Stopped in to see what they had and their customer service was second to none. Well informed about various products and then the prices surprised me, they were way lower than I expected. I bought what I needed and left with a wish list to go back and get. They’ve got my business for sure.

I have been here a couple times in the past before their new location and I have always loved going! Today was no different. My fiance and I needed some Sage so we went to the new location to look around and they were very helpful and friendly. We found a variety pack of Sage mixed with things like Lavender, Cedar, etc. and they even helped us to find one that had the ones we wanted in it! We looked around and they have everything from Tarot to Kratom (including a new Kratom Vape oil) to Pipes and Trays and Papers galore. You can really get just about anything you want. There appears to be a back area that is in the process of being remodeled but I assume this will be where the ... more playful items will go. They had a section like this in the old shop too. I approve if so 👍Anyway. They really were cool and friendly. I highly recommend this shop. I have heard from other reviews that they dont do returns or exchanges so maybe keep that in mind when going in though. Dont purchase without being sure it is what you need. I cant blame them for not returning a pipe someone may have smoked out of or something. Especially with the world we live in right now.

Went to this shop for the first after moving to the area and I will definitely be going back.I pulled up, went inside with my girlfriend and was quickly greeted. The guy working the counter was nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. He got me in and out, but never pressured me while I was browsing.I would recommend this shop to anyone in the area.

Great store! So many options to choose from, you can get lost in this store. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Ive shopped here a couple times and have not been disappointed.

This place has great customer service. If they dont carry something in store, theyre willing to order it offline. Also carry a great variety of both glass and paper. Everyone is friendly, regardless if its your first time there or if youve been going for years.

I just went there for the first time today. The owner was excellent. Very friendly and very helpful. Plus they have everything you need. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Have been supporting this shop for many years until today. I had just purchased a stem from them and when I took it home I found that I had bought the wrong size. I took it back to switch it out for the correct size and make a few other purchases but the already annoyed lady said we dont accept returns or exchanges. I left and spent my money 3 blocks away at Grind Dat Ash where I will now be supporting.

The store has a diverse selection of crystals whether it be bracelets necklaces or just the stones or crystals by themselves. Also decent clothing, and everything is priced pretty fairly. Ig: @smithmat_317

Dexter the shop cat is super cool and laid back...and he loves giving hugs(literally!) The store itself is nice and clean and well maintained. Always will find something unique in there and for decent price too! The people who own/run it are absolute pleasures to meet and talk to and they always make u feel welcome!

Awesome place! The people are always amazing and Dexter (the cat) welcomes you and loves to be petted. I will not go anywhere else for this is the beat shop in town! They are helpful, trustworthy, knowledgeable and honest.

I bought 2 detox kits because I wasnt sure when I would need them and wanted to make sure I had an extra just in case. When I got home (I traveled from Lexington) I realized that one of the boxes didnt have the pills in it. I called ahead to see if I could get an exchange for one of the boxes and the woman said it would be fine. I get there today and she tells me they dont do exhanges, same woman from the phone. So thanks to this lady who wants to lie to people and waste their time, I wasted $60 on a just water bottle. Honestly hope she gets fired, but it looks like she looks like she lives there since she was practically in pajamas. Ive liked New Age, but I wont be going back after this.

Went to get out of my car. Started walking towards the door. Some lady pops out of no where and locks the door looking dead at me. I guess I wasnt welcome. This was during business hours. The last time I was there I droped over 100 dollars .I guess that wasnt good enough. Will be taking my business somewhere else. And Will not be recommending it to anyone else either .
