Went to look for a wig and asked can I try the wig on? The Asian man that work there said no. But a Caucasian woman come with a clip piece wig and get good customer service and was able to try hers on. Sounds like it’s a problem! Is it because my skin was to dark? Did you think I was going to steal. I have brought wigs and try them on there before. I think it’s ridiculous if you do for one you should do for all. The funny thing is I brought the wig and he was right by the door to see if I was going to steal smh!!! I work 2 jobs and stealing is not worth my time in jail!! I will not never go back again!!!

They have a nice clean store the only thing it is with me is when you use your credit card 💳 this lady take her phone 📱 and start typing your card number off it . like you dont see 👀 her my daughter was in town and ask to go buy some things to take back home I told her about him dandy she love the store . until she seen what the lady did I told her to call her bank and close out that card. If she done that to her who else she been doing that to . thats why I only use money when she at the cash 💸 cash register and not my card .

Oh my where do I begin when I arrive the parking lot was actually crowded but believe it or not when I got inside people was for their best behaviors mask on the owners or the cashiers were so tremendously amazing especially tonight the the lady that was working I cant think of her name but she was telling me she had more Chanel number five and she smelled absolutely amazing on top of she was beautiful Im very helpful friendly and in todays society thats what we need we need we need people that are that dont judge others that very respectful and mannerable. Jim Daddys thank you so much I really really do appreciate your business as well as staying open during these work times and having things on sale even the lady back in the back that handles the wigs she knew I looked a little lost or disordered when I come in there and I wasnt I was just you know I was out in public and I usually dont get out in public so I guess it is what it is but the lady in the back that help me with my wigs was very very helpful and friendly and she even looked and got my wigs for me and if she didnt find it I noticed she asked for help or another team member seen her and came and volunteered her time and thats what you call teamwork next to the word teamwork, should be a big old photographic picture of Jim dandy and his employees Ill be back thank you so much and I love each and everyone of you stay safe stay strong and stay louisville

This place is a disgrace to ethnic hair care products, accessories, wigs and the so called Food Mart area. Unorganized, cluttered, merchandise sitting on the floor, baking soda being sold in coffee cups, needs a good old fashion brand merchandising but as long folks support places such as these then the people who own them believe its okay to half below standard conditions because you sell MOSTLY to AFRICAN AMERICANS

Worst service ever! Walked in, no one even acknowledged I was there along with 2 others I was with. One worker was eating and the other on a social media site. Not a racial friendly place. The girls that walked in behind us were greeted and helped immediately! Never go there again!

Im giving a 3 and not a 5 because of the owner.The young ladies in his store are amazing and helping. One of them gave me an extra 10% off, when I pulled it up on my phone he frowned, shook his head and said theyre killing me.No sir, they are definitely helping your business. They are great for business. And to have continued business he is going to have to understand that his customers are hard working women who are spending our money in his establishment.Im a military veteran who can spend my money at any of the hundreds of hair stores in this city.Again the ladies are amazing and the supplies are great.Owner just needs to improve his attitude, especially in front of the customers and with the customer. Too many beauty supply stores in town. There are choices

My first time going into this store. The staff was rude. The owner wasnt knowledgeable. It was one African American woman working in there she was very rude and mean. I will never go there again. I didnt purchase anything. People dont understand that poor customer service will close your business down especially, when there are numerous hair stores in Louisville with excellent customer service!

Just left this shop looking for a ponytail for a quick thing for my goddaughters school dress up day (she just HAD to be Ariana Grande). The lady that helped us was SUPER helpful and color matched some hair that didnt break the bank. The people that checked us out we very nice, too. We will be back next time we need some hair!

Great products, but the staff that was there was extremely rude. When i walked in, just dirty looks and stares, no greeting, not one smile, not even when i checked out the one cashing me out never said me total, just was talking to whoever was behind the counter the whole time and just waited for me to get my money out. When i was looking at the products, one of the staff not only just walked in front of me, about knocked me over trying walk by. Idk if it’s whoever was there that were that just have terrible people skills, or the whole staff is like that in general. But they need to learn how to make their customers feel welcome. Saying hi and chatting with each other and making themselves feel more welcome than the customers may cause me to never return there again.

Im from Tennessee and everytime I come to visit family in Louisville I always leave out with 5 or more wigs. Great prices and great styles.
