Donnie was fabulous to work with! I called on a Friday 15 minutes before closing to see if they still had the Jeep we were interested in. Thank goodness it was! We drove and hour and a half the next morning and arrived shortly after opening. He had it ready for us to test drive. Donnie made the process smooth and stress free. He was very personable and kind. I worked with Tim Churchill. He was fantastic and was on it from the time I walked in the door. I had been in there previously and worked with him and Demetrius however we werent able to get a deal done. They both worked very hard to make it work. I returned 6 weeks later and worked with Tim again along with Keith. Both were great and this time we worked out a deal. At the end I worked with Rob to sign all the finance paperwork. She fit me into her day and didnt treat me like a burden she also didnt haggle with me or try to trick me into more service. First I tried to make my appointment on the app but it wasn’t working so I called in and made an appointment for yesterday for a oil change and tire rotation. When I got there someone checked me in I told him that I had a nail in my left front tire if they could fix it he said OK, then said it would take about an hour. So I went into the customer area and waited. It took a little over two hours, and I went to pay there was a guy there that was going to wait on me and I Ask them if they fixed the nail. He wasn’t sure in Deidre showed up who was my service person so he sent me to her, so I asked her about if my nail in my tire was fixed, she said no I wasn’t here when you came in, so I waited to see if they were going to fix it, but no they gave me my receipt and said have a good day. When I got in my car and left I checked the car tire pressure and the same tire on the left front was low meeting that’s the one with the nail in it, also meaning that they did not rotate my tires.They did call me the next day and set up an appointment to come in and fix my tire and do my tire rotation that they did not do, after I did the Google review they did not charge me to fix my tire, although they Had alreadycharged me for the tire rotation

I had a great experience! One of my dream cars ever since I was 15 has been a Cadillac Escalade. I finally found the one I wanted (white w/ black interior) and it happened to be at Montgomery Chevrolet in Louisville, KY. However, I live in Knoxville! So, I called as soon as I seen the vehicle description posted online - even before pictures were up - and I got to talk with Jack Shelton. He was gracious enough to take pictures of it for me - before it had been detailed etc. The dealership also worked with me to hold the vehicle until I got there by letting me put down a refundable deposit- at which yes - I really did get my money back! I believe it was a Tuesday when I found it online and wasn’t able to get there until the following Saturday! I drove 3 1/2 hours there to see the vehicle and of course the same back, but they answered all my questions and were so kind and patient. Dillion was also very helpful and kind. But they weren’t only friendly and kind to me, but also to my mom and kids that were with me. Needles to say - I got one of my dream cars and I’m loving it! Service was not satisfactory. Had an oil change, received no explanation about what all was inspected or performed. Just paid the bill and was told car parked out front. Checked the oil light indicator to make sure it read 100%. There was no new sticker put on window shield for next service date. Went back to request one. Had service performed because engine light was on. All I was told was the manifold needed to be replaced. Didnt mention there was an oil leak. Just had this replaced a little over a year and half. Car was there for a week with Michael Olson playing phone tag with Car Shield and then only to learn it was denied. Michael Olson didnt give me a full detailed of what all was wrong. Conflicting stories between him and Car Shield. Was told previous could not be pulled up for getting the same type of work. Michael Prestigiacomo was not very helpful. Promised he would go back through history only to say mileage and warranty had expired. So a manifold last for less than 24,000 miles. Very unhappy customer. Been a customer for many years. Even found there was the wrong filter installed. Paid out of pocket $2400.

ZERO STARS! Montgomery Chevrolet falsifies their inventory and lies about what is available on the lot just to get you there to sell you something you dont want. Right now, for example, they are showing close to 20 Equinox on their website as being available for purchase. There are ZERO on the lot. For 5 days, the sales people contacted me repeatedly to come and test drive one of the vehicles. When I got to the lot, there was no inventory ---- ZERO! The sales person at the desk said they just sold the one I was looking at, at 8:30 PM the previous night; the lot closes at 6:00 pm and I was contacted by the sales person at 5:38 PM to come and test drive the vehicle at 1:00 pm today. There has never been a new car sold from start to finish in three hours - NEVER. If it was sold last night, the deal was being done when the sales person was telling me to come test drive it. Its more likely the the guy at the desk today was lying. Its dealerships like this that make the car buying experience such a an unwelcome event.

I called to setup appointment for first oil change service and safety recall. The lady on the phone brought up the recall before I could mention it. Said they would do it on same visit. I showed up and was told regular service would be around 45 minutes. I mentioned the recall and was told it would take an additional 2 hours. The recall notice said the repair would be 15 minutes. I asked if they could check to see if my truck needed the seatbelt anchor bracket and they could let me know. I went to waiting room to wait while they did service. 1 hour and 45 minutes later the lady came in to let me know they were almost finished with service. She also told me that they did not have parts to do the recall and I would have to come back when parts came in. If they didn’t have the parts why did the lady on the phone mention the recall. I assumed they were doing the recall and that is why I waited for 1 hour and 45 minutes. I will not go back to Montgomery for any reason after this experience. I will have to find another dealership to get the recall taken care of which is very frustrating.

I took my car here to get a simple problem fixed they had to pull out my driver seat to replace a part and in the process the technician tore up my interior scratched my paint in my door jam and put a sticker over it trying to hide it and also scratched my steering wheel. I have tried calling up there ever since I picked it up on the 28th of August to get ahold of the service manager or just speak with anyone who can tell me more about my car and I have told them multiple times to tell the service manager to call me back and he still has yet to do so, I still have yet to get a call back from anyone to let me know what’s going on with the whole situation.

Incredibly rude customer service. I was informed to call the following day to speak to the manager and the lady on the line didn’t even attempt to find them. I’ve mentioned I have a battery purchased but need name of previous owner to look up. Informed me she can’t and assumed I was going to harass previous owner. I said it was okay so moving forward what can be done. She said nothing, got frustrated, and hung up on me. Even said “oh my god” in a frustrating tone before hanging up. I feel so embarrassed for this associate.

Scheduling the appointment was easy. When I arrived Joseph was quick to assist in receiving my information and vehicle. I had requested an oil Change, Tire ration, and to check the left rear tire because my car said it only had 27 PSI ( tire is rated at 40 psi). Joseph stated they would take care of it. I also informed him I was on my lunch break. He told me it would be about 30 to 45 minutes. An hour goes by, so I check on how much longer it will be. Joseph apologized several times and said it would be 10 more minutes and it would be free due to the 45 minute guarantee. 20 minutes later my car comes out. I ask Joseph about my tire and was told it was fine, that it was probably just from normal evaporation. I get in my car and on my way back to work I notice that now the Right Front tire is at 27 psi. I check my service ticket that says the inflated my tires to GM specs. I call Montgomery and am told by another guy that the PSI probably dropped after it left and 27 psi really isnt bad. (TIRES ARE RATED at 40 PSI). Truth is they changed the oil and rotated the tires, but that is all they did! Now I have to schedule another appointment to get my tire fixed.

After 9 months of waiting for them to send me the paperwork for my title, they finally sent it to the city I went to school in 3.5 hours away. Then, they straight up lied to me and told me that I would have to drive to my college town the very next day or else the bank would cancel my loan. I called the bank and they said that they would never cancel a loan because of title issues and that I had no obligation to drive and get the title myself because that is the sole responsibility of the dealership. I spoke to 2 different people at the dealership about this and they were both rude, unhelpful, and dismissive. I really like the car I bought from there, but the fearmongering will be what prevents me from recommending this dealership to anyone.

In a time of Covid19, I was happy that the service team all wore masks when interacting with me. HOWEVER, as I was in the waiting room, I saw several employees which I believe were part of the sales team enter to get coffee with masks below their noses, on their chins or unmasked AND there was another customer that entered to wait completely UNMASKED the entire time. I feel the services provided to my vehicle were good but I personally felt unsafe waiting on my car to be finished.

On the same day my car started for it’s last time, I had the great fortune of finding another in the color, make, and model the same day for the price range that would be manageable for my budget. As soon as I got to the lot, Troy was with me the whole way. Straight to the Jeep, test drive ready and was knowledgeable about the vehicle and patient with my questions throughout the whole process, and has been sure to follow-up (I’m writing this review a week after getting the car). From start to finish, I felt listened to, genuinely helped, and that I wasn’t just being sold a car, but actually taken care of to make sure that the purchase and process was as simple and painless as possible. Missed a screw in the tire, when they rotated the tires. My dash monitor had all four tires at different pressures. One was 65 one was 58 one was 55 the other 61. Guys they need to be the same I am at 30 000 miles. Please look harder. Thanks for my rant.

Our family needed something bigger than our Corolla so I stopped by one evening and met Bobby Bodemann in the lot. We talked cars and needs and scheduled an appointment for that Saturday and after a few printed papers and a few signatures we are proud owners of a brand new 2021 Chevy Equinox!!! Bobby did an awesome job as well as Rob in financing and the gentleman who set up our OnStar system. They charged me a lot of money to take care of the same problem that should have been taking care of two months ago. The parts on came up to 140 some dollars and the labor was 500 and something. It only took them 3 hours to fix my car. When I asked them how much they pay an hour for labor they said 150 dollars an hour for labor. REALLY. I thought that whenever they put a new water hose or pump on they supposed to change the thermostat which they didnt do the 1st time nor the second time. I guess thats going to be the next problem the thermostat is going to go out next then Ill have the same problem again for the third time. I definitely will not be back ever. The first time when they fixed my car I thought that this would be my go to place from now on but not.

The service work done on my 2012 Chevy Camaro was to replace two ignition keys, replace the ignition switch due to a recall notice, repair the air-conditioning and replace the rear light in the back window. The communication and service level provided by Montgomery was horrible. No return phone calls, no communication about status of work over an 8 day service timeline, which should have been completed within three days. I waited over 5 days for the windshield company to install the front windshield and again, no communication from my service manager. The new key does not work correctly and activates the anti theft system, which they did not check prior to my arrival to pick up the car and there is no resolution. Finally, the air conditioner did not work the following morning so it has now been returned for service.I have been a lifelong Chevy owner and after this experience I will most likely not be purchasing another GMC vehicle. My wife is a huge Lexus fan and that is what I buy for her and based on the service from those dealers, I definitely see the value now.....
