I called to inquire on a reel, line etc. A young man named Matt helped me, he answered all my questions about reels, backing, line and leaders. I ended up ordering all of it. He was most helpful when I had questions about leader use. I am a former customer of the Indpls store which I dearly miss since moving to Dale Hollow but I will continue to be a loyal customer by working with Matt for my future needs. The guys are always extremely helpful recommending flies and retrieval methods, the man with the deeper voice was so polite and helpful this man certainly deserves a promotion!

Went to the Orvis store on a whim today. The store had very nice clothing and fishing supplies. Kevin helped us with clothing and other needs and was awesome. He was attentive but not overbearing. Very helpful and had more than adequate knowledge of all products. Highly recommed. Also, this store and company is dog friendly (but that doesn’t necessarily influence this review).

Great store and super helpful to people who are novices. They do not attempt to oversell and their classes are the best. Experienced people are helpful to beginners especially fly tying. Make sure you get to know big John the manager and young John. Great people.

Great store with great staff. The entire staff is very helpful whether you are shopping for fly fishing gear or clothes. The class offerings are awesome and most are free. I highly recommend stopping in!

I had a 14 month old shirt with multiple broken buttons. Even though Renee could not find it their system, she gave me what I thought was a fair return allowance that I put towards another nice looking shirt. The new one feels like it has sturdier buttons.

Careful when buying from this company. They will send you a gift card instead of credit on your credit card. DANGER, DANGER, DANGER

Not a fly fishing store. Its a clothing retailer with a few fly rods in the back. I told the guy working I was looking for some streamers for trout and he looked shocked that you could catch trout on something that wasnt a size 20 midge. I walked out.

It is a small store but very intimate I enjoyed meeting the manager, John. My son and I took a class here and learned alot.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, however I was very disappointed in the quantity of items. It was more of a normal clothing store with high prices. It was a very small shop.
