I went into the store and was checking out beds for my daughter we told them we were looking for a full size the man that help us told me we could up grade to a queen sizes which he said was no extra charge so we didnt get the order it was all messed up even the delivery waited the day it was supposed to be brought to have it deliver and then I called to be told I had to wait which was a whole month before we got our order. I as had purchased a king bed the mattress is just a year old and we are going to have to get another but believe me I will NOT be shopping with them ever again!!! No apologies were given to me. So never will get my service again as telling folks dont buy from them!

Andrew was an awesome salesman he was very patient and didnt lie like the other salesman at 2 other locations tried to.. other salesman didnt know anything and got mad when I knew stuff they didnt. I did my research heavily and it is possible to get a good deal on a high quality mattress here. I would only go to this location though.

Beware of dishonest sales tactics.... Bought two twin XL box springs last night (for a king bed). I was in a rush as they were near closing and I needed to get home to put kids to bed. Gentleman asked me if I wanted to save money by buying clearance items. I wasnt picky and said sure. What he didnt mention to me at all was that they were A) Used, B) Ripped and C) that he was going to add a note on the receipt that said No Returns or Exchanges. Im actually not going to fight them on it because the tear is on the underside and I bagged them in case they came from somewhere unsanitary and it was a decent price. And I definitely should have taken the time to read the paperwork before I left. Thats on me. But Ive worked retail on sales floors and in management long enough to know when someone is conveniently omitting information to rid themselves of a headache. He suggested I get a mattress from him if the one we got online doesnt work out. I dont think Ill be back.

I needed one caster for my bed frame. Every mattress store I called told me I would need to buy a new frame because the casters was not available separate. The manager at this store not only helped me with the one I needed but gave me a whole set of 4 to assure my bed sit level and didn’t charge me nothing for them. Great customer service!!
