One of my favorite stores in the world. I use the app a lot, and when I go inside I feel like a kid in a candy store being able to sample all of the makeup. They provide applicators for sampling and there are many little cleaning stations throughout the store stocked with makeup remover, tissues and cotton pads to remove your makeup swatches. This Sephora doesnt have as large of a selection as the Oxmoor Sephora, its much smaller but I still enjoy going.

Extremely clean and organized store within the Jcpenney store. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Right away I told the lady I wasnt really ready to buy something and she still took her time in helping me and explaining the difference between a few products so I could take my time, think about it and decide later. I was surprised to see there actually were products there that were affordable for the average person like myself.

Staff is Super nice (now) .Even though with Covid you cant try noooottthhing. You can still do returns within the 30 days.So sad because they toss it .They always help, however if you are a woman of color looking for foundation, be more familiar with your colors because without the swatch machine/ not able to try it on, its a struggle.

Came here with my grandma to redeem her birthday gift. I’m rating 5 starts because of Giselli she helped us and was extremely friendly but the other staff were rude and didn’t even speak on top of that she stopped what she was doing to check us out otherwise we wouldn’t of even been acknowledged and two registers were open.

Worst store Ive ever been to. Ive been a Rouge member for a while and wanted to use a coupon code that Sephora says I can use in store and online. Two employees swore I should have a scannable coupon, which I never got because its a CODE. Even if theres a coupon, I showed my whole email account, and I clearly never got one. She argued with me with an attitude. You can clearly see Im a Rouge member and you KNOW theres a 20% off coupon. Do the math. If this is the way they treat their customers, Im done with Sephora. Ive had nothing but issues with them. I walked out and didnt buy a damn thing.

Giselli is amazing! I went for my wedding make up. And Giselli did it. OMG! I already knew she was good because she is the only reason my foundation finally matches perfectly. But she overshot my expectations for the look I was going for. Everyone thought it was beautiful. I have never felt so beautiful and confident. And I am so grateful! She is awesome. If you go, please request her. She also has this amazingly positive attitude to go with it.In the past, there have been associates there that I try to avoid because they dont have great attitudes and kind of take your experience down. But there are a lot of really kind associates there as well. Giselli is a WHOLE reason to visit alone. But it helped that there were several others working this day that hyped me up after the make up was done.Thank you so much for helping make the perfect wedding day!!!! ❤❤❤

I consistently get rude customer service here, and sometimes no service at all. None of the people greet me, I assume because Im a kid, even though I make physical eye contact with them. Even when I check out, they never ask if I found everything okay or say anything as simple as hello. Im a VIB member, but even if I werent, the LEAST you can do is say hello to the people trying to buy things from the company you work for. Absolutely pitiful. Will not be returning.

Went there looking for airbrush makeup they recommend one clinique makeup that dont work in my airbrush and they recomend something for my lipstick that dont work they sure not recommend nothing if they dont know about they just made people spend they money so disappointed.

The staff at this Sephora is incredible. I used to shop in Oxmoor but over time the staff completely changed. My favorite artist left to run a MAC store and none of the other consultants would ever help me. I started shopping at st. Matthews mall, but the staff there is definitely not trained and does not even attempt to assist you. I walked into Jefferson mall and realized that my artist from Oxmoor, now runs this Sephora. Her team is incredible and always willing to help. Hands down the best Sephora Ive ever been to.

Mai is excellent the only one worth seeing the other girls...mehh... Mai immediately helped me. I brought my previous makeup in to match the color Mai found an ever better match and assisted with other things as well. I get to check out and that excellent 5 star service was ruined by the cashier short brown haired lopsided eye brows. Racially profiled me . She saw that my daughter had the old foundation that I came in with and assumed I was trying to steal which is outrageous considering everytime I go in there I spend a pretty good amount of money. She says do you want me to ring that up ( in a very bitchy tone) I reply, I came in here with this sweetie. She rolls her eyes, I said actually you can throw it away its empty anyway. Her rudeness actually diminished Mai and her excellent service the supervisor should be ashamed to have such a nasty toad on her roster
