Made a purchase at the J-Town store. When I found I had purchased the wrong Items I learned that the proper pieces were in stock at the Dixie Hwy store. Arrangements were for me to pick them up. The Associate at the Dixie Hwy store was very helpful when I picked them up. It was my decision at that time to continue dealing with the Dixie Hwy store as it is a bit closer to my home.After completing the installation I had an extra piece. When I returned it to the Dixie Hwy store, I talked with a different associate. When I had a question about the amount that was being returned to me he became a bit short with me and told me I would have to go back to the J-town store for an explanation. He was not at all helpful in helping me to understand why there was such a difference. I did finally get all my receipts together and figure out where I was making my mistake.Please be careful as to which associate you get at the Dixie Hwy location.

Went looking for flooring and the staff was very helpful.

After having a terrible customer service experience at Floor and Decor. I stopped in and was instantly helped by HK. I was trying to match an existing wood floor in my house. And instead of him just saying we don’t have it he took the time to help us find something close in color and design. And it is definitely of a better quality than my builder used. The customer service was amazing from the initial greeting all the way through picking up my order.

Very helpful staff. I was able to call ahead, had picked out what I wanted on line and they confirmed via phone, put a hold on the items that I needed and the pickup was simple and hassle free.The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable.The man that loaded my items was so nice, I wish that I had gotten his name, he was wonderful.Thank youAmy

Such great prices on flooring. Some even beat out Home Depot or Lowe’s pricing. They were super helpful when loading it in our truck too. Our floor is holding up great and it was easy to install.

Ralph’s attitude when I came into the store was disrespectful and very patronizing from the get-go for no good reason that I could see. I work with the public and interact with all kinds of personality types and would never act in a way to make someone walk away feeling belittled. I strongly suspect that he was acting that way on purpose for fun.I’ll do my best to dissuade anyone I can from buying anything from that store and for obvious reasons will never shop there again.I’m okay with sudden company policy changes due to Covid-19. I ordered our flooring during the pandemic and also had it delivered during the pandemic (07/14) and the receipt/paperwork that I received did not have any type of notation or on it saying that the return policy was temporarily changed, or to call ahead to check or anything, so that is why we loaded up the unused flooring I had purchased and went to LL on Sunday, 08/09.When I walked in, Ralph asked if I we were in to look around and I responded, “No, I actually have a return.” He then asked if I had an appointment. “Appointment?” I asked with confusion. He replied, “I can make you an appointment for Thursday and we are open until 6. Everything is posted on the door outside.” I asked, “Why do we need an appointment?” He said, “It’s posted on the front door and If Thursday doesn’t work for you then we can do Monday. The company doesn’t have to take your return and we are doing a favor by having appointments available.” My husband then chimed in and asked why we need an appointment and Ralph then explained that it was due to Covid-19. Oh, okay, we get it now—no problem. So, I ask if he can do a Saturday appointment because I work in Indiana until 5 M-F and didn’t know if traffic would allow me to get there by 6. He then said, “You can call when you’re on the way and we are here until 6.” So, while I’m trying to work this out with my spouse about how we would be able to get the kids where they need to be Thursday (I only had one seat available with the flooring in my car), Ralph interrupts and keeps saying, “We can do Monday if Thursday doesn’t work for you.” Um, I heard you the first 5 times you said that. I told him twice that I would try to be there by 5:30 if traffic allows to which I just received a blank stare and no verbal reply. So, we left.When we were driving home, my husband asked if the other LL store (on Plantside) accepts returns from other branches. I went ahead and called just to see if their ‘policy’ is the same just because of how Ralph was acting right off the bat for no seemingly good reason. The gentleman that answered the phone told me that yes, they do accept returns from another branch, yes, they are open until 5 and yes, I can bring the flooring up there without an appointment. So, we drove there, walked in, showed the receipt and flooring to the ‘courteous and respectful’ person at the counter, drove around back, unloaded the flooring onto a pallet, and retrieved the credit slip.So, it worked out for us in the end, but the whole point of this review is to bring Ralph’s poor interpersonal skills to attention. When we asked Ralph why we needed an appointment, he should’ve said something like, “I’m sorry, due to Covid-19, the company has temporarily adjusted our return policy. We are only able to take returns on Thursdays and Mondays by appointment. We have it posted on the door, but I can see how that may have been overlooked on your way in among all the other papers posted on the door. Can I get your name and a copy of your receipt so we can go ahead and set up a time for us to process your return?” Or, maybe, just have Ralph work out in the warehouse to keep him away from customers.

I found it to be a great store to do business with

Bought luxury floating fake wood for the basement. Looks and feels like real wood, but a waterproof and mold resistant composite material. Still looks brand new after two years. Highly knowledgeable sales people. No pressure.

We called the day before to make sure that our order was in stock, they said it was, we got there, it was not. So we had to drive 30 minutes to another store . The manager was not nice or helpful . Just said it was not his fault and that he drives however far to and from work his self. The place on Plantside drive was great and made it right with us. They were awesome where as the Dixie Hwy location was not helpful.

Best customer service ever! The guys working there are so knowledgeable and friendly. They went above and beyond. I suggest you stop by and visit if you need flooring, they made it a wonderful experience.

Lumber liquidators hires a company called The Floor Doctor to do installations. This company came to my house and connected their equipment to my garage electrical outlet and half of my garage has not electricity for over a month. Upon checking with the store, they are not even supposed to use the customers electricity. This company should be using their generators to do the work!They did a poor job at installation with a terrible looking transition. In addition, they left a fall hazard on my steps and already 2 people have fallen including myself. Twice they have made me wait hours to then not show up. They over billed for work they did not perform. I am EXTREMELY disappointed and disillusioned at their service and the work they have performed. Save yourself the heartache, go somewhere else!!!
