I ordered a Mossberg Shockwave online and had it shipped to their location for a very low FFL fee. Very patient with me and my expired license. They also gave me a free and accurate appraisal of a 1911 .45 I was considering, and I saved $300 on the purchase, using their advice. Just awesome, knowledgeable folks to deal with. If youve had a bad experience, it was a fluke.

Loved this place went in today for the first time and was impressed how nice the employees were even when they were dealing with other customers they made sure to notice me and help me out I wasnt waiting forever...also I loved that they had every accessory for my 9mm that I was looking for..and everything was fairly priced and not over expensive!

EXCELLENT customer service!! Chad went above and beyond for me with my purchase. I had a little confusion, and he went out of his way to clear things up and fix it. I had a special order and with it being the holidays, it typically would have taken longer than normal to ship to store. I picked up my gun a few days after purchasing and paying for it, so the turn around is awesome. Not to mention, the price blows any other gun shop out the park!! Nothing but friendly, and compassionate employees who know all about the guns and answers any question that you have. You can tell that they really care. Excellent customer relations...Ive been to many gun shops in town, and though this shop is small, they have a well-chosen selection, and prices are very reasonable.Best thing about them is their manner. They dont pressure, they are very friendly and easy going, they like to talk with you, and most importantly they subtly determine what your current knowledge is and help you accordingly making even a novice feel comfortable.I think if I wanted something they didnt have, Id just have them order it for me. I like them that much.

I was in the area tonight to pick up food and there were 4 heavily armed men walking around the parking lot and standing in front of this store. It was aggressive, inciting, and terrifying. One of them approached my parked vehicle with a rifle in his hands. Please do not do business here, this is not an appropriate environment for our neighborhood.

Very first time i found this place i was looking for a Blackhawk outside holster for my p95 ruger. At the time they didnt have it BUT THEY helped me find it at another store. Now that shows character!! THEN i Was looking ALL OVER FOR A DRACO (MINI AK47 PISTOL) and my boys at gun Inc had it brand new for a great deal!!!! Was just in there and was completely ignored. While they greeted other customers, they didnt even acknowledge our presence. Seems like they have an issue with my wifes skin color. I am sick of businesses that treat her like that. They have no idea how much business they just lost. We could have spent more than any two customers there.

I have transferred guns from you before, trying again this time again but has been ignored doesnt matter how many emails sent and phone calls made. Completely unprofessional, order has been diverted to another gun shop.

This is a great gun shop to visit. The employees are very professional and theyre stock of weapons and supplies are at a very reasonable price.

I went there and bought a S&W 686 revolver. The price was very fair and the guys there really treated me nice, i would highly reccomend them to anyone.

Went in to make a buy there was a man at the computer who said how can I help you...never once taking his eyes off the computer. My husband walked up to the counter to tell him what he was looking for...the worker never once took his eyes off the computer to address my husband correctly and mumbled an answer and seemed frustrated. So we left. Yall lost a paying customer!!!

UPDATE: JUST GOT MY NEW PHOENIX ARMS .25 FROM KYGUNCO.... EXCELLENT SERVICE AND THEY DIDNT TRY TO RAISE THE PRICE AS SOON AS I WALKED IN....NEVER AGAIN WITH gunzinc...DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS.. Havent had the pleasure of purchasing a gun there yet because they didnt have what I was looking for at the time. Im more less a when I want it I want it kind of person so ordering was not an option.

Very Poor experience today (7-22-17), was in at about 5:30 pm. While waiting for the 2 employees to finish with the previous customers in the store, my buddy and I were FLAGGED several times with a mix of weapons, one of them being one of the employees Carry gun, a Glock 43 I believe i over heard him say to the lady he was talking too. One employee flagged my buddy and I twice with the AK pistol while showing it to another customer. then the other employee (heavier set guy) was showing a younger guy a 308 Semi auto flagged everyone in the room with it, whilst the other employee boasted he made several shots at 100 yds center on a steel target using the iron sights. Then while my buddy was getting checked out for his purchase thats when the heavy set gentleman was talking to a lady asking if she wore a purse or anything, she replied that she was wore a backpack. Thats when the employee pulled his G43 pistol from his pocket boasting he wore it in his pocket holster, at this point he had the gun out of the holster fanning everyone in the room with it (5 people total). Assuming that the weapon was loaded since it was a carry gun. THIS IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I will not be back, nor will I recommend this place to anyone, I hope that theWeekday workers are more professional than those 2 employees, (According to the one employee said he and the other guy only work weekends, they had other jobs during the week).

This is my first Google review Ive ever writen.Let me first start by saying there is aways an owner there. They are very friendly. When I walked it I played like I had no idea what I was looking at to see how there service was and they informed me of multiple things and there very helpful. Ive have delt with alot of guns stores, this place is very relaxed and friendly there not in it for the money there good guys that sell great guns at amazing prices......some as low as 1/3 cost of some of the other more well known places and GUNZ now has my business for life.
