Cannot Say enough about my recent experience with Village Auto Body Loves Park Illinois. I was kept in the loop during the entire repair and they were not satisfied until I was satisfied. On time to their quote in fact earlier than I anticipated. My truck actually looks better than new. Entire vehicle was detailed inside and out. A service I did not request but was done as a courtesy. The guys at Village Auto Body of loves Park Illinois hands down get all of my work going forward including any of my friends I will definitely steer their way. Best shop for auto body repair in the Rockford area! After I was rear ended they made my Acura look like new again. They will make sure that the insurance company doesnt screw you out of necessary repairs and they stand behind their work. Ive had other auto body shops cut corners and try to save the insurance company and themselves money, but Village Auto Body Repair is the real deal and they do a great job.

Unfortunately for me I needed auto body repair on both my cars within two days time, but fortunately for me, I took both cars to Village Auto Body. They are friendly, everything is clean, and they did a fantastic QUICK job! They replaced a drivers side mirror in less than 24 hours, and they repaired a front bumper and grill in 2 1/2 business days. They also washed and cleaned the car. I highly recommend Village Auto Body and will use them again.

Took my truck to them for hail damage repair & these guys did a great job! Not only did they do a great job on the hail damage but they also fixed a couple other imperfections around the truck for me as well. Best part was how quick they got it done though, dropped it off Monday morning & it was ready before noon on Wednesday. Truck was also thoroughly cleaned in & out before I picked it up so thats a plus! Will definitely be recommending them to friends & family & will be back for any future needs.

My 2017 Chevy Silverado was hit pretty bad on the passenger side causing quite a bit of damage. I took my truck here to be replaced and received very comforting service. I picked up my truck today and it’s back to brand new! These guys definitely deserve a 10/10 and highly recommended.

I had a small accident and messed up my jeeps front bumper, I took it to this shop because of the good reviews I saw online. The reviews are correct, I am happy I took my jeep here. I got the jeep back after a couple of days and not only was it back like new but they detailed it on top of that. Amazing work. Our 2008 Chrysler Town and Country van was in an accident. It rear ended another car and our van had damage to our bumper and grill and both needed repaired. We went to 4 different auto boy shops in the Rockford IL area. We also had some bad rust on both front quarter panels and the hood, so we asked all the body shops to give us quote and that was not going to be paid by the insurance company and would be out of pocket. Village Auto Body was 40% cheaper than the next cheaper quote, so we decided to go with Village. We had issues with our insurance company wanting us to drive to south Rockford, so they could inspect the van at their Preferred body shop. They wanted to charge us 800 more for our rust issues. Village took great care of us and already knew who our insurance adjuster would be and called him to come over to his shop, so we didn’t have to wait two weeks for an appointment. They did a great job including on fixing our rust issues and our front end looks brand new and the paint job matched perfect. We are definitely going to come back and get the rust under our doors and back quarter panels fixed there in the future. They even washed our van and waxed the van and looked brand new. On multiple occasions the owner here has gone above and beyond to help me get my vehicle back as quickly as possible in the best condition possible. Even going so far as to go in on Thanksgiving so I wouldn’t be without a vehicle over the holiday weekend. Did a paint repair on my custom motorcycle and I couldnt be happier! It has a unique paint scheme, and they were able to blend the new paint in so you cant even see there was any work done! Metal flake Paint, not an easy task!! I would recommend in a heartbeat for any paint work that you need.

Called village auto body on a limb after driving by so many years and seeing cars there, I needed some rust gone on the tailgate of my truck knowing they don’t do rust work, with out hesitation told me to stop by and see if they could help me, they said they could do it and fix it for me. Was pleased with a very affordable quote and fast turn time on a significant amount of body work last Fall. I later noticed some rust on the new work. I took it in and Kirk fixed it for no charge. As it turns out, it was due to damage from my rusty door impacting the rocker panel. The door was adjusted, the rocker panel fixed, and the rusty part of the door also fixed. I was very impressed that Kirk took care of all that when the root cause of the issue stemmed from something entirely outside of the original scope. Thank you!

I scraped my car up pretty badly. I called for an estimate and was told I could stop anytime that day. Kurt came out and gave me a rough estimate and we decided to proceed and file a claim with my insurance. Once I got the claim number, everything went super smoothly. I dropped off my car and he even drove me up the road to the car rental office, which I thought was above and beyond the usual. He took care of EVERYTHING for me with the insurance and estimates and paperwork, etc. The car was ready on the day he said it would be ready and when I drove up I couldnt believe how great my car looked! It was better looking than when I bought it (used) from the car dealer. I even have metal flake black paint that he matched perfectly. I would definitely recommend Kurt and Village Auto Body to anyone that needs bodywork.To the ladies out there: you would feel comfortable dealing with this company. Very professional!

Kurt and Junior repaired a rust spot on my Lexus and it looks like new. They went above and beyond by also repairing a bumper that was no longer in alignment. Easily the best body shop experience I have ever had. Very fast and very professional. My Corvette was backed into at work. They made sure they got everything covered the right way. Finished my suv a day sooner than the adjuster/agent allotted. They handle the in-between communication for insurance coverages so you get the correct fixings and other damages covered that may not have been noticed right away. Picked up my car to find it completely detailed inside and freshly scented. If I ever get my vehicle in a pinch again, I will be coming back to these guys.

These guys are great. They provide excellent customer service from the moment you walk in and finish it off by providing excellent repairs. I had two separate accidents within a week and they helped me save $500. My car looks brand new and my experience couldnt have felt easier.

I read about this place on the net and decided to go check it out. I just drove over there without an appointment since I work close by and asked the owner if he could do anything with my damaged bumper. I was greeted with a friendly smile and handshake and a couple of days later, I had a new bumper at a fraction of the cost I would have paid elsewhere. I was so please I brought my Cadillac in for repair of its rear bumper two weeks later. Again, he did a fantastic job at 50% of the estimate I got from one of the larger auto body shops. This is my go to place for body work from now on. Highly recommended.

However we do reserve the right to decline to estimate walk-ins where it may be clear it is being done solely for the purpose of defrauding the insurance company. He indicated 3 other shops declined to estimate his 1994 rusted Honda Accord. Our excellent and affordable service is clear by our high review rating and the quality of vehicles we work on. The only junky car that day was a rusty, paint peeled 1994 Honda, with a little hole in the bumper which was his.

Maybe my expectations were too high with my car looking like new.....Parsons, A.B.S. are first rate - or heck, even $300 Maaco spray-n-go would be a wise choice for anyone else. Pretty sure the photos on his website showcasing his work are his own vehicles - just not sure how this place is in business with shoddy workmanship and such a disregard for how to treat people / customers.

Came in to get some work done on my 2015 Mazda CX-5 which had damage to the front bumper, big scratch on the side of the car after hitting some debris on the road. After originally telling me Friday, I asked to see if they could get this done quick because my wife needed the car to go out of town. They were able to get everything done early Thursday just in time!!These guys were very responsive to communication, sent text picture updates of their progress, and worked hard with my insurance company to make sure the bill was covered. And oh yea... my car looked like new when they were done!Only negative was that they didnt have a loner car for me (smaller shop, so not too surprising), but overall I was very pleased with their work and would recommend them to others!

Walked in talked to owner in regards to fixing a couple of door dings on drivers side door. I have never used Village Auto Body before but have driven by plenty of times. Owner was to the point and got me in within 2 days. My Escalade is a pearl white and he removed both dents and matched the paint absolutely perfect! I am also in business and have very high expectations when being a customer. The shop was totally professional and did an A+ job!

Great experience and great serivice. Took my car in for hail damage and the car came back looking better than new. Dropped it off just before I had to leave the country with the expectation that it would not be worked until the week I came back since it was a last minute drop off (call Thursday, drop off Friday); however, when I came back into the country the following weekend, I received a call on the Monday (I was expecting the work to begin) to find out that my car was all done and ready for pickup! Very pleasant suprise.Village worked very well with my insurance taking care of all the details and provided over and above on my car details both inside and out. I have since had many statements of the car being a new one even though I have had it for four years.I will definitely be coming back to Village for all my auto needs.

They complete repairs quickly & correctly!! I had an issue with my seat not moving after a door replacement. The pulled it back into the shop & corrected the problem right then. It was just a loose wire connection.

Kirk is the owner of V.A.B. their work is less than quality. prices are cheap!! thas a bonus, but the work is cheap to match pricing. i had to take my body repair to another shop to have the fisheye or whatever they called it fixed. before coming here, make sure you check out the bigger shops in town - theyre much higher quality. insurance will take care of it... unless youre uninsured and going for cheap cheap - i wouldnt go here.

I originally stopped by because it was close to work, but Im glad I did cause Kirk does some great work for a solid price. Will definitely go back if I need auto body work in the future.

My 2016 GMC Terrain was T-boned badly a week ago. The drivers side door was smashed into the front seat and my SUV looked REALLY bad. I took it to VAB and was VERY pleased. I got a quick estimate, communication during the repair was great and they completed the job ahead of schedule! The cherry on top was when I picked my car up they had it detailed. It was so clean I hated to drive it off the lot in this crummy February weather. I would highly recommend VAB and will take all future auto body business there!
