Typical neighborhood, family owned hardware store. Usual and also Unusual selection. Unique inventory ordering, lets say... (Dust on certain items.) ;-)

Nice place. Friendly employees that are always willing to help.

Not even worth the one star. Staff is rude always on there phone. Even tried to start a fight and threatened ti follow me to my car and beat me up. All over. $3.40 they did not want to give me because they didnt give me a receipt.Never again rude rude and threaten a customer.

They are always so helpful finding exactly what I need for my projects.

We go here a lot for work and love this place. Its small, but they have EVERYTHING you could ever need. I would definitely check it out. Its great to have a business like this in the west end.

They have a crazy amount of inventory and their prices seem very reasonable. The employees are super helpful and knowledgeable. Theres hardly ever a wait when you need to get a key copied or a chain cut.

Its a wonderful local hardware store. It has all the basic things you may need to do repairs. Staff are helpful as well.

My favorite hardware store, although their advice is not always good. Theyve put me through it on more than one occasion due to their ignorance. At the same time most of their prices are on point with the big box stores which is pretty amazing. They also stock items for old homes that no one else does.

Really cheap prices for keys. I took my broken car key in there hoping for a replacement. They got me together for a cheap price. So thankful. If you visit here ask for Timmy.

Its the old time hardware store with wooden floors with everything you need stacked on the floors hung on the walls and hanging from the ceilings they carry a lot of stuff that the home improvement stores wouldnt even think about carrying and do everything from cutting glass to threading pipe you name it they can do it so if you need something old time old school thats the place to go

A Google One did not get it. this hardware store started in 1942 and will be around in 2042. You should go just to walk and around and check out the Portland Stroll District. btw.. Shaheens is directly across the street and carries Carhart, Dickies, Wigwam etc. Go Portland!
