Great customer service!Had stopped by bc someone had posted here that they had vegan choc ice cream, but when we stopped all they had was sorbet. Was looking for decadent vegan options.

We arrived after closing time and the 2 employees that were working continued to serve customers! That was so awesome and going above and beyond! The only complaint I have is the ability to do a custom tip while paying with a card. My order was 4.60 and 25% was 1.21 and splitting that between two people is just not enough. Make this change so that your awesome employees can receive what they deserve for their amazing customer service!!

Used to love paciugos until they changed owners, the Gelato doenst taste the same the customer service is ok for the moat part all the girls there are friends and helpful. My biggest issue is that the prices are ridiculous for the low quality. The new owner hasnt been the friendliest person either. Every time we have gone in we tip the girls and are very appreciative of their service, but charging 10 bucks for 2 cups of milk is absolutely ridiculous!

Strolling through quiet Centerra on a Saturday afternoon with my sisters and their daughters, I was the fun aunt and suggested pre-dinner dessert. Three little ones, all under the age of 5, agreed it was a fantastic idea.Most of the flavors looked great, but are dairy-based. For us lactose-free folk, there were some good options as well. I had the vegan dark chocolate and strawberry sorbet as a half-and-half small serving.One of my nieces chose a sophisticated flavor because the name looked pretty (Amaretto) and it was too much for her. I thought she had chosen Nutella...we should have steered her toward her palette more.There was a sampling of the limon gelato that I got a taste of, and it was fresh and not too sweet. I like more fruit than sugar in my desserts.The best surprise was the delicious macaron, just plain vanilla packed with flavor. I haven’t met a macaron that I’ve liked...until now. Chewy, dense yet light, and sweet. Bravo!Cute little shop that I’m glad we stopped at for a bite.

The best presentation out of any Cream shop I’ve ever been too. The best looking treats I’ve ever seen. Very tasty as well. I can’t wait to come back. First time I tried the chocolate raspberry and found it scrumptious.

Amazing gelato and sorbet, great employees, and good seating. The cones are delicious and the macrons are great. This is the only ice cream place i go to now. I would definetly recommend this to anyone.

Paciugo is an Italian-inspired dessert shop specializing in gelato. They have a large selection of flavors with dairy-free options as well. We go every month or so and they are always good at rotating flavors if not coming up with new ones. For those not interested in gelato they offer coffee, tea, and pastries; such as macarons, cookies, and muffins. Their hot chocolate is THE BEST.Though pricey, the quality is very good and well worth it. Service is always fantastic as well. Its a must for anyone with a sweet tooth

We stopped here after lunch nearby, what a tasty treat after. I love gelato and this place is lovely. They have so many good flavors to choose from. I will need to come back again soon to try more. Yum.

Great Gelato only problem is they cycle through my favorite 2 flavors so they are on the opposite days so I cant get both in one day.

I am a fan of Paciugos gelato but feel like I got hit with a bait and switch at their Free Waffle Cone. They had a big sign on the door for a free cone but I was surprised to be charged $5 per cone for the gelato in the cone....huh??? Not impressed

We ordered a cold Chai Latte, a Chocolate Milkshake, and a Cookies and Cream Milkshake. They were drinkable, and ok but I was expecting much better when it comes to an Italian Gelato place.

This place is OK. When we went the staff was not very friendly and seem annoyed at the fact that my husband and I came in and interrupted thier oh so important conversation on whether they should text some one back. The Gelato is simple but ok. Due to the lack of customer service we will not be going back.

Im not one to write reviews, but my family and I felt so underwhelmed by the customer service I felt obliged to. When we walked into the shop, two young ladies were leaning over the counter visibly texting on their phones and didnt even glance up to greet us. We felt far from welcomed as they barely said a word to any of us and seemed quite irritated to be helping us. As more customers began filing in behind us, another young lady with short hair and glasses came out from the back and instantly greeted us with a smile and asked if there was anything else she could get us. Although this third employee made up for the negative experience with the first two, we had felt as if we were a bother to the employees and chose to sit outside. The gelato was delicious, but unfortunately I dont believe any of us will be returning to a place we dont feel welcomed.

Its always what you expect. Good and friendly. Must go and try it.

Horrible customer service.I bought ice cream for $60 and they said they wanna charge me for a couple water.I’m a business owner and I know you can’t change a paying costumer for a water .

It was good but they were out of stuff. Things as simple as bananas for smoothies they have advertised on the wall. When you asked the girls a question they were snippy and they didnt seem like they enjoyed their jobs. Not a good vibe We wont be going back

Although I love their gelato Im writing this review because of the customer service. My husband forgot his wallet at this place with $500 in it late in the evening. He didnt realize it until the next morning. We called the shop and the person working identified the wallet with his id and stated he would keep it in a safe until we got there to pick it up. Everything including the $500 was in the wallet and I cant thank the employees enough for their morals and high values to not help themselves to the easy money. Thanks again!

We come here when we shop at Centerra a lot! Very good flavors and my kids love it. A little pricey for what you get. My son and I had 2 regular cups today and it was a little over $10.

Talk about the worst service there is! First of all, they didn’t greet us. Not a single employee out of the four that were just standing there. They were rude when I asked for a sample. Kept telling me “hold on” in a rude tone of voice.There was also a lady who was behind us. They didn’t want to help her because they were “helping us” with the samples. Remind you, there was 4 girls and not willing to help the lady behind us. We decided to leave, as we were leaving one of the girls (bigger with dark hair) asked the other girl (blonde with classes and a bull nose ring) if we left she rolled her eyes making the nastiest face because we didn’t stay for ice cream. Of course not! Not with that horrible service!sadly, the lady that was behind us left very UPSET because they have slammed her ice cream.Ridiculous, not acceptable. The only reason this gets a ONE star is because I had to or other wise it would NOT let me leave a review.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! Not planning on coming here again.. I usually would not leave a review since I know how this can affect your company.. I felt very discriminated with the 4 employees that where not doing there job. We took the kids to get some gelato for the first time asked for some samples since we have never tried gelato and the thicker women kept saying “hold on, hold on” with a horrible attitude and gave me a horrible look and handed the sample very aggressively. Don’t think you want those type of employees working for your establishment. As we where trying the gelato I asked if there was any strawberry cheesecake and the blonde girl with glasses said “no I didn’t make that today” very rudely. A lady behind us already knew her order REMEMBER there’s 4 employees.. she asked if she could be help but one of the girls said “don’t you see we are helping them” very rudely. She ended up ordering.. then we saw that one of your employees slammed the ice cream to her.. the lady said “I refuse to take an ice cream that was slammed to me “ as she walked out we began to leave as well since we where unsure we were going to order at this point due to the poor service. Then as we walk out the door the blonde girl says “they didn’t order anything?” The thicker girl says “no” with an attitude and a smirk. My cousin heard them say that and made sure they knew we heard them and told them “ If they don’t like socializing..then this is NOT the job for you” Again won’t be coming back EVER. Sadly I had to give this a one star..just because it would not let me leave a review without it.

Very good and fresh gelato. Much better than ice cream. I had sea salt caramel but they had over 30 flavors to choose from. The gelattes are creamy. They are lattes with gelato in them.I wanted a sflogliatelle but they were sold out so I got a canoli with pistachios. Very satisfying. If you are in the area and want a treat you should stop in.

Its just like ice cream but it tastes better and is less fat overall. Cant go wrong for a cool snake or quick dessert.
