Lask is taking very good care of our roofing issues.

I hired Lask to do my 52 square roof. They were competitively priced and had me on the schedule in 2 weeks. A crew of 7 showed up promptly in the morning and got right to work. In 1 day they had the roof stripped, underlayment down, and half of the shingles up. Day 2 they arrived promptly in the morning and had everything finished that evening. It was hot and these guys worked their buts off. They were professional, respectful, and had a smile on their face. I have done some roofing and enjoyed watching them as they worked in harmony. This was not an easy roof as there are many hips and valleys, and even a trouble spot that needed to be steel. Extra venting was installed to make sure it was done right. They did everything correctly and didnt cut corners. The roof looks fantastic! If I ever have any issues I am confident that Lask will stand by their quality work. I was impressed with this company and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new roof.

I had the Gutter Helmet installed 5 years ago. I have some problems with the Gutter Helmet leaking on a section of the roof. The Gutter Helmet supposedly has a lifetime warranty. I had called with the problem. A person came out and looked and said I needed to replace the section due to damage. I called and asked to meet with Lask employee that did the inspection to explain damage. I had a time set up to meet, no show. Called again to setup a time never received a return phone call. Called the office and left a message to speak to Adam Lask. No return phone call. Still waiting. Evidently they dont stand behind their product or work and care less about the customer. Very poor customer service

Lask did my roof and did an excellent job and was very quick too. They started and finished the job the same day and I had two layers to be removed, extra vents to be put in, and some boards needed replacing. Their crew were very efficient and did an excellent job on clean up also. Even the small pieces of shingles were gathered up and taken away. They werent the lowest quote however, I did feel the extra expense was worth it.

Lask installed Gutter Helmet on my home roughly 5 years ago and I am happy to say that after all this time I have not had one single issue with them! The service was quick, attentive, and the product has done it’s job efficiently. I will be referring Lask Roofing and Siding, Inc. as well as the Gutter Helmet product itself to everyone that is in search of a solution for never having to clean their gutters again!

Got 3 quotes and most were similar in price. I went with Lask because they were flexible in some of the pricing areas and quick to respond to questions. They told us before hand when they were having supplies delivered and when they would start. They were always on time and very respectful of our outside landscape and privacy. It was a messy job since they had to remove 2 older layers of shingles and replace some plywood sheets. They worked long hours and hit it done in 2 days. They did a great job cleaning up. Roof looks great and would highly recommend.

A couple of years ago my mother had them install gutter helmets and love them. They were very nice and professional answered all of her questions and finished the job in a timely manner. No more climbing a ladder to clean the gutters. Would I recommend them? Yes definitely. Thank you Lask Roofing.

Thanks for not calling me or taking my emails. I have been trying for almost 2 years to have my window warranty and after the rep came out and said it was cover under the warranty. I have heard every story in the book. I bought the windows because of life time warranty now I need it because the seal has failed Lask keeps blown off. Im so glad I didnt have lask do anything else to my home Thanks for not care about you customers. And now I have to find a window company that wont just take your money then went you need them to warranty a window blow you off. Thank Lask Roofing for my bad window what a waste of 2 years of calling.

We called them a week and a half ago. They got back to my husband and promised a day they would come out for a roof estimate. They never showed and we have heard absolutely nothing from them despite messages left .

Damaged siding first time and second never showed up

They did a minor repair to the area around our chimney. They were very honest about the work that was required. We will definitely use them for all our roof related work in the future!

Im a reasonable and patient man, but in my 48 years I have never ran across anyone with worse customer service and communication in any service industry. They blew us off not once, but twice without so much as a phone call or a text. Hopefully the waterproofing I did will hold through the weekend forecast of rain until the other company I called can come fix the problems we have.

Had a small repair. Came out next day, did a wonderful job. Would highly recommend them.

Called to have an estimate for a roof replacement. They scheduled a time and totally blew me off. Rescheduled and did the same. If I can’t get them to come to quote the job I’m sure not going to be able to rely on them to complete any work. Very disappointing.In response to your apology. No thank you. No one ever called to tell me they would not make it. I had to call the 1st missed appointment. The second missed appointment with no call that’s just rude. You can not call to tell me, but when a google review is left you jump right on it.

Hi I called Lask Roofing for a quote and Toby Lask came to our home on June 29, 2016 and said after his carpenter came out and looked at our house, which was July 5, 2016, he would get a quote to us for the roof replacement. I never heard anything from him. I called the office and left a message on July 15, 2016 and again on July 26, 2016. To this day, August 22, 2016 I have not heard one word. I would have appreciated even a call to say our house was too much work and they wouldnt be able to do it. That is a terrible way to do business.

Cut the antenna on my roof and never replaced it. Were supposed to replace the chimney facade and then rather then opening it up to check just gave me a BS excuse about it being filled with asbestos, which it was not (I had an asbestos certified HVAC contractor look at it, it was just sheet metal, not even a sign of asbestos). Basically they lied to me and did a poor job.

Lask put a new roof on and left the corner of the gutter open to rain. The ceiling of my living room caved in and they told my to contact my Home Owners Insurance - $1000 deductible was left for me to add to my $$$
