What was supposed to be a normal Sunday for my family and I turned into a trip to Toyota Oxmoor. We knew we wanted to grow our family and that buying a bigger vehicle was certain for our future; after finding out we were having another baby we knew it was finally time. While we weren’t planning to go car shopping the day we did, we’re incredibly thankful that we did, otherwise we probably wouldn’t have worked with Cory!The moment we pulled in to the lot, Cory was there waiting with a friendly smile and was super welcoming of my family and I. Cory made the entire visit smooth and painless. He entertained our two crazy kids and made sure we knew that he was there to serve us and make us feel comfortable in our car buying process.After Cory took the time to learn about us and our situation, he remained optimistic and positive about getting us into the perfect vehicle. We ended up buying a used 2012 Sienna, which is perfect for our family right now. We can’t thank Toyota Oxmoor enough for their hospitality, attention to detail, and excellent service.We are especially thankful for Cory for not making us feel pressured or rushed. There were a few times our kids had gotten pretty rowdy, but not once did he ever make us feel like we were an inconvenience. This is our second purchase from Oxmoor Toyota. Our first purchase was a great experience and our salesman was super helpful. But this purchase, wow! Ashley Kellar is amazing. She has the sweetest personality and goes out of her way to help you. I waited for my vehicle for a few weeks and she kept in constant contact with me giving me updates along the way. She was out of town when my vehicle arrived and checked in with me that evening (while she was on vacation!) to make sure everything went smoothly. The world needs more Ashley’s.
I arrived to Oxmoor Toyota today for the 4Runner I have been waiting three months for. It was the wrong year, color, and features. I am a relatively smart person and I know what I purchased. There were several to choose from but all on paper. I worked with the salesperson to pick the right model, put a payment down and waited patiently for three months. He obviously set the wrong one aside for me or it was sold. The staff stated I could get on the next list but would have to wait until January! No one even tried to find me what I had ordered or find something comparable but instead just kept telling me I was incorrect. Even though prior to that I was told they might have read the information incorrectly because it wasn’t in their inventory and they look at codes rather than seeing everything in plain English. I then found out the salesperson who sold me the car was no longer in sales. I don’t make a big purchase and not know what I ordered. At least give me the credit of knowing what color I ordered. Let alone the fact that we NEED a third row and this model didn’t have it. I would have definitely made sure the vehicle I purchased for my family accommodated seats for everyone. I didn’t have any recourse but to ask for my money back. To wait for 3 months for a car and not get it is every disappointing. This is our fifth car purchase from Oxmoor and this experience was very different than the experiences we have had in the last. Insulted and embarrassed to tell my family I was off to pickup our new car and come home empty handed without the car we were planning on taking a big family trip in next month. Buyer Beware.It is also worth noting Oxmoor called me and sent me a letter to buy back my current 4Runner which initiated this sale. Upon arriving the buyback was much lower than what was communicated. My salesperson told me he didn’t agree with their quote process as the offer given was for an excellent condition car. My car has no damage, wrecks, full service history, etc.PS. I got on their website after leaving and saw two cars I would have entertained looking at. I even called back and the manager I spoke to was so unapologetic I just got my down payment back.
I could never say enough wonderful things about Oxmoor Toyota and namely Jason Duff, our finance guy! My husband and I struggled over several years due to identity theft. It was one bad circumstance after another! It was a true struggle. We had other finance people look at us like we were crazy! But from Day 1 Jason set and listened and never judged us. It has been amazing what he and Oxmoor Toyota has done for us. It took a lot of hard work on our part and his, but we are no longer paying 24.9% interest rate! We are so thankful that God led us to Oxmoor and are thankful for our friend, Jason! Highly recommend!

Yesterday, I went to Oxmoor Toyota to purchase a vehicle for my mother, who requires specific things in a vehicle. Cory M. had a Toyota Camry ready to test drive from our reservation the night before. He helped us work through the paperwork, was extremely kind and engaging, and once informed that my mother needed things explained and at a slower pace, was able to accommodate. While conversing, Cory was capable of filling out the required paperwork so we were not there for an extended period of time. He illustrated genuine interest in our lives beyond the car lot and gave me his word that, even if I am moving to IL, he would be there for my mother and the Camry if she has issues with it or needs help. I am much more comfortable now that she has a reliable car and a dealership with a service center who can address her needs in a timely fashion while also considering the persons income/ability to pay for specific services.What helped the most was his genuine interest in my mothers interests--writing and whatnot. He commented on her email, engaged in conversation with her while ensuring she understood what he was saying, and overall, gave off a trusting vibe. During the time, I was not feeling well because of food poisoning and symptoms from cancer, but because he was so attentive to our needs and time, I was able to push through the purchase of the vehicle.The vehicle itself is in excellent condition - a 2011 Toyota Camry - with 128,000 miles.Again, I cannot recommend this dealership enough, along with Cory M, for your future needs with vehicles/service. :)Thank you, Cory!

Oxmoor Toyota has the largest selection of vehicles of anyone we found in the city. Fortunately, we had looked at their inventory online and that saved us over $3,000 from the car lot price. Do your homework and when you get there, ask for Will.
Great experience as usual. Started buying cars from them in 1999. Never had any issues. Always a fair price and financing. They work with you to get the payment you desire. No pressure to buy but they make it hard to walk away. From the front office to the back finance office with Taylor. A great team of people. Ask for Bubba or Josh.

My experience at Oxmoor Toyota was extremely unprofessional. Corey was rude on many different levels. As a young female purchasing my first car, I brought my father along and even though he knew I was the one purchasing the vehicle- Corey would not speak directly to me. I would be right next to Corey and he would look past me and refer to me as She or her when I was the customer he should have been speaking with. He even went so far as to insult me by saying I could maybe get a Hyundai for the monthly payment I wanted. I took my business elsewhere and now have a much nicer car than what Corey was even offering for the price I wanted.
Aiden was so helpful in the process of buying a new car. With the way the market is currently I was nervous I wouldn’t find anything that was going to meet all my needs but he worked with us and got us exactly what I needed! Loving my 2021 highlander!

Do not purchase from this dealer! They try to sell cars that are not on the lot! They also over charge hundreds of dollars and are not friendly and their customer service is horrible! Will Mobarly (short chubby salesman) is a fast talking liar! Do not purchase cars from him! I’ve been waiting a month for my car that never came! The manager Craig Gray is the most horrific manager! If only I could give 0 stars I would!
I would like to give this dealership 0.5 star despite their great ratings. Since I can’t go below1 star on google review, I would like to callout that Toyota dealership gets 0.5 from me. The reason behind my review is rude and egoistic salesman they have out there. Based on the google reviews and feedback, we decided to explore our car option here. But right from the start of our entry, we were pushed about whether we are serious buyers or not. If not then we don’t need you here. Despite providing justification as a serious buyer, we were able to look at the car of our choice. Now, as a customer I believe that you have right to decide if you change your mind if things on internet looks different than real physical car. It turns out when I shared about our decision with sales man, his behavior became more rude and arrogant with us. Though I don’t believe in commenting on experiences, but I am very disappointed with service provided by your sales team. Also, please keep in mind that customer first should be your goal for the sales team. Sorry for this big note but I hope the management takes steps to provide training on how to become polite and provide good customer service.
This was my first time buying a car from a Toyota dealership. I am so impressed with how they worked with me on offering the best price and reassuring me I am getting the highest quality. On 12-16-20 I test drove a Toyota Sienna, Stock #T50959, at Oxmoor Toyota after checking price ranges on the Toyota.com website.The price on the lot for this specific vehicle was $43750, which is considerably more than the range for this kind of vehicle advertised on Toyota.com.Two days later on 12-18-20 I saw the same vehicle advertised on Oxmoor Toyotas site for $35153. I texted and asked why the price difference. The sales manager Craig (Gray?) called me back and said that now all of a sudden there wasnt a shortage of these vehicles and they had lowered the price.I have photos I took at the lot and of the web site, showing the Stock #. Google is not allowing uploads.The general manager, Patrick ODonnell called me on 12-18-20, apologized and said that this was because of the young, inexperienced man who facilitated the test drive. I am sure that that young man was not responsible for placing the ad and printing out the stickers on the car!This is a clear bait and switch and is a deceptive practice, and could be a case of pandemic gouging.As of 12-20-20 the ad is still up.
Purchased a car last Monday. We were paying cash with no financing and they wouldn’t work with us at all on price. Almost lost this sale over $1,400. Had to wait forever for sale to go through. Why? Who knows. Like I said- we paid cash. When finally allowed to leave with car, sales fella didn’t even walk us to the car. Simply gave us the key and pointed us in the direction of the car. Also gave us wrong extra key. Had to make 2 trips out there to get another key made and the replacement key works but is hard to turn in the ignition. First experience with Oxmoor Toyota and not impressed.
Salesperson was ok.. finance was ok.. but was told I would receive something next day and it’s on the we owe statement.. went in next day and they said wait 15-30 days.. I feel like they did whatever possible to get me to sign and buy but when it comes to deliver on the promises they didn’t come through. I thought having it on paper would assure me they would follow through. Boy was I wrong. I hate being lied to and that’s exactly what happened.

Bought a used car today from Oxmoor Toyota. Everything from getting my current vehicle appraised, to test driving the vehicle I was interested in, to signing the documents and handing them my check went smoothly. I was there about 2.5 hours which I didnt think was too bad. Kudos to my salesman, Corey Morris. He was thorough, knowledgeable and I felt he honestly was trying to make the deal work for me. I recommend him highly. This was my second vehicle Ive bought from Oxmoor and would have no qualms about using them again.

Went in with no intention of buying. William took over and found me what I wanted. Price was an issue and I was firm on what I was willing to spend. Got it all worked out and drove home with a great used Toyota! William asked that I give him a 5 star review and while I think that is up to my discretion, he does deserve the 5 stars! I wouldn’t allow him to push me into buying something I didn’t want and he allowed me to make that decision.

The buying experience for us was good and there was never any pressure to hurry and buy. We visited 3 or 4 times to test drive different trims and when we made a decision to purchase, we were able to make a deal with the price of the new car and our trade in relatively quickly. The only reason this is not a 5 star review was due to a mix up with an addition we negotiated for, but ultimately could not get with the vehicle we got without paying a little more ourselves to make it compatible. They did give us a check to make up for part of the addition we could not get, but we would have preferred to get the add on as that was what closed the deal for us. That being said, we feel it was just a mix up and lack of knowledge of new body style as opposed to being deceptive, and the overall experience was a good one.

He answered all of our questions and made the beginning of our car search so easy. I highly recommend.We ultimately bought out of town but we’re definitely going back to see Barry when we need our next new vehicle.
Great selection of used cars. I didnt feel pressured like at many other dealerships. So the sales staff is terrific. However they didnt do a terrific job getting the car ready to go. The car was dirty when we test drove it and they said they would clean it they did clean it mostly but they left a few things unclean and they also did not feel the windshield wiper fluid even though we asked. Thats what keeps us from being five stars.
I own 2 Toyotas and have been using this dealer for purchase and service for 8 years. They get the job done, are polite, and waiting area is nice. My only complaint would be that sometimes repairs seem rather pricey.
I don’t have enough good things to say about my experience. Due to the car shortage I was dealing with multiple dealerships and Oxmoor Toyota was hands down the easiest and cooperative. I worked directly with Barrett who went out of his way to show me what they had available, as well as call me as soon as the car I wanted rolled on the lot. I got great trade in value and purchasing was brief without any misleading or hidden costs.
My husband and I purchased a 2021 Toyota Highlander from Oxmoor Toyota a couple of weeks ago and, while there was a discrepancy along the way, our sales person went above and beyond to make things right. My husband and I are extremely grateful for not only the perfect SUV as our family grows by one this winter, but for the care and concern Oxmoor Toyota and Cory Morris showed during our purchase. This is the worst experience i have with Toyota, im never have so many troubles to fix my NEW CAR, I dont have more the 2 month 1/2, and i have still jumped over 8 time in 4 weeks.. this is 3th time I have to make appointments to check my car, with no solutions. Is so frustrating, like u can see the 3 different photo i add, all check lights on, and say NOT READY TO DRIVE.I have to keep paying for Uber when i drop my car there, because they dont have temp car until they fix my, now with COVID, they are not allow to give temp car. Who going to pay me, the money I spent in Uber??? When I call Toyota Central, they just say, you have to make appointments and they have to check what going on, and use the warranty if is necessary to fix my car.I bring my nephew to buy a car, they told me, we going to give you a $100 credit, for each referral, ($100 wowwww just $100, when I give my employees $250 for referrals, but anyway) im still waiting for my credit too.About the Tag, i got temp tag, and was already expired, i keep calling for more 3 weeks, and nothing been done, they told me, i have to go to County Clerk to get my Tag, when is not my responsibility, and County Clerk office told me, they cant help me, because this is totally dealership responsibility, to make the process to get my tag, until i call to the dealership, again!!, they email another person, for help me to get my new tag. And then, i get my tag after 1 month.I hope someone read my review, can help me to get out this lease, and get my money back.
My wife and I were in the market for a larger family vehicle. We wanted an SUV with third row seats for family trips and decided to trade hers car in. She wanted to get a GMC Acadia. I looked around and couldn’t find one that matched her criteria so I expanded the search to other brands. I found a 2019 Toyota Highlander at Oxmoor online and we decided to go look at it.The sales staff was excellent and after taking it for a test drive, my wife fell in love. Toyota has a reputation for quality and if we were going to spend that much money I wanted to make sure the car we bought was worth that much money. There was a wait involved with the financing but that is to be expected. The finance dept worked hard to nail down the best deal. I plan on getting a truck next year and I’ll definitely stop at Oxmoor first.
Ask for Barry and you won’t regret it, especially if you have kids shopping with you! We had the best car buying experience we have ever had which is surprising to say since this time we had a 6 month old and a 2 year old in tow. The process was seamless without any pressure. He negotiated over the phone with us so we ended spending less than an hour in store for the purchase process which was really helpful with kids. He truly is wonderful and I highly suggest him to everyone and anyone!

Logan did a great job going over the car and answering any questions I had. He provided us with all rebates and offers and worked with us to get the car to the price we wanted. This was the best experience I’ve had when buying a new car.
I so want to give a good review....However, my experience with Oxmoor Toyota was quite the disappointment, and that is putting it graciously.We took our 2014 Sienna to have recalls repaired. When we dropped it off, we asked if they could check the rear door/hatch as it was not staying open. I had already researched this, and it was more than likely the rear hatch supports needed to be replaced. A simple job that I could have done, but while it was there was willing to pay to have it done. The service guy said he would have the problem checked and let us know the cost to repair it.He did text with a price of $1500.00. I texted back and verified that this was to replace the hatch supports. These parts cost $80 for 2 supports. He responded that the issue was the object sensor. I knew that this was a farce, so I told them not to fix it.The following day I purchased the hatch supports myself from a local auto parts store. In less than 10 minutes I had removed the old ones and installed the new ones. Can you guess what happened next????? The problem was solved. The door is now functioning normally.It really disgusts me that it is still common practice for places like this to take advantage of customers. One of two things is possible. They have an incompetent service department, or they flat out lied... or maybe it is both!!!It happened to be my wife who dropped the van off and with whom the service department thought they were texting. Maybe they thought they could take advantage of a female customer.
We bought a 2021 rav4 yesterday. William Adrio was our salesman. I’d recommend asking for him when u go there. He was pretty up front and honest with us. Very nice, down to earth, talked to us like normal, everyday, working class people. He treated us well. (The only negative thing I can say about him is he’s a Cowboys fan). Other than that, he was great. He made it easy for us, wasn’t pushy or shady like a stereotypical car salesman. We had a great experience with him. Thanks!
Honestly, if you want a Toyota, drive the extra distance to Frankfort Toyota. To save time and gas I decided to go to Oxmoor, but it was not worth it. I spent over 5hrs on a Saturday at the dealership (3 of which were waiting to sign papers after we found the car we wanted), and we didnt end up even signing Saturday. Then I came back four days later to finish signing and pick up the car when they told me my Toyota loyalty credit wasnt valid and my student rebate wasnt going to be applied. When I asked for documentation, no one has been able to show me anything as to why I didnt get them when I believe I qualified. They scammed me out of $1000 worth of credits I should have gotten. Terrell was our sales guy, and hes the only reason I gave this more than a 1 star review. The rest of the staff I feel like tried to take advantage of me.Edit: I just want to edit that I reached out to the company immediately after they replied, and it’s been a week and they haven’t actually followed up. My husband and I went to Oxmoor Toyota to test drive a 2021 Toyota Venza. We were approached by Aiden to offer his assistance and were impressed with his knowledge of the vehicle as well as his honest personality. Our intent was to just test drive but we left in a new car. Aiden made the entire experience awesome! I love my Venza!

We recently visited Oxmoor Toyota and met William Adrio who helped us with our vehicle purchase. We had done our research as to the model and trim we wanted, and had found the car we wanted online at Oxmoor. We live about 5 hours away, so we were a little anxious about contacting a dealership salesman. After briefly talking to William over the phone we decided to make the trip for the potential purchase. When we arrived we found William to be prepared and knowledgeable, and he quickly answered all our questions. After a test drive, We wound up purchasing the vehicle and are very happy we did. William was super helpful, professional and courteous. This was probably the easiest car purchase we’ve ever made, with no pressure applied by the dealer. When we need another vehicle, we will definitely go back and ask for William.
After finding the vehicle we wanted online, we made an appointment to test drive the car. CoryM was very professional and welcoming. He was friendly, answered our questions, had the paperwork ready, and didnt push for us to try other/newer models. I found the experience pleasant and would 100% recommend Oxmoor Toyota and CoryM. -ChristinaL
First off just wow! I was working with another lot and there prices were outrageous so I decided to look at Oxmoor and literally almost half the price for a better nicer vehicle of the same make and model. Doesnt stop there the people gabby and especially Ashley kellar were just amazing they were able to get my payment exactly where I wanted even why using my own bank. The value they truly gave me for my trade was also just crazy amazing. This will be the only place I buy from again thanks again Oxmoor

I want to commend William Adrio. He handled my purchase of a Camry. He was very patient, no pressure, pleasant, trustworthy, flexible and took his time to explain anything I wanted to know. And when I didnt want to know it, he did not pressure me. He was very professional and I would recommend him to anyone who wants to purchase a Toyota automobile. Very, very satisfied.
Excellent experience. Bought a car for my son. My salesperson, turtle, last name Radcliffe, was amazing. What a nice guy and so helpful and not pushy or overselling Etc. Typically I do not enjoy Car Sales experiences, but he was perfect and really appreciated all his effort and he made us feel very relaxed and comfortable. Would totally recommend Oxmoor Toyota and specifically turtle
The whole experience was awesome from start to finish. The listened to me and what I was asking. I appreciate the whole process with William Moberly product specialist and Jason Duff finance manager being completely transparent and willing to answer any questions. I highly recommend Oxmoor Toyota if you are looking for a vehicle.

I hate the process of buying a car but this was a painless experience! I had done my research first and contacted online before going in which made things easier. ( highly recommend doing this) Finance department was great and not pushy! Also loved that they had someone to meet with me to get my phone set up and show me all the features. This was something not done when my husband purchased a Toyota at a different dealership. I love my new Highlander and would recommend to buy your next Toyota here.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. The RUDEST, PUSHIEST people work at this place. Extremely disrespectful!!!!! If you’re a female and looking to not get screwed on a car, DO NOT go to Oxmoor Toyota. Getting the manager involved will not help your case because he was probably the rudest of them all.
We had a wonderful experience here. Cory Morris was a great help and very kind! He helped us tremendously with no pressure and we were able to negotiate a deal we were comfortable with.
Spent a lot of time at many different dealerships, and had many bad experiences. Oxmoor is the only dealership that didnt lowball me on my trade in and was able to get me the car I wanted. William Adrio is a real pro, very friendly, and made the whole process stress free. Id recommend him to anyone looking to buy a new car

Took our 2017 truck in for maintenance service after paid over $80 for the service pick up the car drove home and the oil engine level low need to add more oil. They took out but didn’t put any in… after we call and they didn’t even do anything . And we need to go to work the next day …..
I just had my first experience dealing with Oxmoor Toyota. This dealership is by far the best! Ive never seen a place more organized and ran so smooth.I dealt with David (Bubba) Raymond and William Drio in sales and they are awesome! They are extremely knowledgeable and made my decision of buying my 2021 Camry SE very easy.Jason Diff in finance made signing the paperwork and selecting the extra coverages easy. This is what Im normally very hesitant on. Jason helped explain exact coverages and how they work.Oxmoor Toyota will be the only place I consider going forward. Ive never been to a better dealership that ran so smooth. This is a first class establishment!
Best prices by far, the salesman were pretty rude, pushy, and extremely fast paced. Tried to get me to lease a vehicle instead of financing and when I disagreed they seemed fed up like I was a complete nuisance to their existence. Then when I finally got my car, the salesman smacked my new car mirror with my trade-in cars door because they were in such a hurry. They also stripped my license plate screws both with my old plate and the new screws for my temp tags. On top of it all, my mother had an awful experience with them last year, very similar to mine, very pushy and wouldn’t take “no” for an answer.
