My boyfriend and I purchased the 2D gender ultrasound at 15 weeks. The room was large and so comfortable! The tech even let us see the 3D a few times! My favorite part was the video they took of the ultrasound! Definitely recommend!!

This place is absolutely amazing! The lady that did the ultrasound was sweet, welcoming, and made us feel so comfortable. I had my first child almost 12 years ago so saying this was a surprise was an understatement! We were definitely nervous but hearing that heartbeat calmed everything. We will definitely be back!

Had a great experience here. The room was inviting and comfy with a big screen to view the ultrasound. The tech worked really hard to determine gender and was able to view both (having twins). This was my first time having an ultrasound like this and with the package I bought Ill go back at 28 weeks. Definitely recommend.

I got my blood drawn for the gender of my baby. They had to reschedule but they notified me in plenty of time and were able to work around my schedule. The blood draw was very easy process and I was in and out within 5 minutes. They were very nice to work with. I would definitely use them again!

Went in for a blood DNA test. Took my youngest child with me. He was all over the place and the man at the desk was nothing but nice about it. Love that they are family oriented.

Due to the restrictions of covid my 4yr old wasnt able to go to my anatomy scan and she was very sad. Im so happy that SBF was an option for our family. Teresa was amazing and did a great job! Let me start off by saying that Yolanda was amazing! She was warm and welcoming upon arrival and made the entire visit so much fun. Our baby loved having his foot on his forehead and she was so patient in helping him get situated to get the most out of our session. I highly recommend sweet baby face and Yolanda!

My appointment was great. But was told I would get my results by the next afternoon. Next afternoon comes I am told I won’t get them till 9pm-12am. So everything I had planned got ruined. Thanks sweet baby face

I was so excited about taking my little girls to see the baby. My girls barely even got to see the baby on the screen. Ultrasound tech was very rude and seemed unhappy to be there. We had the last ultrasound of the day and it was very clear she was in a hurry to leave. We won’t be going back.

I spent money for a 3d/4d ultrasound and even on my appointment reminder it said it would be a 45 minute session. The technician was obviously in a very bad mood and cut the appointment time down to 10-15 minutes maximum. My husband and I were very disappointed. We also only got 8 pictures printed off, most of which you cant tell what the image is. I would recommend going somewhere else.

Took my wife here for a mothers day present. We went here multiple times for our first pregnancy and they were always Patient and took their time. Each scan was always more time than they said it would be and they were always making sure they got the best shots. This time we both felt like it was rushed and didnt get the best of pictures. Before this weekend I would of recommended this place to anyone, after our last visit I no longer feel this way. Its a shame.

We had an ultrasound here on Saturday, and it was such an incredible experience!! Yolanda was so great, and captured so many amazing pictures of our sweet baby boy. We will absolutely be back in a few months to do it again!! Thank you guys so so much!

The tech that did my ultrasound was very nice. She made everything very personable. She even went above my package and did a 3D picture of my baby. The place was super clean and very well decorated. The selection of heartbeat animals was amazing.Definitely will be going back!!!!

My wife booked for a early ultrasound session and it was the best experience being able to be in that room and see our first child grow. With Covid it’s hard and she goes in alone so it was a very special moment. The tech was very nice and patient with my wife which made it even better. We left hours ago and we are still talking about the experience.

We had an amazing visit! My husband and I were super eager to find out the sex of our baby, and also wanted to be able to include our parents (the future grandparents)! Our OB office would only allow one other visitor, so we were thankful for being allowed 4 visitors and the ability to face time those unable to be there in person!Sweet baby face did an excellent job!!! Their facility was clean and very COVID friendly, they were very efficient and patient as our little one didn’t want to cooperate, and most importantly our rad tech was very nice and experienced. She actually had 11 years of experience and knew all the tips and tricks to reveal our baby’s gender! We would HIGHLY recommend this facility to anyone wanting a great experience with ultra sound imaging!

I had an amazing time at sweet baby face! I wish I could come back every weekend! This was me and my husbands first time seeing the baby and hearing the heartbeat and it was the sweetest experience of my life! I loved every minute and Yolanda was so great! Hope to be back in the third trimester!

I love this place. I had an appointment on a Sunday and my baby was not cooperating (had her hand over her face), the sonographer was so nice and patient. She ended up scheduling me for a rescan so I was still able to get good images! I went back today and it was a new sonographer but she was just as nice and I got so many great pictures of my baby! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!

I got a 2D ultrasound done today and got the heartbeat package (10weeks). SBF is amazing, the tech was kind and welcoming, she gave us 5 pictures to take home and all of them look great! Im going next week to get the early gender blood test done and I am so exited!

Have done the gender Blood work twice now, and its been great!! In 2018 found out our LO was a boy at 9 weeks. Now went at 12 weeks again and gender came back GIRL! Our first daughter, & excited to confirm with ultrasound later on.

I went a couple years ago for early gender testing; and for ultrasounds. Every experience was pleasant. Even the times that we didn’t get a good view of the baby, I was able to come back at no charge. I went today for my second pregnancy, to get a early gender testing again. The man at the front desk was welcoming, and kind. The phlebotomist was professional and sweet. Of course we will be back for some ultrasounds, and my favorite, the heartbeat stuffed animals!

I came to get my gender bloodwork and a ultrasound. Due to the pandemic my doctors office doesnt allow any visitors for my appointments, with this being my first baby and my parents first grand baby i wanted things to feel more special. Sweet Baby Face did just that. They allow visitors during my ultrasound, masks worn of course. Along with the fact that they was super professional,sweet and very clean. They overall made me feel comfortable and at ease. Im definitely going back when Im further along to get another ultrasound.Also, did I mention they put your babys recorded heartbeat in a stuffed animal for a forever keepsake!!Such a great memory!

I have received an ultrasound and recently a plush animal with the babies heartbeat and later returned for the sneak peek blood draw.The staff was friendly and everything was very straight forward and will be back for a 3D ultrasound! Having my first baby March 2021 and with all the covid rules I had a couple people I wanted to see the ultrasound with me so we decided to do sweet baby face I could bring 4 family member which is awesome cause my dr only allows my husband and I and we wanted a heartbeat animal this was such a great experience I got to see more and was informed more then at reg ultrasounds the staff is great! We had an overall prefect experience! Highly recommend💕

My family and I had a wonderful experience at Sweet Baby Face Louisville on Friday 9/27.My husband and I took our 8 and 9 year old boys for all of us to find out together what Baby #3 was going to be.Booking an appointment online was easy. The text alerts after the appointment were helpful. And then we walked in to the office for the first time Friday evening and it was so nice. Teresa’s friendly face greeted us, checked in quickly, and got into the room.The ultrasound room was BIG and could hold a lot of people with a big couch. Facility was clean and cozy. Best of all, Teresa was wonderful. She took her time, she got great pictures, she was friendly, and you could tell she loved her job.It was a great experience for our family to all find out together that yet another boy would be joining our family. Based off my experience, I would highly recommend this business to friends and family.I was 17 weeks 3 days at time of the 2D Gender ultrasound.

We really enjoyed our experience at Sweet Baby Face in Louisville! The room was very spacious, large TV to see baby, and very comfy seat for momma. It was great to have 4 people come with us since COVID has stopped visitors from going to OB appts! The staff was friendly and the pictures were great!

Took my daughter to do the gender blood work, I paid $189 for next day results and we didn’t get the results the next day like they are advertising! There was another person there having trouble with their blood work getting lost! When I said something to the owner, they blocked me! I wouldn’t recommend this place!

I surprised my family for Christmas to tell them we are expecting. They had the best time. I had the 9 week gender blood work done there so we were able to get the pink and blue package done at 14 weeks. We had found out by the 9 week gender blood test it was a girl and it was confirmed with our family at 14 weeks! I cant believe we can find out so soon. We are going to go back to get a HD 3D 4D ultrasound in a couple of months. BEST MONEY SPENT!!!!

We had the 2D heartbeat scan done at Sweet Baby Face, since my husband cannot come to the doctor’s office because of Covid-19. The technician was nice, but we did not get good printed photos. We only got 3 to take home, One is so dark, I don’t know why it was taken, one is ok, and the other heartbeat one is very zoomed out and hard to see. Maybe they are better with the 3D/4D scans. Overall, it was nice to be able to see and hear our little one.Edited stars and to add- spoke with Company they are very responsive and helpful in explaining how things are done. We had a great experience, and hope to see more the further along in the pregnancy, and would return to Sweet Baby Face.

When I was pregnant with my daughter, I had an ultrasound done in Lexington, and I wanted to cry when I got the photos. They were so terrible, and you could barely make out my baby’s face. Well, my husband saw how upset I was and decided to let me search for another place.I’ll admit that when I booked my appointment with Sweet Baby Face, I didn’t have high expectations because of my previous experience. I didn’t just get better pictures at Sweet Baby Face; I was BLOWN AWAY! The quality of the photos were outstanding.Not to mention, the customer service was amazing. I had to bring along my other daughter (18 months old at the time), and she wasn’t in the best of moods because she needed a nap. The ultrasound tech was so accommodating and even helped me by talking to and playing with my daughter while doing the ultrasound.I will forever recommend Sweet Baby Face, and I will continue to encourage all of my Lexington friends to make the drive to Louisville because IT WAS WORTH IT!

My husband and I got our 3D ultrasound today and it was a great experience! We got a lot of great pictures of our little man. With the Coronavirus going on I am glad there is a place that we can go for my husband to have this experience.

The ultrasound technician was the sweetest person. I am still very early in my pregnancy but she was able to get me lots of photos of my baby and the heartbeat. She made sure I was comfortable the whole time. They were able to get me in the next day for rhe sneek peek test for my gender results and we will get them back the next day! Cant wait!

My boyfriend was finally able to see our peanut and hear heartbeat together since everything with Covid is going on! The women here at amazing and gentle! I will definitely be going again and we have already gone 2 times this pregnancy ❤️

I had the best experience! I took my husband and mother-in-law and while I was laying on the table they got to sit in a big movie theater area with a large screen so they could see everything. The lady was so nice and made me feel so comfortable. She explained everything we were seeing. She smiled and laughed with us and answered all our questions. I will definitely be going back. They also do baby photography!

Such a fun experience. I loved the 3D4D images. We drove 2 hours away because we heard this was the very best place to get a hd 3d 4d ultrasound and we were not disappointed. The tech was so sweet and spent extra time trying to get the baby to move. We had a lot of family members with us and there was so much room. We will be coming up here again. I wish we would have came for the 9 week gender.

During my pregnancy, I visited sweet baby face three times. The first time I was skeptical of how it would turn out, being only 18 weeks. It was SO worth the cost. I was able to see my sweet boy in 3d and the experience was amazing. The ultrasound tech was incredibly nice as well. The room was huge and had a sectional so there is plenty of room to bring guests if desired. I went back at 30 weeks and we didn’t get many good pictures, so I was able to come back the following week, free of charge. I’ll definitely be back if I have future pregnancies!

The most amazing 3d4d experience! Everyone was so kind and knowledgeable. They have HD which blew me out of the water. I didnt think images could come out so clear! They have been doing this a long time. Theresa couldnt have been nicer! I wish I had known they had the early gender blood test! The room was huge and all of my family was able to come in. I will definitely be back before the end of my pregnancy!

This was such a good choice. I paid for the $60 ultrasound and heartbeat and I feel like I got my monies worth! I got the cutest little animal with my baby’s heartbeat in it and I got to see my little one jumping around. I’m glad I did this and I would recommend it to anyone who is wanting to see their baby in between doctor visits. Good fair prices with great value. I was able to make an appointment on a day and time that worked for me. It was so easy to go online and make the appointment with reminders sent to my phone and email.

I went here to do sneak peek blood work to surprise my husband with the gender of our second baby (it’s another boy!). It went smooth and quick and the results were back so fast! Plus I got a discount on an ultrasound which made it cheaper than my doctors office even. The people there are so sweet and we’re so amazing helping my 3 year old see his little brother on the screen! Thank you sweet baby face!

We just had the gender ultrasound done last week and it was awesome! The tech was super sweet and spent her time scanning and getting good pictures of babys gender! Getting a stuffed animal with our babys heartbeat in is is just a priceless gift. I listen to it everyday! We will definitely be going back for a 3D ultrasound when I am a little further along.

Came here with both my pregnancies for a 3D/4D ultrasounds and this place is wonderful. The only complaint I have is I paid and booked for a 45 minute session and the tech had me in and out within 15 minutes. We got some really good pictures though and he wasn’t being shy so that’s probably why. Just a little disappointed since we traveled 30+ minutes for the scan. I’m happy with the pictures though! 😊

Such a great experience. Staff was friendly and accommodating. The viewing room was HUGE with a large sectional, I had only two people with me but the room could easily accommodate 10-15 people. My little boy wasnt very cooperative and I was able to schedule a re-scan for no additional charges a few days later. I highly recommend.

I usually never write reviews but I was so pleased on my experience getting my 3D/4D picture of my baby boy! Such a friendly, personable, knowledgeable staff! Plus they let my family sit in the room and the environment was welcoming, and clean! You will not be disappointed!

Be careful if you plan to go here for a scan and keep your baby’s gender a secret for the sake of surprising yourselves at your gender reveal party! We went here for our first baby as well as our current pregnancy. Both times, the technician made comments suggesting the baby was a boy. In fact, this time she even used the pronoun “he!” She was well aware that we absolutely did not want to have the gender revealed to us, but rather kept secret in an envelope. Perhaps the techs should simply do their scans without making so many comments about what they’re seeing in terms of gender. I waited until my late 30’s to have my children and am highly disappointed that we paid so much money for this company to ruin our surprise (which we had family parties planned for) not once, but twice!! Now I wish we would have waited to do this at our 20 wk US at our doctor’s office. I did not address the issue with the tech while we were there because I noticed my husband was not paying close attention to what she said and I didn’t want the surprise ruined for him as well. We did not even receive any good pictures of baby as he did not cooperate during the scan. Extremely disappointed!!

Far exceeded my expectations! The 3d images were so clear. We had a great time at their Louisville location. We chose the sweet peek hd 3d 4d ultrasound. Came with all of our ultrasound pictures and a video on a custom app.

What an awful experience. Unprofessional and unapologetic. There were so many awful things about the apointment. It started as soon as I walked in. The look on every costumer in the waiting area set the entire tone. My friend had to wait 3 1/2 hours past her scheduled time. The lady was trashing her co-workers for overbooking, and kids (under 10) were at the front desk playing on the business computer. The same computer I saw the actual receptionist NOT use a password/pin to access customer information on, making me wonder if the children could unintentionally alter or delete medical information. I understand how things happen and businesses can have a rough day. It would be frustrating to be overbooked and understaffed. However, there are ways to handle it. None of which is making your customer feel like its a hassle to service them. They deserve respect and communication. They are paying you for a service. You are not doing them a favor. Call your customers if you are running that far behind. Try to reschedule some to ease your load. Just be somewhat respectful of your customers time.They did not seem to want our business.If you can find another place to book this service, I would advise you check it out.

We had a lot of fun at Sweet Baby Face. I saw my new granddaughter and the staff was so sweet. Sweet Baby Face is the only place to get a 3d 4d done in Louisville!
