaving the existing frame our original oak moulding around our windows, the tile around our kitchen window and our exterior stone work were all left intact. For me, that was the biggest bonus and selling point to these windows. It has only been about a month and we havent endured a Midwest winter yet, but with their warranty, I dont think there is much to worry about.

Weve had these guys out to replace the majority of the windows in our house and they just finished up with the siding. All of the products and installs look tremendous and they stand by their work. We called about a slow leak in one of the windows that we noticed during a rainy day. Scott (the owner) was at our door with one of his installers before the rain even stopped and they had the leak repaired immediately. Both the window and siding crews have been professional and kind. My 4 year old daughter was sad when the siding was finished, saying that shes going to miss those guys since they were so sweet to her. Steve (siding installation lead) even parked their work truck in the street so that my daughter could have more room to ride her bike in the driveway - we didnt ask him to, he just did. We have one or two more rounds of windows left before the house is done and we are definitely going with Window World for these and we will recommend Scott and his teams to anyone who asks. We have had window world install Windows in our first and our second home and would hire them again and again. They do quality work at a decent cost and you cant beat the lifetime warranty. Ive had to call them for both houses for minor issues and theyve come right out, in a timely fashion, to look at and fix the issues. Great cost and an excellent product! Everything- from the representative to the installation- has been a pleasure. Our windows were installed very quickly, by a friendly, efficient, and clean crew. We were told the crew might need to return the next day because they were a man down (he was in the hospital) and we had 21 windows to install, yet the work was completed by midafternoon on a very hot and humid day.We may be replacing our doors soon, Window World of Rockford will be one of our first calls.

We had windows installed by Window World of Rockford and had a horrible experience. We were told by the salesman we would be getting new replacement windows. When I arrived home (after the work was done), Window World had installed what is a called a sash pack. Its not what we ordered or expected.We looked into filing a complaint with the Illinois States Attorney, but unfortunately it wasnt worth fighting. Its frustrating that a company like Window World can mislead customers and get away with it.

Great price and excellent customer service! The lifetime guarantee is incredible and even covers screen replacement and glass breakage. The financing was quite easy as well and definitely worth while (as long as you pay the balance off within the promotional period).

8 windows and gutters with the leaf shield. Simply amazing for less!Professional, fast, courteous, detailed, and you would never know they were there, save for the fantastic results;1) The windows seal out weather and NOISE! They operate flawlessly year after year.2) The gutters with guards are much better than you would expect. Neighbors opted for the DIY kits, and their gutters look like porcupines when the Maple Helicopters arrive. They still have to get up on the roof to clean them. Mine have never needed cleaning.To those tempted by the Buy one, get one free offers... think about being overcharged when the best sale is not on, and, do you really know what the best price is? I chose the best price all the time installer, and I am glad I did!

I am a very satisfied Window World, Rockford customer.From the salesman, Ed (a great, no pressure guy), to Maria (talked to on the phone many times), to Joel, Al and the rest of the crew (very hardworking, detail oriented and professional) to Scott the owner-everyone did a super job in getting me fantastic windows for a very reasonable price. There were initially concerns with the city inspector, who made the crew install the windows in a much more labor intensive way. But once that got figured out, Scott had Joel and his crew do everything the city required, which took probably 3 times the normal time and tons more material. It ended up being a HUGE job! The weather was so hot too, but the whole crew kept positive and worked so hard to get the job done right and as quickly as possible.The windows are AMAZING! I ordered mostly triple pane windows, but some of the really large ones could only come in double pane, because of the weight. The difference in the temperature in the house is truly remarkable. My living room/dining room has very high cathedral ceilings with lots of huge windows. Before getting new windows those rooms were always so much hotter on a warm, sunny day-even with cellular shades on all of the windows. Now, even though I have no shades on any of those windows yet, the temperature in those rooms is the same as in the rest of the house! I knew they were going to make a big difference in the comfort level of the house, but had no idea they would make this much difference! First off we were very impressed by how quickly the windows were made and ready to be installed. Literally a full month earlier than estimated. Additionally we were further impressed at the speed they were installed. Two man crew got all 18 windows installed in roughly 6 1/2 hours! And the price was well lower than what it would have been if I had done them myself! I rated them at a four though simply because not as much caulking was done as I had the impression would be done. Doesnt effect the air tightness of the windows, just a little thing I noticed.

How do you think ur selling the best for less... abc allside menards they all cheaper then you... you guys could only name one company higher then you... am I the only one calling out on this. like 150 dollars a window at menards... whats ur average cost? The installer was in a hurry as he left tubes in the yard. He tried putting the wrong window in the master bedroom. Then proceeded to ask, who puts this type of window in a bedroom? Excuse me but it isnt his house. Then he left holes in the wood on all windows. When paying what we did, you wouldnt expect cotton balls filling them. So in a nutshell the job is not complete.

Al and nicole were on time they put down tarps and took their time with installation cleaned up after themselves al showed me the floor beneath the door frame it was as good a new he said there was no need to replace it.so far the doors have functioned properly no complaints.

I replaced 10 windows and 2 sliding patio doors in my Rockton house. Installation was great, never had a problem for ten years, so far. One window was broken accidentally and I called Window World asking for a replacement since my windows have a lifetime warranty, spoke to Stephanie, she was extremely courteous, found the exact window to be fixed in her records and ordered it for me. Thats outstanding customer service, keep up the great work Window World!!

Had all our windows replaced - a window added plus a garden window put in our kitchen. Love them all - especially the garden window. The installers were very professional and answered all our questions. They did a very good job of making sure they cleaned up all debris from the old windows.

I only gave 1 star because they did a pretty good job on my windows but Ive referred them to my Son and 2 neighbors and they have done a TERRIBLE job and still havent completed the work!! All 3 referrals have been brought the wrong Windows!! Seems as though they lost the ability to read a Tape Measure!!?? When I refer someone its like giving my word!! HUGE mistake I wont make again!!

Nice job, I would recommend them to anyone that is looking for great quality windows...I had wood windows, they matched the shade to vinyl, and you cant tell they arent wood! I can even clean them from the inside, which is great for 2nd floor windows! They guys were great, and worked quickly.
