The kid that works in there is always very helpful and friendly!!! Ive tried numerous other CBD oils from quite a few different places and have NOT had any luck. Today was my 2nd time going there and leaving very pleased with my choice!!!

Since its a smoke shop you would think theyd sale hookah supplies but nope they only sell the coals that are extremely overpriced and no tobacco. Wouldnt recommend if your a hookah smoker, the name is deceiving.....

Been coming here since, literally, before Day 1. I was friends with Kenny and helped him set up the original Highlands store. The growth since then is indicative of their broad selection, great prices, and knowledgeable/friendly staff. I have never left any of the locations without exactly what I went there for or something even better than I was expecting to find.

For vapers:: This place is decent as long as youre not looking for anything beyond basic level pen vapes, or basic vape juice.Weeders: Everything youll ever need except bud.Everybody else: Theyre kind of expensive on most things...Plus, the guy that was working there today didnt hardly know anything about what the store sold. He was nice enough, I guess, just not very knowledgeable.

I used to love this store but last time I visited the guy working mortified me. We were having a normal conversation and joking around about some of the products they sell and I guess I said out loud a thing that people use some of the products for so he told me I had to leave! He literally wouldnt even let me purchase anything I had came there for and made me leave. Ive never been so embarrassed in my life!!! Not to mention very confused because I still dont understand what I said that was bad enough to get me completely kicked out of the store.. I cant even put into words the way that man made me feel that day. Its so upsetting to me become I used to love this store so much. I remember once upon a time a few years ago the staff was incredible and made you feel so comfortable and welcome. I even wanted to apply for employment there since I lived just across thw street at the time.. What a shame... 😔

They have a lot of items but everything seems to be very overpriced when you can just get online and buy for almost half!!!! Only difference if youre old school like me you like to touch and feel and see for yourself before buying so you end up paying more anyways.

This is the most unique store I have ever been into. ITs an old bank and the bank vault is still there. It has such a cool vibe inside there. Its full of showcases of glass water pipes! They have a great selection of cigars. I picked up a Sons Of Anarchy cigar for the golf course! I was very pleased with this place. The guy working there was so cool!

I went to the store a couple days ago and purchased a vaporizer got home and it wouldnt work. KY law says that they cant accept returns on tobacco products however after messaging the owner via their Facebook page he told me to bring it back to their main office and he exchanged it. Very polite and professional people excellent business people and I highly encourage everyone to shop there. There products are top notch and their employees are A#1.

They no longer sell glass pipes with the bowl attached. They have been banned in Louisville. kY! :(

Nice small smoke shop a little pricey on CBD oil(40% higher than coxs on the exact same product made by the same company).they did have a nice selection of mods maybe they should stay with that business they seem to have better prices and more of a selection than a couple of other places I have been.

Cant remember his name, but the guy with the gnarly beard provided the best customer service Ive ever experienced in a smoke shop and THAT is a dying art in the retail industry. Ive been in the jewelry business for over 15 years and a gemologist for over 5, so I know whats to be expected in that style retail environment. Always happy when I leave, whether I make a purchase or not. Definitely a lifetime customer!

Not enough ecigarette mods and the ones that are available are very expensive.The regular cigarettes were almost 15% expensive then market.If in the market for smoking products look elsewhere as this place is not priced right.They also didnt carry enough variety in vaping tanks .

An older white gentleman with reddish hair is always working when I go in to purchase kratom and capsules. He is polite, friendly, and fast. I am usually in a hurry and he never fails to accommodate my needs as fast as he can. He always welcomes me with a smile and tells me to have a good day on my way out. I cant tell you how far a smile and little courtesy can go when Im having a rough day! This guy must be working alot sense hes the only employee I ever see..he needs a raise for sure! And to that guy: Thank you!

I gave him my budget of $100 and he found a piece that was worth around $100 according to him. Complete waste of money. Nail so small and all the wax ended up down into the water chamber and I was putting tiny dabs on the nail. The dome wasnt clear so you couldnt tell if you were putting your wax on the nail or if it if you are hitting the side of the dome. Tried to talk to owner but was told they are never there. I even went back because I would rather spend my money at a brick and mortar store rather than the internet but nobody was there to help me with the problem I was having. Oh well their loss not mine. Left the store upset dont think I will ever return unless the owner to make it right.

I was looking for a place yesterday to buy some cigars I didnt really care for the place that have what I was looking for didnt have a humidor serrated two because I found a cigar that I didnt smoke but I bought it just to try it
