Their clothing runs very small, and do not have pants for women that have elastic wristbands, so you have to go 4 sizes up to fit, then you have a tight waist and the legs are very very large

Overall Cintas is a great company but the Louisville plant has bad management and bad practices.The training for new employees is bad which attributes to the the high turnover. Cintas Louisville treats its employees bad. Alot of the upper management are only out for themselves. The culture of Louisville Cintas is bad. The raises and pay are not where they should be. Cintas severely underpays the plant workers who are mostly foreigners who they take advantage of. The pay for them is so low i dont know how they support their families.

Cintas in Louisville demonstrates illegal hiring practices by basing decisions on presumed interpretations of candidates sexual orientation. They choose to move past candidates that are qualified because of this bias. They are terrible and the HR Manager needs to better acclimate to hiring principles in the US.

We use them. Under contract for now. Service is not very reliable. The sales people are good getting you to sign up. Service is bad after that. Shop and call current users before you decide.
