Needed a few things so I decided to check it out. Im glad I did. The ladies behind the counter was very knowledgeable and very helpful not to mention patient.( My friend didnt really know what he wanted). The prices wasnt inflated and they have everything from A-Z for a smokers need.

Every time i try their Kratom i get food poisoning. The Earth Kratom they have is not safe.

I dont go in here to get my cigarettes anymore. It says discount smokes yet theyre higher than most of the people around my area.

I buy all of my cigars from here! I love this smoke shop. I have bought nearly all of my tobacco pipes from here as well. The selection of tobacco and tobacco products is awesome! While I dont vape anymore, I also used to buy all of my juice from here as well. All the employees are friendly and knowledgeable. I love going here on the rare occasion when I need a cigar or more pipe tobacco.

I really like the Smoke store and I love the availability of it. I love their availability and variety of products available. Overall most of the workers are nice and easy to get along with but some of them are rude and super technical about little words, and it’s kinda strange.

My car broke down in front of preston store this morning. couldn`t out of park the lady there took such good care of me iwas stuck there for over a hour she called a uber for me, called my aaa for me there specal there.

Employees are not rude. They always the say Hello when I walk in. Then they offer help within moments stepping into the humidor. And at checkout they ask did I find everything ok, If I need anything else or do I need a copy of my receipt followed by a have a nice day/night/weekend. You can smoke inside. Super nice staff, great prices, even compared to eBay and you walk out the door with it. Their selection could be bigger in the camping stuff but theyre not a vape shop. The stuff they do have is really good and a little bit of everything from entry level to seasoned pro stuff. Theyve got lots of alternative smoke paraphernalia as well. Some really nice gadgets.

I love this place and everybody is friendly... besides the one douche bag you have working here on the weekends, mostly Sunday. He’s ALWAYS rude, never knows what he has in the store and only wants to help his old hag buddies that walks in. You lose money with this guy being behind the counter I guarantee it.

Not recommended at all. Spent about 40$ on kratom that literally tastes like dried up bear, it doesnt even mix right at all. You can tell something isnt right with it and its causing stomach pain . I Called the store and got no resolution. I have MS and need the pain relief but clearly they do not care as long as they get the money . . If they cant guarantee their product or replace a bad product then look me up on facebook (katie ayers) I know where you can get 1 kilo of high quality for $90, I just used this place for a small amount until mine arrives but clearly I should have just thrown my money in the trash can. I will attach a photo in the picture . Response to owner : because Im left hanging, Ive only had one other issue about 1 year ago and they traded the kratom out and didnt leave me suffering with pain from MS. I have not even slept from the pain.Update : Jan 2nd - still have not gotten a resolution or response, only them questioning weather something was wrong with the product, no returned call, nothing. Bad business. I sell to and would never do a customer that way, ever.

Not The Place For E-Cigarettes, NO RETURNS:First purchased a Halo e-cigarette. The battery only lasted about two months and would not take a charge.. So went and purchased a differente-cigarette set.I was told by the Owner “bring it back if there was any problems”The battery held out for 3/4 of day. Expected, being it was a smaller size. So I bought a second one 2 days later.On day 3, I went through 4 defective coils.A cost of 20.00 per 5. And spit out 1/3 of a bottle of juice.Was told by one of the employees that getting juice in my mouth and the slurping sounds were normal.I tried to return or trade up on the 2nd New, Unused one twice. I was told We don’t have a return policy. I had to see the owner. He’d was sure to be there between 10a to 1p Mon. through Thur. (Sure I just take off work for that.) Otherwise it was hit or missWent to DFW Vapors and talked Xavier - Great Help, Very Informative. I purchased a much betterE-cigarette, better battery, better Vapor at the same price. Coils are half the price. The juice was less expensive and not watered down. With a 90 day return policy.Need an e-cigarette, this is not the place to buy itor any supplies. DFW Vapors have my business now and it is well worth the drive.

Does not stand behind the products they sell! I bought a Drift dry herb vaporizer from them, tried it once, did not work, tried to get my money back and was told Im beat.
