Called to have them replace glass shower doors hardware pads for walk-ins stalls. Did excellent work on both doors. As they were leaving asked if they could replace double glass windows around front doors with etched glass that would match other leaded glass windows in another room.YES! Happy days, finally a company to do my redo. I picked out a small design section from other windows. The windows turned out to be exact match. Installation was done to perfection. The whole experience was above our expectations, even helped us hook up with a fantastic wood refinisher company for outside door and surrounding glass frames.. Wonderful Staff, best we have had in a very long time. Our go to Glass company.

Driving 100+ miles per day for work my windshield is a rock magnet. Took my vehicle in for rock chip repairs and have had zero complaints. Other rock chip repairs from other companies only last a few months, but once these were repaired at Empire they were stopped in their tracks! When it comes time to replace the glass I will definitely be coming here.

Had mirror cut, it accidentally broke in the process, because Lisa forgot to tell me if this happened they would not be liable due to the mirror infractions it may have, they replaced the mirror at no charge. Its nice to know companies back their word. thank you.

This is one of the best glass companies around. The owners are super knowledgeable and do great work at great prices! They go out of their way to take care of the customer and make sure they are happy. What’s even better is that they are locally-owned. I would much rather give them my business than places like Safelite, etc. Give them a call. I promise you will be happy you did and I bet you will find a new glass company for all your future needs!

Nice new shop in S. Loveland. I will definitely be back to check out the full remodel once its complete. The woodwork in the waiting room is going to be super cool. Scott has worked on all of my windshields (BMW, Honda Odyssey and now GMC truck) when he was in Fort Collins - so Im really happy that hes closer now. You wont find better work in the area. I appreciated him working with my insurance to make sure everything was taken care of for me - super easy and no run around.
