I have been a long time customer of Permar and have had many interactions and used many services. Their local manager Ryan who has been there a long time is a great guy. I just call him and he makes it happen. He always answers day, night, weekend. They also sponsor local sports which is great I have seen all the teams in Ryans Office.

Service technician was knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient at completing the needed work. He provided good explanations to questions.

Adrian Ortiz and Brian Craig spent the good part of the day putting in a new system (old one was struck by lightening). My husband and I agree that we have never had more polite, considerate, and capable service people in our home! We have used Per Mar for 20+ years and have always been pleased with the service (why we chose them after the lightening strike, even after doing a lot of shopping around!). These two were the icing on the cake! Outstanding job Adrian and Brian!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ive had Per Mars alarm system in my home for almost a year now and am extremely grateful for their services. Mike Blaisdell guided me thru the entire thing - from what would work best in my home to the basics of the billing process. If not for him, I likely wouldve chosen a different service, and am grateful I did not! Thank you, Per Mar and Mike!

Our company U. S PANELS had an upgrade to our system and the technician was very professional and thorough in the installation process. It just shows the PER MAR cares about there customers. The technicians name was Adrian Ortiz. A person who I would like to have on my team!!

Horrible customer service, we are very disappointed. We have cats and were lied to that our system would work when we signed up. We have not been using our motion sensors for over a year now. We have been trying for the last 3 months to upgrade, and were willing to pay for it! But we cant get our service rep, Mary, to return our calls or e-mails, and the corporate office wont let us deal with anyone else. The billing department has no problem reaching us, but Mary in customer service cant seem to do her job. Dont get stuck in a contract, go with ADT instead.

Im going to target on the Physical Security Officer side of things. You may hear rumors that its an aweful company to work with but its all false. Ive been with The Rockford Branch for over 5 years its a great place to work for. We have a great Operation Manager, They work well arround school and your availibility. Also, if you want extra hours its always avail if needed. Yes the job can be boring at moments but, its security and thats just how the field is.. They offer great benefits for full time employees, 41Ok, Roth Ira, Paid time leave etc. They have many posts all over the Rockford Beloit region Full time or Part Time. They are always there for you if you ever need anything. Very reliable Buisness to work for..

I apply for this company back in September they keep telling me Im waiting on your background to come back meanwhile Ive also apply for another security company they did my background check it came back been working with that company for close to a year now
