Every time I shop there, they are super helpful and sweet. Plus, they carry my favorite, Grapefruit Skinny Girl Margarita!!! Not many have this flavor. They will hold orders for me and trust I will come by to pick them up! Thank you!

I went in to buy a delicious peach Moscato that a wonderful nephew bought for me. Barefoot makes it and true to brand, great wine at an affordable price. I was pleased with the low prices so I bought three items instead of one.A friendly couple owns it and offered to help me out with my purchases.I liked the great selection of wines, IPA s and my Mikes hard liquor fave, mango. They have the expensive stuff also. I will make them my new go to liquor store. Open late for the night owls.

Always friendly and surprisingly carry things that I have a hard time finding elsewhere. If they do not have it, they will order it. Prices usually lower than other stores.

April edit: Brass Monkey has added a customer-facing monitor showing the items and prices as they are scanned. This is a much better experience and Im glad they have made this change.original review: they overcharged me on two occasions by scanning the same item twice and then pretending it didnt happen. I wont go here anymore.

They changed their ownership after new year. The entire store has a new look, it is clean and the price labels are placed clearly. I was surprised by the selection of variety kinds of import beers and wines while the prices are reasonable . The staffs are friendly and helpful! Ask them if you have specific request.

Well, it seems the consensus on Yelp is the staff members in this liquor store do not know how to treat fellow human beings.My husband and I went in to pick up some goodies. As we walked in there were 2 women behind the counter and we said Hello to them. They said nothing back. Strike 1. As we browsed we noticed all of the price tags had been removed. Strike 2. As we walked out saying thank you, one of the women made a pssshh type noise/expression. Strike 3.If giving this poor excuse of a business ZERO stars was possible, Id be thrilled to do so as they darn well earned it!

This is a finally owned place with same folks at the register every day. Friendly, great and super well stocked they always have what I am looking for.

I agree the super lovely lady who works the store so helpful. I find prices reasonable and for some things cheaper than other places. They dont tend to do the bulk deal prices on beer like superior liquor.

DO NOT give these people your money. They have refused to sell to me more than one time, wouldnt accept my temporary CO state ID because they didnt know what it was, and are extremely rude. What really baffles me is that right before they refused to sell me alcohol, my boyfriend walked in, told them he was 16 and they sold him a pack of cigarettes without checking his ID.

Very friendly family owned place. Better for wine and spirits than for craft beer, but they have the local staples.

Garbage liquor store, wont except temporary Colorado drivers license, no prices on anything, the six pack I somehow convinced myself into buying was sticky and I had to wash the tops of them before drinking. Do yourself a favor and dont waste your time here.

This establishment doesnt even deserve one star. They have turned down my business many times because they claim that i have had to much to drink and that they can not sell to me. Most of the time i havent had anything to drink when coming here. They have done this to many people in louisville. They are terrible people and very judemental. They dont deserve business from us fine louisville residents.
