Im a scale model artist and this place is conveniently located for when I need to buy emergency supplies. The staff is always welcoming and super helpful they helped me find the window screen I needed for my future project!

As soon as I walked in, a young man asked me what I was looking for and walked me straight back to the correct aisle. Another gentleman helped me find the correct nuts for the bolts I was buying and wrote up a receipt so I could just give it to the cashier! Its hard to get amazing service like that these days. Also super convenient being right down in Loveland. Thank you for everything

I love coming into this store, there is usually someone available right away to help you find what you need, and if they dont have it they can help you get it. I appreciate that they are local people and I like shopping here because of that, but if you dont usually come here I can see it maybe being off-putting. They really do just want to help, and I appreciate how friendly they are.

In a very strange incident, my one and only car key broke in half. Despite closing in ten minutes, the staff at Ace Hardware welcomed us and were very helpful in figuring out a key replacement. Due to the car key being a ChipKey, Nova graciously offered to help past hours to program the new key for my car, which wasnt at the store. The staff here is very kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. A big shout out to Nova, thank you for your service!

I dont usually shop at ACE, since another store is closer to me, but I needed something that ACE specifically carried. The people there were so friendly and helpful! Definitely am coming back.

This is a first stop for me for smaller needs. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. You will spend more then going to big box. With that said for major purchases go to big box, you will save at least 10%.But good luck getting help in a big box, cant find help with a search warrant. Will continue to use my local ace as a first go to for small needs such as bolts, nuts, adhesives, paints, drill bits, and other needs.

This is my first stop for my hardware needs. I try to avoid the big box stores as their customer services are lacking and I would rather support a local small business. The employees are well trained and will be fast to help or offer suggestions. The will even have better products that are not carried in the big stores. If they dont have a product they will most likely be able to order it. Parking is not an issue and they will help you carry your purchases so your car if you arms are full. I recommend you give them a try. You wont be disappointed.

Ace Hardwares the first place I stopped when I need something. The staff is extremely friendly, they even have a store cat named Ace. the few times I have not found the solution of my problems they were very helpful and suggesting and what I should do. I would write them as one of the best businesses in Loveland.

Everyone here was very helpful and knowledgeable. I came in to get supplies to hang up a heavy mirror and they help me find everything I need to hang it up. They were very nice and they got me in and out in no time. I was able to put the mirror up with ease thanks to their help.

Got waited on immediately no waiting. Pleasant and courteous. Got 3 dog licensesAnd was in and out in about 10 minutes. Would highly recommend going here. I will definitely go back for other needs.

Yes, the location is very convenient for me. However, I was reminded of previous trips to this store that are not great. The person who was trying to help me was very disappointing, they tried to show me scrapers & putty knives when I asked for color matching filler sticks, and wanted to walk me to adhesives when I asked for paste wax. The good news is that they did have all of the items on my shopping list.

They always have what i need and its nice to just drop into a small location and be in and out vs a huge big box that takes extra time. The nice thing about this location is that they are customer focused and that’s a big advantage when your trying to get the right tools for the job. The prices aren’t always the lowest but they are with in a few dollars which is worth the time you save. The parking is convenient and you can usually get a space right up front.

Ace is a good local hardware store. They cant always guarantee the lowest prices but they do make an honest attempt to sell USA manufactured products if available - which says a lot in my opinion. The companys staff is friendly and honest as far as I can tell. Ill definitely be shopping here regularly.

I love this place. They ask ME if they can help instead of hoping and praying you find someone like when you are at Lowe’s or Home Depot. They don’t have everything, but they have a lot. They also have great sales and door busters around the holidays.

When this store opened, I was thrilled to see a hardware store returning to this site. Unfortunately, the sales staff is very unfriendly. Its well stocked, but ask someone for help, and you get the impression that you are bothering them. Go to Goshen.

The Ace hardware in Loveland Ohio had everything that I needed the customer service was of exceptional quality and is something that I would recommend to anyone that has any kind of generic need for pretty much anything hardware-related

Have gone here 3 times for plumbing parts. The staff that I encountered have been EXCELLENT - very knowledgeable and they stay with you until you get the parts that you need instead of just telling you youll find that in aisle 5....In the past I have always gone to Home Depot/Lowes. I will now go back to Ace Hardware in Loveland in the future for any of my hardware needs. Keep up the good work Ace!

I bought an older home in the area 3 years ago, so I have been a frequent visitor to this Ace, and have always been impressed by the helpfulness of the service. Today I was driving past and happened to have the door to my dryer in the back of my car. I replaced a broken part in the door, but had a lot of difficulty getting the door reassembled! I stopped in to Ace, thinking maybe they could help, and Bruce helped me for 20 minutes to get the very troublesome door back together!Ace doesnt have the aisles and aisles that Home Depot or Lowes does, but I love the service you get at this store. Today was just a great example of it!

Every thing is over priced and the owner accused me of stealing because i did not by the garbage product they had. Then the owner of the store followed me into another store and told them to watch me. He then continued to insult me. Worst shopping experience i ever had. But the joke is on them i spend a lot of money at hardware stores and never stole in my life!!!

The staff here has always been incredibly helpful with home repair tips! And several times Ive left spending a lot less than I thought Id have to because they showed me how to fix it for a lot cheaper. For example, I had a leaky drain in the kitchen, figured Id have to replace the whole thing. Brought in all the parts, and they showed me that a simple two dollar rubber part was worn out and sold me a replacement, and made sure I knew how to put it on correctly

The lady was so rude & kicked us out for being the the bathroom to long .BUT THERE WAS GREATTTT PHONE CHARGING SERVICE SO THANK YOUUUU. We went to look for paint after and she told us just to leave and not come back . Then we were standing outside and then 3 people opened the doors and looked at us . They were so rude .
