Always a great place to go. Employees are very very helpful and knowledgeable, if they dont have the answer they will find out. So many different things to choose from. Hardware store, hunting, military surplus, camping, hiking, pets, fishing....and more. Great coffee/snack shop with lots of hot/BBQ/cooking sauces and spices.

Nice store! Very large. Theyve got the good for all of your outdoor gear and sporting needs as well as fun gift items (Warmies} and nice clothing options! They had a large selection of Miss Me jeans!

The staff at this store is very knowledgeable and helpful. They have a very good selection of Colorado merchandise. This a perfect place to pick a gift for someone special or yourself. Definitely a hidden gem on the West side of town!

Tyler is exceptionally rude and lost ALL future sales with me. I will not shop at this store and suggest everyone else go to the other JAXs to purchase especially hunting tags he likes to make a huge process of purchasing even if your certified with hunter safety he make you provide hunter safety certificate even if its registered with CPW and your CID certified with hunter safety!

The new store on the west side of town is fantastic: range of products, selection of items, and people. Jax has always been one of our favorite local operations and this store only adds to our positive opinion.

If you’re gonna have your customers pick out their flies on the honor system, don’t question the customer on if they were honest to the prices. I’ll shop elsewhere after today.

We usually receive excellent customer service, have multiple people ask if were doing ok. But today not one representative asked if we were ok and even when I wondered back and forth in front of the power equipment counter looking for pull start cable I was not asked. So since I could not find any took business elsewhere that willingly assisted me.

Jax has everything from clothes for work to tack for my horses. Employees are always friendly and helpful, and the store is dog friendly!

I was looking for a couple things and couldnt find them. So an employee named Emiley came up and asked if I needed help. She worked in the clothing but she went out of her way to make sure I got everything I needed. She was so so helpful!

This is a good place to find what you need and everything else. Hardware, clothes, animal/pet supply, hiking, outdoors, hunting, fishing. Kind of like Ace, REI, and Sportsmans Warehouse combined. They carry brands that are not carried elsewhere. Great selection, and really appreciate having this store on the west end of Loveland

The staff is nice, I came in for a pistol safe and 9mm ammo but they were all out? They sold me the display and the bathrooms are clean. This place is big and I highly recommend you visit here.

Stopped in today with my pup to look for a new leash! Had a blast watching him interact with the baby chicks in the store. Hed never seen one before! Didnt have the lead I needed, but we purchased a really cute duck decoy toy he promptly tore to bits! Guess well be back soon!

Not impressed. I went in looking for a large quantity of potting soil (68 cu ft). There were 3 sales people congregated around the grills and smokers. I wandered around for a few minutes even heading outside where the bulk landscaping supplies were stored. I came back in and wandered around some more. No one even acknowledged my presence let alone inquiring if they could assist me. Went to Ace Hardware and made my purchase.Reply to Jax response:What a very generic, meaningless, and worthless response.

Helpful staff and great selection.

The associate in the camping section was very friendly and helpful. The store manager(Matt) was also very helpful. This store is huge and has everything that you would want or need for outdoor adventure! It’s been a week since I purchased the GoalZero power station and it worked amazing for my camping trip and I’ve been getting free power for my house outlets by using a solar panel and hooking up the power station to my electrical panel with a transfer switch!

Store is large and very well planned out for design. Was asked if we needed assistance multiple times by a different associate each time.

I had the pleasure of shopping at the Loveland store today on 2665 W. Eisenhower . Its huge ! Staff were very helpful and friendly. Great customer service. Not affaid to take the time to help you find what you were looking for. I shopped the housewares section, shoes, outdoor section, hardware and clothing. And what a selection of old fashion candies. I was like a kid at an amusement park. I didnt know where to go next. So many things to see !

Went in looking for food for a particular animal. 2 women were sent to help. One was very abrupt and said we dont carry everything the other Jax in town carries. The other one Michelle was very nice and said she would check into it since I wasnt the only one who had asked for it recently. I understand this, just teach your employees some manners!!!! If they dont have customers they dont stay in business. Dont know if Ill be back.

I was amazed at how much stuff this place has. Its in an old Kmart building, so its huge. They have unique toys, home decor, outdoor activities gear, farm stuff, a cafe, coffees, etc.

The store is really cool and staff were very nice. Unfortunately they dont have much stock in the hunting department, which could just be because the store is fairly new.

The new Jax is super nice. It way bigger than the old Jax, went in there to buy some military surplus and ammo. Was super easy to find and the staff are very friendly and super helpful.

They are in a soft opening right now, Grand opening coming October.They have turned the old Kmart into a work of art, amazing renovation and looks and feels like a completely different store.
