Good experience with all new windows and patio door from Kobyco last fall. Had other estimates, but better price and reviews we saw for Kobyco swayed us to try, and glad we did. Very satisfied.

10 years ago Id of given them a 5 star. Now it would get a 0 star if I could. Service was horrible from the start. The price of product is over priced. They no longer do interior doors. It was very poor poorly handled. We took our business elsewhere.

If you want quality instead of cheap for a patio awning. This is the place! From sales to ownership we had a smile throughout the deal.

Purchase (7) windows, for a total of $7,600.00, I thought the price was high (it was the highest of the three estimates) but was sold on the quality of the windows and the touted superior customer service. They were installed and a week later the crank on the kitchen window came off, I scheduled someone from Kobyco to fix it. On the day someone from Kobyco was to come out to fix it, they had a medical emergency, and wanted to reschedule four weeks later, which is totally unacceptable. I would have understood a delay of a day or two, even a week but nearly a month was unacceptable. I had them rescheduled for the next week after much gamesmanship, and they tried to delay me again, only I insisted and persisted. Kobyco eventually showed up at 7:15 p.m in he evening which was extremely inconvenient and late, considering they were supposed to be here at 1:00 p.m. my advise is the service is subpart, and as for the windows aside from the crank coming off the kitchen window all has been good.

Awesome service, incredible products! The windows are magnificent! The guys were great, the salesman was great. It was overall a fantastic experience. I highly recommend this company and their products!

Roy was very informative and provided us with lots of education on windows which we really appreciated. Kobyco offers a very sound product and we would recommend them!

Excellent workmanship on my new windows and storm door....a perfect match. One very nice surprise was a big drop in my heating and air conditioning bills. I expected improvements,.But a better than 20% drop in my gas and electric bills was MUCH BETTER than I expected. THANK YOU KOBYCO!

I have had nothing but great experiences with Kobyco. I had them do my home 10 years ago and I was very satisfied. They just completed another project for me and I couldnt be happier. The installers are very professional and courteous, especially Bill and his crew. A locally owned company with longtime experienced crews means you get quality.

The staff are very friendly and willing to answer any questions you have. The staff are not pushy for the sale and give you plenty of time to make a decision on their products. Did a great job on our new windows for our home. The workers were very kind to come on the weekend and were very professional.

I did not have the best experience with this company. I was all excited hearing all the great reviews but my overall experience was not great. While replacing windows the first day, 2 of the guys had asked to use my bathroom and of course i said yes. After they left I go into my bathroom and there are muddy shoe prints all over and pee on the toilet seat. Pretty gross. I left the mess there because they were coming back the next day. I look out my window and see my car was covered in saw dust..i have a black car...I wish I would have known this before they started cutting and I could have moved my car..so now it needs to be washed .Next day I walk around my house and i find a hole in the screen that i had to tell them about. As one guy walks in my house he said oh i thought we cleaned up better then this...I said Nope! After they left completely finished and I paid them. Later that night I walk out my back door and see they had left a big contractor bag full of garbage. And of course its to late to call them about it. Then the next morning I had to pick up more garbage in my driveway and around my house. There was insulation all around my house and clear banding strands in my driveway. For the amount of money I paid I shouldnt have to clean up after them. But other then that the people were very nice.

Have all our windows and patio slider replace and couldnt be happier. Great products, good prices, and wonderful customer service.

Really pushy salesman, but very friendly. Considering getting our windows done from here.
