Very nice but only had 1 item of what I needed I need two and only one on the shelf

Friendly staff! Went in to buy Coca-Cola because they had a great sale in their flyer! When I got up to register and checked out, the price didnt reflect the flyer price. When I commented on it being on sale starting today, the clerk called the manager and found that it was indeed on sale! Prices were changed and left a happy customer!

Not on rockton rd in Rockford reasonsare below., one on 2nd st north of riverside is good and clean, 1st one Noone goes out in entrance and picks of paper or wrappers dropped in store, always has blocked isles and people toss masks outside of store, slobs

They have so much to chose from. The store is a nice size. The prices are resonable, and They even have products that I have been unable to find in some of the local supermarkets. The workers are fun, friendly & very helpful.

Went into the store on February 24, 2018 their computer would not except my five dollar Saturday coupon they told me it was a store nationwide problem.I asked for the manager. So I came back and talked to themanager on Monday. The manager had no clue how to help me but told me to call district manager and corporate. I called the district manager and no return phone call. I called corporate was put on hold for an hour.I emailed them and done their survey. When the store first opened everybody was polite in the store was clean now when they say hello it’s like they’re doing you a favor store shelves are bare boxes in the aisles. Understaffed.

Cashier was very friendly. There sale ads are very confusing they should be more pacific of what it includes. Store with the little messy but to be expected due to the holiday season.

Staff was awesome ! They were very helpful and didnt get annoyed when I couldnt find anything because I had never been there before! Awesome ladys !

Twice i went to this location trying to buy things adding up to about $5,Lady Refused rudely to take my $20 bill, said they dont take them.I went back another day tried to buy shampoo with a $10 bill,a very rude lady said she will not break a 10 for a dollar item.IM SO DONE WITH THIS STORE.Never any business,i see why now the parking lot is always empty.RUDE STAFF DONT SHOP HERE.Dollar General is friendlier..
