All the staff I interacted with were friendly and knowledgeable. There’s also a post office and a hallmark type store on the second floor. Their prices are a little more expensive than Home Depot or Lowe’s—which is to be expected. Will definitely return.

Nice clean store, great merchandise, lots of items with no price. No greeting nor did anyone ask if I needed help, as I did due to no pricing. Instead I got followed by an employee, for what reason I dont know.

Sutherland is just so easy to shop in. Prices are reasonable, and they are so helpful.

Good selection for a medium size hardware store. And a kind and helpful staff. Some hardware stores treat you like either you should be an expert on what your project is, or they watch you like you are there to shoplift.

Sutherlands is a great place to go when you need something around for the house close by convenient overall I gave it a four I didnt have what I needed.

Good assortment of all sorts of items hardware related. Lots of grills and tools and whatever else you need for your house. I find it much easier to find items in the store then many of the big box chains around town. I recently purchased a few items for the garden that were considerably cheaper than the same items at the large stores or even on Amazon.

Wonderful time! It was such a present visit! The young lady at the counter was such a delight in helping me find my paint. She helped me pick the right finish, and mixed the color, we had the best conversion about hair color, while I waited. Mine was pink and blue at the time and she had wanted some blue in hers. Normally when I walk into a hardware, its just award silence and lots of stares, but nope not hear, I was greeted with a smile and a hello, and felt like family the whole time I was there.

I stopped in and was pleasantly surprised. They have a little bit of everything you might need, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Always courteous and helpful, easy to get to when working down the street and saves time from having tp go all the way to Home Depot.

I want to support local businesses but my last purchase there shows why local hardware store is dying. I bought caulking to redo my shower and after it was installed I find out that the caulking is over 2 years past its expiration date and would not cure. I now get to remove the caulking again and reinstall new caulking. When I took the product back to the store their answer was basically we have too many products to check the dates on any of them. I have worked in retail grocery and do not accept that as an answer. Im not saying that they have to do weekly or monthly date checks but you cant tell me that they cant do a date check on product every six months. Again this product was over two years past its expiration date. This is 100% unacceptable.

Ive been to Sutherlands several times and find their service exceptional. Both Stacy and Ashleigh have been helpful and more importantly, knowledgeable.I would definitely recommend going to that store. They have a large inventory and the store is super-clean! I especially like that there are several women employed there. Personally, I have enjoyed my interaction with them all!

Found everything I needed. Got a few keys made. Smart and friendly staff. Gonna purchase smart doorbell with camera here soon. Safety equipment and power tools are awesome. Dog food and big zappers also in stock.

Always out of EVERYTHING! I have left this place empty handed the last 5 times I have been there. The people are very nice, as they tell you why theyre out of whatever you need. Its not as if Im looking for obscure trade specific things either.

Do not rent equipment from Sutherland hardware I rented a post hole auger for a landscape job and did not receive all equipment parts and got on the job site and realized the machine would not work due to a missing part and my client said it was very unprofessional of me and fired me thinking I didnt have the experience or knowledge to complete the job due to a mistake By a Sutherland hardware employee then I called and they told me I dont know what to tell you, no one here knows how to run the machine or anything about the machine and I got fired from that job by my client! DO NOT RENT FROM THESE CROOKS THEY KNOW NOTHING ABOUT THEIR OWN EQUIPMENT!

Great neighborhood hardware store. A great selection of items for DIY projects and the prices are competitive with big box stores. Another plus is that you do not have to make a 20 mile roundtrip to get a couple small items.

Its an ok hardware store. I miss the old corner hardware stores that were so packed with merchandise you could hardly move through the aisles! I thought for sure someone would have helped me, but I stood in the screw section looking for a needle in a haystack for 20 mins and gave up. I had to go up to the front and ask for help. The gentleman who helped me was very nice. I love hardware stores... Im like a kid in a candy shop. Dont get me wrong, no one wants to be bombarded by 10 different employees like most corporate companies, but that simple greeting in the beginning usually does the trick for me. I also think the pricing was high. Since when did a screw this size (see pic.) become 25 cents? Is it me or are the prices high?Love the idea.. But needs improvement. Great location- for me! ☺

Stacy answered the phone when I called to inquire about having a key copied. I had to repeat my question twice. Then, without answering my question, she got a judgemental, snarky tone in her voice. I will find another hardware store to help me!

Stacey was rude and not helpful. When I first entered into the establishment she looked at me with a look of disgust on her face. I attempted to ask her about having a piece of wood cut and she was very short with providing me with information, so I just left to never return.
