These guys are awesome. They do really great work and theyre very friendly and professional. They did a bunch of work to my Yukon Denali. I had a pretty major oil leak, and had to have the valve covers, oil pan, and front crank seal replaced. They did amazing work, and charged much less than estimates I got from another shop. I found out my Yukon was still leaking a bit of oil, so I took it back to First Class to have them look at it, it was the rear main seal this time. However, they were very honest with me and told me its a very minor leak and that I shouldnt get it fixed because of how big of a job it would be. Honestly goes a very long way! I highly recommend this shop, and will definitely be going back to First Class again.

If you’re looking for an honest and quality place to get car work done, this is your place! As a female who knows nothing about cars, you are always unsure of where to go for auto work. This is the place! My friend was told elsewhere she needed a new alternator, and told that to the owner. He could have easily given her a new one unnecessarily but was honest and told her it was just her battery. I 100% recommend this place for all auto needs! I even overheard some phone conversations and interactions with other customers, such professional and educational interactions.

I had the air conditioning system in my 1999 F250 Super Duty repaired and serviced recently. Moaz oversaw the work from start to finish. The process was completed professionally and in the time stated. The cost was fair with no surprises or hidden charges. Highly recommend.

Have been having problems with my 2005 Ford Five Hundred for over a year. Had taken it to two different shops trying to get a check engine light fixed. Was looking at taking it to a Ford dealer but didnt want to go through that expense. Even after my employee discount it would have been a very expensive fix. Found First Class and read their reviews and decided to take a chance. Im glad that I did. It took a couple of days to get the right part in from the dealer which is not uncommon in a car as old as mine. But they finally got it in and was able to get my car back on the road the same day. So far no problems and Im getting my gas mileage back again. Will definitely keep them in mind for the future.

I was on my way out West when my Service Engine light came on near Louisville and after running the diagnostics tool from AutoZone on my van I decided to find a nearby mechanic to check it out. I picked First Class because of its Google Ratings. They took a look and assured me that all was okay and I should proceed with my trip. I was hesitant at first but here I am almost 2 weeks into my trip, have been to NM, CO, UT, ID and now back to UT and no issues at all, even in unexpected snow in June at 7400 feet! Thanks to them for being honest in their diagnosis. That can be hard to find for women in the auto industry and that is the sad truth! If I lived in Louisville I would be establishing a long term relationship with this shop!!

Okay, so we had a flat tire and these guys KILLED IT. They were insane awesome. So kind, so supportive, so nice. Honestly it was a horrible day changer, unexpected flat tire, but these guys walked three parking lots over to change the tire for us. It was so so so awesome. Ill be back here for any car repair stuff Ill need!!! Moaz was the most ACCOMIDATING guy. Seriously, go here. You wont be disappointed!!

We’ve now been here twice and love this car place. The staff is super helpful, clear, and tells you the truth about what needs to be repaired. The waiting atmosphere is pleasant. I feel like the staff has been very tuned in to our needs while we were there, even turning up the heat for us when we appeared cold (without us even asking ☺️). Great guys and honest business!My husband and I stopped by to get what we assumed was a rattling muffler fixed, the guys took us back within 20 minutes and informed us the fix was much simpler and cheaper than we had anticipated. We really appreciated their honesty and fast service! We will return for further repairs when needed!

Would give no stars if possible. I am a girl who has worked in various lines of customer service so I do not take the time out of the day to complain unless something is really wrong. I don’t want any paying customer to be burned like I was. My car was in and out of this shop for over a month! I spent well over $700 just for new brakes and rotors.They assured me they found a part to fix my alarm system in my car and then it was the wrong part and then they sent it back for a new part they told me would work. They dodged me and avoided my calls for 3 weeks before I finally got ahold of them and got my money back. They told me they “couldn’t find the part” but if that was the case they should have contacted me weeks ago instead of me having to hunt them down. I went in there not knowing much about cars and they completely took advantage of me. They said they could fix my car and ultimately they let me down. They assured me they would take care of me and my car and they weren’t just in it for the money. I feel extremely manipulated and stupid for trusting them with my vehicle.
