Always helpful

First time here and the Asian owner was impatient rude incompetent. She was rude when I inquired about hair that was behind her, behind the counter I was looking to find the type I wanted, she huffed puffed and rolled her eyes, and attempted to talk down to me. The so called remy hair feels plastic and are very overpriced. Now I can see why she didn’t have any customers inside. Thankfully I found a very pleasant experience down the street better quality hair and prices as well. Shame on you for mistreating the very people who made you wealthy. I see you going out of business very soon.

This is my favorite hair supply store in Louisville. They have just about everything on their shelves. A tad expensive on a few items but they do have lower prices than the other hair supply stores in town. The only issue that I have is with their wigs. They look great on the shelf but not so great once you get them home.

Nice store but the owner and employees are very rude. Owner was very annoyed when asking her for help. Throughout her helping me she had an attitude. I have been here once before and spend over a hundred dollars in her store. I dont think she remembered me but because of how rude she was I will not be returning and she will never get a penny from me again.

DISRESPECTFUL IMPATIENT EMPLOYEES That told me I tried on too many wigs. Continuously complained about us shopping because I came in 20 mins before close however, we were swift and made a $50 with 11mins to spare before closing. Complete pathetic service for no reason.

99% of the time, they always have what I need. Everything is easy to find.

I called to see if they were opened. It was during business hours posted. The employee rushed me and complained the entire time I was there. I left and didnt buy a thing. I wont be returning here.

THE ONLY REASON IM GIVING THIS BUSINESS 1 STAR IS BECAUSE I CANT GIVE IT ZERO.....Been a customer for YEARS. Stopped in at 6:50pm to pick up a hair product. Store closes at 7:00pm but the lady was already locking the doors. I asked if I could get what I needed since I knew exactly where it was and it would literally only take a couple of seconds. Although she let me in, she started ranting about how she didnt care about my money or that it wasnt quite closing time yet because she was tired and ready to go. Needless to say I left my item on the counter and told her I would gladly go spend my money at another store since my money didnt matter. As I left her rant continued about how I can spend my money anywhere I wanted so she didnt care if I spent it with her. I will NEVER ever shop there again and will make it my mission to make sure my friends never spend a penny there either.
