Prices were fair if you know how to shop, everyone was kind and it was quite lively. More importantly its one of the few auto stores I can walk into as a woman without people asking if I know what parts I need, or if I know my car make or model. They offered to help but said it in a way, were they seemed to understand I know what Im doing.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff! Not very crowded, and overall a pleasant visit. Didnt have the bolt I was looking for (to be fair, not many auto parts stores will have bolts in stock), though they did offer to order the bolt and have it there in a couple days.

Called to ask a question the guy asked if he could put me on hold. I said yes waited for 5 mins and then decided to drive there while on hold. Still on hold 30 mins later when I showed up at 615 only to find the doors were locked even though all signs showed them to be open till 7. Dude, you cant even pick up the phone again to tell me you are closed?!

I purchased several batteries from Napa. They loaded them for me so I did not notice they were the wrong batteries, screw terminal instead of post. Instead of saying, ok, they tried to argue that I can not return them because they are used and that they will work for me. They are brand new in touched. I have a battery tester and found they tested 200 amps less than the equivalent post top batteries that are the correct batteries.

These guys have been around for years and all know what theyre doing and talking about when it comes to auto parts and mechanics. The guys here are friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this store for any of your auto parts needs. Great place.

We arrived at 7:45 and they are closed. This wouldnt be an issue except both the web and their front door say they close at 8. There was someone in the building we could see him in the back. So I have know idea why the lights were out and the doors locked. Guy in back didnt answer the phone either.

Staff was helpful and they had what I needed in hand. I was in a pinch and on a very short timeline. When I called they checked the system that the parts I needed were in stock and also did a visual check before I came in to pick up the parts. When I arrived, they were ready to help and very kind.

Ive been going to this NAPA since its old location on County Road. Im a DIY person and have several cars and pieces of equipment I need to keep running. NAPA almost always has what I need in stock, or are able to procure it before the days is over, unless it is something obscure.I have appreciated their service of renting equipment for free (with refunded deposit) and fair return policy.Ive seen some negative reviews on here. I certainly havent had any bad experiences; those who work there generally are knowledgeable, probably more so than they need to be for looking up parts and retrieving them. Ill pick their brains sometimes for insight into how to do something, or a little help with troubleshooting, which probably really isnt the job description, and they are usually helpful.

Have been here a few times, last time was it. Ordered online for the discount, show up, wait in a long line of people, get to a cashier finally and they say its not there, so we look it up and they charge me full price. When I say, but I ordered online, they said, well, we dont have it. Thats it. Time before a woman behind the counter sold me a specialty socket that Id asked for US made, got home, under magnifying glass, CHINA. I give up. Dishonest people, crooked business. Same crap parts as anyone else now, so get it wherever is closer. No more going out of the way for NAPA parts for me. These people just suck.

The people who work here are pretty helpful about answering questions... and if Im still wondering when I get home, then its off to YouTube for my answers.

I always prefer Napa. That said there were 2 men at the counter. The first man I spoke with was closer to the front windows. He didnt have a clue and I soon realized I was getting nowhere with him. When he went in back I stepped over to the other man and he knew exactly what I was asking for and solved my issue. But when the first man came back, he took over and all was lost. I went to another auto parts store and got what I needed in minutes.

Went to the Louisville NAPA at 6:30pm tonight for a battery. I asked the young lady if someone could install it for me. She asked the man that was there, he looked at me like I had 2 heads and shook his head no. I said if I had the tools I would do it myself. It only takes a few minutes. The young lady said that she would give me the tools and I could do it then. Great customer service! Its not like I was there at the last minute. They close at 8:00pm. I used to buy all of my batteries there and other things. Never again! Steer clear of them people.

I needed a new battery for my car and these guys were very helpful and accommodating. I was able to install the battery in the parking lot with some tools they lent me. I highly recommend this store if youre in the Louisville area.

Retail = customer serviceBad (rude) customer service = people not wanting to spend money at your store.I will now be driving further to go to other stores, which is very unfortunate.I have tried to be patient with a few people at this store, but today was my final straw. I know that other employees witness this rude and demeaning tone they take with customers. I sure which another employee would say something about it. I would be happy to talk with mgmt about this if there is a way.Not all people that go to an auto store are experts, and I dont act like a donkey when I have to help people with the things I specialize in.I would think twice about spending your money at a place that either doesnt train their people to be nice, or doesnt feel they need to correct people who interact with customers.

Worst NAPA location and very bad employees. The only reason you should bring your car here is to get the wrong battery for your car installed backwards so it will fry everything. I would not trust these people with anything not your car and not your money. Not a single person that works there knows what they are doing and when you say anything to them they are extremely rude. You will get better service at walmart putting the battery in yourself.

I purchased a NAPA Platinum oil filter for my GMC Duramax and paid $20.53 for the filter. I paid on credit card but had to return the filter about a week later when I could not remove the existing filter. I did not have the original receipt so they cannot look up the transaction using a credit card like most retailers. The price had dropped to about $12.00 on sale so that is all they would refund. My fault for not keeping the receipt but I am not happy about paying $20 for a $12 part. I kept the part and will not go back unless desperate.

This NAPA location stands for NO AUTO PARTS AVAILABLE and no tools for that matter. If you buy anything from here and if its defective good luck getting it returned without getting screamed and cussed at by the rudest store owner ive ever met. The owner Dale is a joke and thinks screaming at people gets things done in a failing business. It would be great for louisville if this place closed its doors and made room for a real parts shop.

Bad customer service. Went in for brake pads that we looked up at napaonline with the price. Price at the store was $15 more than online, which makes no sense. The guy was pretty rude about it and had a take it or leave it attitude. When I asked if he thinks this will fit my vehicle, he didnt respond and just gave me a look. I asked about return policy and how long we have to return it in case it doesnt fit. His response was how long do you think you need to figure that out. We still bought the brake pads because we needed it and didnt want to wait to get it shipped, but will never go to this store again!

Basically, I will never use Napa auto parts again. I bought a water pump from this place about a year ago along with a new Serpentine belt. The water pump went bad, makes a horrible whining sound. I asked them if they could warranty out water pump they refused to warranty it because I didnt have the receipt. What I dont understand is why would autozone warranty out an $11 dollar thermostat for life and napa cant warranty our 45 dollar part.... rick dick uless. However I will never return to napa the old man thats there is rude acted like it was a huge deal that my little one was with me, I stood there for 15 minutes and no one helped me. They dont outside business from anyone other then customers. Went to jiffy lube unfortunately they didnt have my oil filter. They bad mouth jiffy lube when all there doing is creating business for them.

Today is March 4th and if youre in the Louisville/Lafayette area you know its a blizzard outside.... My drivers side windshield wiper decided to shred itself this afternoon so I called every auto place along South Boulder Road and only one of them actually had the blades in stock, NAPA. I drive an Audi A4 and finding proper blades outside the dealership is not easy. My co-worker shuttled me over there and Michael Ambrosio was the one who ended up helping us out. We brought in the old piece and compared it to the new pieces and they seemed to be a close enough match. We got back to my car and they were a perfect fit! I am so happy they were so close to help me. Im telling you - this is the ONLY store along S Boulder that even had them in stock. Every other store told me they would have to order them which doesnt do much to get me back down to Denver tonight. Thanks to NAPA and Michael, I will get home safe, he even saved me a few bucks by mentioning AAA and letting me use my discount.
