Everyone knows anyone can sell you something, but it’s the support after the sale that makes the company. McHenry Savings Bank had bought a new Daktronics sign that was bigger than the old sign that it was replacing. CorPro Signs had to add on to the existing sign frame. That meant fabricating a new structure to the existing sign. CorPro Signs took to the challenge and completed a taller and wider structure.After about 5 years, McHenry Savings Bank sign had some very high winds blowing on the sign making it sway. The swaying cracked one of the structural welds. I made a call to CorPro Signs to have them come out and fix it. Here is where the customers’ service stands out. CorPro Signs looked at the weld and said we should have done better and fixed it at no charge. They could of said nothing and fixed it and billed me for it, but know they said it should have been done better and fixed it for free. Now that is Great Customer Service.
