Dealership had our company vehicle for almost two months and despite numerous phone calls and messages during that timeframe I could never get anyone to let me know what was going on with the vehicle. Once I finally did hear back, the service department representative told me the vehicle only needed a new battery. We will use another Ford dealership for servicing all of our corporate fleet vehicles moving forward.

I just purchased a 2021 f150. I am a retired contractor and already knew what vehicle I wanted and after an extensive nation wide search I found the best over-all price at Oxmoor Ford.Then, It all started with an extensive on-line chat with Holly Goodman, who provided me answers to all of my questions. She was professional, knowledgeable, and in no way deceptive or rudely aggressive.The next day I arrived and Holly came out to greet my wife and I, and introduced us to Ray. Ray was kind, friendly, and personable, he walked us through all the paper work and administrative items.At the time of closing the transaction and making the payments, Ray introduced us to Kenneth the Financial Director. We had our own financing, but with our permission Kenneth compared our loan to another loan and was able to drop my monthly payments by $35 and for me that is huge.During this process Evan, an insurance advisor introduced himself and offered to give us a quote for home and auto. I am currently reviewing it, but the cost difference could save me an additional $400 a year for the same coverage.After all was completed Ray came out to show us around all the features on the vehicle and see us off.On the drive home my wife and I were very happy. We bought a great truck, at a great price, received good value on our trade-in, got an incredible rate on our financing, and met a few very nice people that I look forward to seeing again in the future. It’s hard to have a good experience buying a car, thease guys did it for us … found it on line, sent a message they answered in a minute, they called as soon as I asked them to, set the appointment our vehicle was ready to drive as soon as we arrived.. ask for a call with numbers and like everything else in a few minutes we got it, made an appointment to to do paperwork and they where waiting when I showed up .., best car buying experience I’ve ever had … go see John Safi if you need a car … They earned our business for ever.

Always a 5 star service when I am here. I had leased my vehicle from another Ford Dealer for the last 3 years, Ive been using their service dept to service my car. Their service is a first come, first serve and personally i didnt feel the service was at all personal. Skip to today, I called yesterday and was able to get an appointment next day. Nothing less than a spectacular experience. The salesman (Clint Early) actually listened to what it was I was looking for and went a step further and asked my target price range. Very knowledgeable of the vehicle stock there and ended up getting me a better deal than expected and a better APR on my loan. Now I see why my mother went there for all of her car needs. They advertised a Bronco on their website as part of their inventory. I drove 40 miles to look at it only to be told Ford says they were not allowed to sell it. When I asked why it was on their website as inventory, they said it was a demo. Then they said the price is $10K above sticker. So I was completely misled.

I tried for several days all at different times to call the service center to pay for my car since I was not able to pick it up until after closing hours, I never once got an answer or a call back, even after leaving my information with a sales agent. Then after getting my car back the oil filter was left so loose that oil was pouring from it. I had to turn it a solid 5-6 times before it even felt tight. The sheer lack of quality in their work is unbelievable and I will not be back.

I flew to KY with the intent of purchasing a 2006 BMW 330ci convertible. Ray was very nice and picked me up from the airport. When arrived, I walked up to view the car and immediately noticed the car convertible top had been painted! Yes, like brush painted! Never in my wildest dreams would I thought this wouldve been an issue. There is NO WAY no one else noticed this. It had brush marks and the canvas had hardened to the touch by it. It was not disclosed and I definitely felt taken advantage of being out of state. No wonder the images they posted online was taken when the car was wet! Ray was kind enough to take me back to the airport to rent a car back home! I was told they would reimburse me for my travel home, but they only gave me money back on the rental. I definitely feel they should have paid my hotel room for all my troubles and stress! This dealership definitely knew what they were selling and chose not to disclose the damage. Lesson here- buyer beware and be sure to ask if the convertible top is painted! UNREAL!

I arrived and asked about the LS model. The man who responded indicated that the man who specializes in Lincolns at that multiple make/model dealership- was someone else; I did not inquire as to whether that person was busy. The man I spoke with at that dealership stated that the LS was not manufactured after 2006; I asked about 2005 and whether production shifted to the MKZ, which he later told me began in 2007 according to a cellular phone internet search, or if the MKZ was manufactured contemporarily with the LS line.There did not seem to be a manufacturers (specific/on site) historical database (and/or (interactive) display) at that dealership; It is unlikely that there is or was one at the nearest classic car museum to that dealership. I was told that the engines for the SUV manufactured nearer to that dealership than the sedan with an engine manufactured in Europe and assembled in Central America were the same; that the LS had a V6 and the MKZ a V8.

UPDATE- 08/22/21-Richard sold me a plan that is supposed to cover my oil changes, he assured me that I can take my car anywhere and they will honor it. Well, they do not honor this plan and none of the Oxmoor Auto Group locations will change my oil because I bought a Kia from them. This was $2000 tacked on to the sales price. I left a voicemail for Richard 2 weeks ago and have not received a return call. Needless to say, I feel taken advantage of. This would have been the best car buying experience had they not sold me a plan that I cant use.Best car buying experience that Ive had. I knew what I wanted and what my payments needed to be and they exceeded my expectations. They had the car that I wanted, provided the car fax. They were transparent, efficient and friendly and I would be willing to refer any of my family or friends to them. Ross was my salesman and Richard was the finance manager. Both were excellent.

If I could give 10 stars I would. Trevor was absolutely amazing and so professional. My husband and I wanted to look at some trucks and Trevor listened to everything we needed. He didn’t try to steer us in another direction, he listened to our needs and made it happen! If you come to Oxmoor Ford Dealership I highly recommend seeking Trevor out and having him help you! He made the whole process so easy! Then Richard in finance department was phenomenal. He was kind and amazing at his job. He explained everything and answered all of our questions. I took my car in for a recall repair and oil change. Jim greeted me and took my info. He let me know what they were doing to my vehicle and asked if there was anything else I needed. I jokingly said, you can wash it. It was completed in a timely manner and I was thrilled when I picked up my car and it was squeaky clean. Jim went above and beyond because they were very busy. I purchased a Brand new 2020 Lincoln Aviator, had for about 4 months. Tried to remote start last night and it wouldnt work. So I tried to manually start it and still wouldnt work. The door wouldnt shut, the lights wouldnt come on or the car. Not to mention it was freezing outside.Called Lincoln My Way and the representative was nice but completely inexperienced. Gave me the incorrect directions and, of course, nothing worked. So he transferred me and I another rep to arrange towing my car.Well, he was even worst. He kept asking me the same questions about 20 different ways. So if I tell you the car wont start then why are you asking me to turn the car on and put it in neutral. He just made matters worst. Finally got my tow setup and that was the end of that, so I thought.So I had it towed to the local Oxmoor Lincoln. First, the website said the service department was open on Sunday. Secondly, I called to get a loaner, per my warranty and the worthless extended warranty, and the Sales Manager tells me I have to wait till Monday because the Service Dept is closed. Mind you I have to work, with no damn car to drive in!!!I was beyond frustrated. First, that a brand expensive new car is a piece of junk!!! Then the representatives was not even a 2 star rating and the local dealership is a joke. I had a Chevy and my sales guy always made sure I had a loaner car. We didnt have to go through service and they brought it to you or picked you up. I pay all this money for NOTHING!!!! I will never buy another Lincoln EVER!!!

Customer service was a solid 2/5. The girl who set the appointment over the phone was friendly and helpful and is the only reason for the stars. 2 hour wait time, car had been done for 30-40min before I was notified it being completed. The car was pulled inside the check in area when it was completed, then pulled right back outside where it sat until I was notified. Not one hello, except from the salesman who talked to me about trading my car in. You would think a nice dealership would be more on it. Won’t be returning.

Poor overall experience. Lack of customer centricity was my biggest concern. I never really felt welcomed or engaged. The salesman was personable but lacked attention to detail- omitting several details from our paperwork that nearly lead to significant increased cost out of our pocket. Our address and last names were spelled incorrectly on our financial documents given from the salesman to the finance associate. Upon discovery, the finance associate stated he was going to “write-up” the salesman. Which is fine, but didn’t need to be shared with a customer. Finance associate had to be reminded of Ford finance deals in the queue by the customer. Provided a 300% higher interest rate until I brought up the financing deal offered by Ford- again potentially causing more costs out of pocket for me. To summarize, poor experience, we got the car we wanted for the value we wanted- but getting from point A to point B was not optimal. I will not be returning.

My girlfriend Recently purchased a 2017 Ford Explorer from Oxmoor in March 2021. We also purchased the “extended bumper to bumper warranty” at least thats how it was presented by Trey our salesman. After having the car for roughly less than a month we started having issues. Door seal coming off, back liftgate would not open, keyless entry pad on the side of the car came off while driving, and anytime you would go to fill the car with gas, the gas would over flow from out of the spout. After getting a date of July 5th to bring the car in for work and thinking since we just purchased this car and bought an extended warranty and with this clearly all manufacturers defects, it would be covered…nope not a single one! After having to call and check status multiple times, having to call ford ourselves (and them saying that would be dealer responsibility since it was “certified pre-owned” car), and our paperwork showing a “172 point inspection” (i think they missed 170 of those points”) being hung up on by Kenny in the service department…and now there service manager going out on vacation for this week. Absolutely nothing has been resolved with this car. So my fellow review readers, I would highly recommend taking your money else where to purchase a “certified pre-owned” or new Ford because if you have to deal with their service department….good luck!

I just bought a certified used vehicle and I didn’t notice dent on driver side door. OXMOOR FLM Knew of the dent but didn’t bring it to my attention before purchase was completed. When I called the sales person after getting home with vehicle, he said the he saw the dent when he took the vehicle back for cleaning before turning the vehicle over to me. I would have fully expected a better response and the dealership to meet me halfway on a fix. No response. Very unhappy as im going to have to spend an additional $400-500 for the repair.

Every staff member was excellent, with the exception of the sales representatives (the most important ones). If it wasnt because I needed to get a new car fast, I wouldnt bought it here. I came back with my wife (because she wanted a Ford and this was the closest and opened dealer) and the next sales representative was in the same attitude. Maybe they treated us differently and without importance because we are Hispanics. We went to another dealer and you could tell the difference. In that other dealer the sales representative took his time to explain every feature of the car, and even jumped in the car with us while we drove around and explainedmore things. This never happened at this Ford. They need to improve customer service, and maybe theyll sell more cars than they do. I bought a truck because I needed it, but definitely not because the sales representative did his job.

Took my car here for a factory recall, setting up my appointment was easy, everyone was nice. However when I went to pick up my car later that day, no one told me they had shut down (for the weather) and were unable to finish work on my car. So I showed up in the snow only to be turned away. Very disappointing that no one told me. I wouldnt recommend getting serviced here. But I did have a good car buying experience here afew years ago for what its worth.

I bought a ‘certified’ 2016 Ford Explorer from this dealership March 2018. I have had nothing but problems since day one! Shortly after I bought it, I had to take it back to have work done on the AC as it wasn’t working (remember this vehicle was supposed to be certified)…work was covered under warranty but it took them 2 different times to fix the leak. Fast forward to this week and my air stops working again…I take it to a repair shop locally that I have had do work on my other vehicles…he looks at it, puts Freon in it along with due to find the leak…easy leak to find because when Oxmoor ‘fixed’ it the first time the technician didn’t put a bolt back in where it should have been so the hose has been rubbing against the pulley all this time and finally destroyed the entire thing! Now I have a $650 repair bill for something that could have been prevented if the dealership had technicians that knew what they were doing. I will NEVER buy anything from Oxmoor Ford again nor will I ever recommend anyone buy from them!On a side note, my son also bought a certified used car from them and has had nothing but problems also. Save yourself the hassle and just go to Bill Collins Ford… that’s what I should’ve done in this case!

2.5 hours....thats all it took for me to get into a new car. Best experience I have had at a dealership buying a car and this is my 4th car Ive bought. Great people, quick and knowledgeable.

Took my 06 F250 Powerstroke in for an oil change and to look it over with the works diesel inspection. Let me know what needed to be done now or soon. Friendly and helpful staff. Chuck Hunt was great. Only complaint I have is there was some oil on my hood and center console but I just wiped it off. Ill be back in 3k miles.Edit: So after having my truck back for a couple weeks, Ive noticed an increase in squealing noises under the hood. I just went out and checked this morning to see if I could see anything. Pretty sure the oil cap is supposed to be put back on after an oil change.... I cant believe the cap was still on the battery! There is also a ticking noise thats driving me crazy if I get on the throttle.

I have had a horrible experience so far. I traded in a car in January and bought a new car. I have had to come back several times to sign paperwork and each time the offer has changed, re: interest rates and payment amount. It is now April and my trade in is not paid for which is affecting my credit and my temporary tag has expired twice and I still have nothing to make payments on my new car.

I knew exactly what I was wanting, talked with Doug Kimmons and he did a search and looked for the truck with the options I wanted without success. He worked with me on building and ordering the truck and in a couple months later was in and out of the dealership with my truck. Was easiest vehicle purchase I have made.

Most dealership service departments doesnt get very many kudos but today they took care of the customer. I ordered a part and already paid for it earlier. I wanted to use my Ford Rewards Points and get reimbursed for the original cost. The Parts dept could not do this process and instructed me to go to Service department. Brenton Stinkhorn was the service advisor who helped me. He was professional, courteous, didnt wait 30min to respond to me. He figured out the process and went over to parts to confirm information and gave me the 411 on the process once completed. Very pleasure guy to talk with thanks again Brenton for your help!

I took my 2017 Ford Explorer (they told me it was a 2014, which it is not) into Oxmoor Ford for oil change and tire rotation. They did the oil change, tire rotation, and then added an engine air filter. Nothing out of ordinary for your standard oil change request. Well instead of charging me $70 (that’s what I expected), they chargesd me $133. Absolutely ridiculous. They then proceeded to lose my car keys and once they thought they found them, they then couldn’t find my car (I ended up finding my car and the keys inside the Explorer). I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS DEALERSHIP AGAIN!
