Costco is not the saving experience I expected. And it never fails, when I do find a bargain they stop carrying it. Fuel is the only true value. But if your not within a gallon of fuel drive of Costco, your better off to get your fuel locally.They are running a special in their flyer that states $400 and $700 savings on Samsung appliances. But when you check prices at Best Buy and most other retailers. You will find Costcos prices begin $800 to $1000 dollars higher then most of them. And also they dont have the item on sale in their appliance section. Although they did have the Samsung slide in range at, like I said $800 higher then Best Buy. And they are giving you $400 - $600 off in their flyer. I really think the $60 a year membership doesnt make it warrant me much savings. But I guess I do save some on the 4 or 5 things I buy every month or so. And on fuel when I plan my trips.

Great place to buy in bulk... Great prices on most items but like everywhere else you have to compare.... Checkout is fast also.

Went to the pharmacy to get J&J COVID.Went back for a Modem/Router combo.Good location, bigger selection of Merchthan I expected.

Another great Costco. This was was nicer because it wasn’t as busy as what we’re used to for the day/time. Was able to browse without having to dodge people left and right. Glad we stopped by this one while in KY.

When I walked into this place, it looked very appealing. I was thinking “okay, this is going to be great”. I was wrong. I actually do not like the set up at all, they didn’t have baby wipes that I needed, I could only find 1 or 2 different brand options on things. I didn’t see the organization they had, if they had any and not knowing what is in the aisle is rough for me, I like to be in an out sometimes and would like to know where things are. I guess to me it’s like a upgraded flea market. It might be your style but it’s not mine.

Always great buys on clothes and seasons items. Store is clean and well organized.

Easy shopping experience with membership

Would like to give a special shout out to Shaun C. He was very knowledgeable at checkout and helpful to us trying to understand the ad that came in the mail. All the while having to deal with a very rude customer being obnoxiously vocal about the hold up we caused with our question.Have never had a bad experience at this Costco and I have no doubt it is because of employees like Shaun!Thanks Shaun!

Lots of good meats, fruits and vegetables. It is usually a buy in bulk. Their clothes are very nice and usually brand names. Their electronics are mainly top of the line.

Great Costco as they all are but cant give any of them 5 stars. Reason 1 - have to get in long checkout lines to buy a gift card. Should be able to do this at customer service. Reason 2 - should open at 7am like Sams Club. Reason 3 - should take all major credit cards. Its 2021 Costco! Everything else great, especially since they finally added self checkout.

Staff are always helpful and polite.Ive shopped at Sams in other cities and Costco has them beat by far.

Costco has a reputation for being insanely busy all the time, but it was actually on the quiet side when I stopped in one Wednesday after a morning ballet class.My sister had given me a gift membership, and getting set up was quick and painless. I then wandered around the store for a while and picked up some food storage containers and three pounds of organic bananas. Staffers I encountered were cheerful and personable, and prices were great (as expected).I rounded out my visit with a slice of pizza (a delightful example of the foldable, greasy kind) and a Diet Coke.Overall, great selection of useful stuff and groceries at excellent prices, from a company with a stellar reputation for caring about its employees as well as its customers.

The pharmacy is excellent. It has good hours too. There are always lots of good stuff to buy at COSTCO.

Ive been to Sams Club and Costco just recently, and only Costco carries the brand of yogurt I normally get in a regular retail/grocery store in a variety bulk pack. So happy that they do!

Costco always had great customer service, and good quality stuff. Not the cheapest prices, but I can count on good quality. Great return policy also. With the exception of electronics, they will refund or exchange with no questions asked.

I really like the Bardstown Rd Costco. Clean, friendly, well stocked. My only complaint is the vegan options come & then are removed far too quickly. Other locations seem to keep theres longer but I understand you gotta keep what sells. Never had a bad experience here. Lots better than Sams. LOTS.

Some things are cheaper here than at the Norton Costco. Employees are always nice. Gas is such a better price. I just love Costco.

I love Costco. Most representatives that work here are wonderful, however we did encounter a few at the Customer Service counter and during check out that may have been having a bad day.

I have a hard time finding things because the aisles are not labeled. I understand the concept of unlabeled aisles you have to look for what you want. Its not convenient for me. May not be going back this frustrates me.

Love how they sell a little bit of everything from phones to 📺 clothing and groceries. Really good if you like to buy in bulk.

First time member and visitor. Didnt see many signs indicating what was where but the helpers seemed very happy to help rather than evasive like their counterparts. Enjoyed my first experience like a kid at the candy shop.

Not at all crowded. Everyone took precautions as required. I like the fact that Costco wipes down their shopping carts AFTER a customer uses them. No issues here. Surprised to see they have a few U Scans now. Great idea for people who only pick up a few items.

Disappointed, went in Sunday and seen speaker set on sale but I couldn’t get it in my car. Went back today and the price was raise 100 bucks, was directed to customer service to ask a manager. They said sorry we don’t use rain checks. First disappointment ever at Costco, been a raving fan for 10 years, not anymore.

Absolutely love this store. They have everything and at great prices. I picked up snacks for my office today but it’s also one of my favorites for electronics, grocery’s, and just normal household items.

It was the first time in a Costcos in Kentucky. It was busy... it was nice I havent been in years. My muscles leaked all over the floor, that was not a problem with the cashier. He name was Sarah A. She was very professional. And the lady that signed me up for the card, was just as nice, I didnt get her name. Very good experience. Thank you very much.

I would have to say that Costco has one of the best customer services I have ever experienced. Costco is a huge company that offers you every service and product you can imagine. They are really customer focused. Their membership is well worth it.

I came here with a friend and got some protein shakes. They definitely have great prices on a broad array of merchandise. One thing I was glad about is they now have samples again, at least when we were there on a Saturday afternoon. But its been something that was missing during most of the Covid-19 pandemic.

I find what I need and the lines move quick.

They pay their employees well, the staff here are friendly and helpful. Excellent prices on cheese and meat, as well as household items if youre buying in bulk. Excellent prices on fresh cut flowers and wine, too! This is the best deal in town for things like bacon (3 pounds for less than $11), eggs, frozen fruit, nuts, but also they have excellent deals on things like kitchen appliances, furniture, even tires. You can get a 56oz can of real San Marzano tomatoes for less than $4 if youre making tomato sauce at home, and a whole fresh young chicken for about $4. They bake their own fresh bread, too.

We had to get out before we spent more money, great deals.

I love Costco but there recent install of self checkouts ( including not being able to order hot food from an actual person) gives the feeling that they will be cutting jobs and is giving it a walmart feel. Where ( eventually) you will be waiting in long lines with only one checkout stand available, unless you do a self checkout... very disappointing that they are cutting jobs especially in these times...

Unacceptable membership cancellation policy. Unacceptable collection of data on members.To cancel membership, I was asked to validate my credit card number that THEY have on file. I felt this was unacceptable. This was after validating the following info:1. Driver’s license number2. DOB3. Membership Number4. Registration Date5. Phone Numbers6. NameThis forcibly makes you come into the store to cancel your membership. However, if you have moved to another area, you may be driving back many miles to get your refund.All of this info is stored in their systems and many other pieces of information. That quick picture they take of your license? All info is read and stored into the system.Which begs the question: Why cant I cancel online? You can join online. Purchase online. In the middle of the pandemic, why do I need to visit a store to cancel my membership? They intentionally make this process hard similar to a cell phone policy or worse. It was easier to cancel a cell phone plan (through AT&T), and we all know how those go.Keep your data safe folks. Try another store.

They have all you need. Cinnamon bread in the bakery Amazing. Just Bare chicken Awesome. Frozen coffee drink in deli Fabulous & Delicious.

Costco is wonderful. Friendly staff, great pharmacy, great household staples, and plenty of new rotating items. I am always impressed with the quality of what I purchase. I also purchased large kitchen appliances and who Costco contracted to deliver them did a wonderful job. The fill up station always moves quickly as well.

Great as usual you spend more than you want.

I’ve been to this Costco a couple times now. This company is usually pretty well about training their employees to be respectful of customers. Today was a different story. I was going through self check out, and the employee named Tamia was very very rude to me. I understand some people have bad days. But she was extremely rude when I asked a simple question and told me to get out of self check out and go wait in the long line in the normal checkouts. And I was just in disbelief what had happened. Management really needs to do something about Tamia ASAP. On the other hand my cashier I had after being forced to go wait in a long line was very very respectful and probably the most genuine guy I have met at Costco I believe his name was James not too sure didn’t catch the name.

Great place for your bulk shopping. No more free samples and indoor eating at food court is closed. You can still grab food to go, the pizzas are the best to bring home to the family.

This is very similar to a Sams Club. Facility is clean and employees are polite and helpful. They have a sample on every corner on Saturdays. Does have gas station for members only. Very easy access from both sides of Bardstown Road. Large parking lot. Does have Tire center with discounts for members. You cannot enter store without member card. Everything you buy is basically in Bulk but the prices are still reasonable for being so.

Whats not to like about Costco?Very very little. There is a membership requirement in order to shop at the store, however they do periodically offer free invitations to come in and see what they have in allow you to buy things.What they are best known for is exquisite food and produce available in quantity. They also have excellent prices on electronics such as computers and home appliances of all sizes.There is a very strong selection of cleaning supplies and all of the routine things that you need to run a house such as garbage bags and dishwasher supplies. You will find a well-stocked Pharmacy Department which includes supplies of over-the-counter medications nutritional supplements and vitamins among other things.If you dive in with both feet and get their linked credit card you will also enjoy 4% discounts on already much less expensive fuel in addition to bonus points on your purchases in Costco and any others you might make.There is also a food court well known for their hotdogs, Fountain drinks churros, and pizzas. Water can be purchased by the bottle for $0. 25 each.

Busy, but was able to get in and out quickly. Ordered a pizza, shopped for a few items while we waited, and got our pizza as soon as ot came out of the oven!

Do you need a large amount of about anything at a good price? Costco probably has it. They have great deals all the time. Their liquor store is excellent with massive 1.75 L bottles of French Vodka for $20, and a lot of other good deals. The Kirkland brand alcohols are surprising high quality and worth trying as you will likely enjoy them.

Never really had much of an opinion about Costco until today. Me and my wife went shopping there this afternoon and when we pulled up to the checkout area I was thrilled to see they had added a self checkout area (I hate lines).As we approached the self checkout a young man stopped us and told us we could not use the self checkout since we had over 20 items. I pointed out that we did not have over 20 items we had just purchased a few items in rather large boxes so it looked like a lot.So he followed us to the self checkout, then pulled out the scanner and started randomly scanning items, then stepped back and told me to go ahead and finish checking out. So I started to read the screen to figure out what he had and had not scammed, and he started loudly pointing out items not yet scanned as if we were trying to steal from the store. I was embarrassed and frustrated, and even after asking him what items he had scanned could not figure it out. Me and my wife had to go line by line down the computer screen to finish get everything scanned in.We had 16 items, its self checkout, not rocket science, Ill be going back to Sams club.

Have your cart and Costco card ready upon entrance. Gotta show that receipt at exit. Bright, clean, friendly with lots of food samples. Nice ready to bake meals. Wide variety of snacks. Cheap eats at food court; all beef foot long and drink only $1.50. Tires, furniture, pharmacy and electronics. Security at gas station. Located at the old showcase cinemas. Large parking lot. Basic membership starts around $60/yr. Most food items average about 10 bucks so you can easily end up with spending a few hundred dollars.

Nice place, is always busy but you can find what you are looking for. The only bad thing to be honest is wayyyy too busy sometimes

Best gas prices hands down

I was in and out in no time at all, save for a slight delay at checkout. My visit was in the weekend, so it’s usually busy, but those working the checkout lanes sped everyone through quickly and accurately!

As usual. Good. Bought my faves. Saw a cool dude I used to work with and hadn’t seen in 3 years. Discussed how we still shop local, but enjoy Costco too. Couldn’t get my tires rotated (as usual) because I forgot to call ahead - I don’t live in a Costco city. Got no slack on 2 return items that didn’t work for me. Yay Costco.

You all need to go back to your good customer service skills really its not my fault you dont like your job. 3 different customers service times here lately yall have been rude... I dont get it. Hire better ppl. We should all be treated equally as well and Im starting to notice being treated differently. I spend to much money here for bad customer service... so annoyed that I took the time out to give you... warn you about your bad customer service and its getting worst... disappointed. One of my favorite places to shop and usually the first one that I go to when I need something. Two TVs, motor oil, outdoor furniture, clothes, office supplies, food, etc.
