These candles are amazing-they all smell so freaking good! My favorite fancy candle brand across the board and they are local.Personally my customer service with them was top notch. Saw a review that had less than stellar results, but I would guess that is not the norm and deserves a little Covid Kindness IMHO. TY Black Dog Candles-getting ready to place another order!!

I ordered some candles from this company and, although the candles smell great (that’s why I gave it a two star), the customer service wasn’t great. After two weeks of not getting any notification on my order, I called and no one answered. So I left a message, in which I was not called back. When I finally got a text saying my order was ready to be picked up, I had to call the number they gave me when I arrived for them to give me my order through the door (due to covid-19), they never answered the phone. After 10 minutes of waiting and attempting to call them, I walked towards the door and saw that a lady was standing right there I guess just not answering my phone calls. The candles smell great but I won’t be buying again.

I found these candles in a few places around town including Kroger. Their creme brulee candle is the best smelling candle Ive ever had. Their proceeds go towards animal shelters, and I have a black dog so I like what theyre about.
