They did really good work with my 2006 Subaru Legacy GT. Troy was always helpful and friendly. They were extremely helpful with handling the insurance claim. They painted and installed new front and rear bumpers. They had to trim the bumper to fit my exhaust and did a good job with it. It was also a pleasant surprise when the person that painted the car reached out and sent me some pics. I was really grateful for that. I highly recommend them.
I recently had the opportunity to deal with Mr. Steve Olson who went above and beyond to help me with my unique car repair issue and as a result I would recommend Louisville Collision to my friends and family any time they find themselves in an unfortunate need to get collision repair. I was in a bad rear end collision while visiting Canada and the car repair had to be done overseas. When I brought the car back, the monitoring starting to malfunction and the dealer could not fix it. Steve graciously got the repair done the quickly and showed tremendous empathy towards me rather than taking advantage of the situation. I wish there were more companies who put the customer first.
2nd BMW I have taken to them. Covid has delayed parts, but they are honest and upfront about the delays, and communicate well. The key thing is excellent work, the only body shop I will ever take my cars. Steven was excellent.

This is my second time taking our honda odyssey here within the past year and both times have been 5 star experiences. Very friendly staff and kept me updated throughout the process. Both times my van has come out looking like brand new.
Very professional, outstanding craftsmanship. They put a metal roof over my, was finished underneath the roof to include 2 outlets for a tv and a ceiling fan. Completed the job quickly and did not damage my TREX deck or any of the surrounding area. Payed attention to details and ensured we were happy with all the work. Cleaned up the area and left it like it was when they arrived. We appreciate their work and highly recommend them to do any home improvement you may need. We are very happy and dry under our new roof now.

I have a 2014 black honda civic and the pin stripe along both sides was peeling, chipping and looked awful. I trying calling a bunch of places in the kentuckian area and no one would or no one could replace it. some places said it was too small of a job. I walked in on a tuesday to see if they would do it, and Steve said no problem and said I could bring my car back thursday to have it done. when I picked up my car only a few hours later, the striping was done and it looked amazing! thank you!

The center has been very warm and inviting on every occasion Ive been there. The staff went above and beyond to fix a small cosmetic concern of mine in addition to my body work to get my vehicle back in prime condition. The waiting area is comfortable with some fashionable reading material. Just wish there were more snacks lol. Other than that I love the fact that you can see out into the body shop as well as the estimate assessment area. So far so good. I will update this review after I get my car back.*Update - I got my car back in excellent condition. Washed, vacuumed, and ready to roll. Plus there was an awesome bag of snacks on the front seat. I was referred by Cameron Rudd from Lexus to come here since they couldn’t get my issue solved. The problem I was having with was to get a rusted stripped screw with no head out of the license plate. I contacted Scott Wilson online to request a quote to see how much it was to get it out. He told me to stop by and met up with Steve Stuber. They took a look at the issue and quote me $50 to get the screw out. Took less than half an hour and charged me nothing at all! I was shocked. I was impressed. The workers are polite and very professional in what they do. The guest waiting area was roomy and very clean. They had refreshments available as well. If I ever get in an accident(hopefully not), I will be sure to come here and do business with them! If I have family members or friends that need some work done, I’ll send them to this specific collision center. Thank you all!

My 4 month old Volvo XC40 was rear ended on the Watterson last month and I am so glad I trusted LCC with the repairs! They were communicative and professional throughout the entire process. Have you seen this place? Wow, not like any Bodyshop I’ve been to in the past and nothing like the Bay Area. I was traveling cross country and was in an accident a few miles from there. Called the local BMW dealer and they recommended I take it there. Great service, worked with my insurance company, even though my insurance tried to low ball the repairs. Glad I took it to them and many thanks to Steve and his crew.

From the initial point of contact through all repairs, the customer service at Louisville Collision is EXCEPTIONAL. I originally brought my car in for an estimate, and it took my insurance a couple weeks to set everything up. However, several associates from the collision center followed up with me. I dropped off my car for repairs, and when I picked it up I was more than pleased with their work. As I pulled away, I noticed their was an issue with my parking sensors. They put me back in my rental (and paid for it) to take my car to the dealership. It turns out, there was something underlying from the past owner making a cheap repair. Steven fixed everything and got it back to me quickly. I can’t thank this staff enough for their amazing job. If you need collision repair services, you will not be disappointed!

I was rear ended recently and sent the car to the shop for the estimate! As the process was quick, I walked out and rearranged to drop the car off at a convenient day and time!My car had a very minor scratch in the back and the front was dented in the size of a tennis ball, not major!However i was informed the whole front bumper needs to be replaced in order to be fully functional( sensor vise). I left the car there for three days, picked it up not double checking and the Louisville collision managed to work only on the back scratch quite minor thing to do to charge the amount of money they did, and I come home to notice the front wasn’t even touched retouched replaced, NOTHING!I sent the car back, they denied the whole process as they said : SOME PEOPLE CHOSE TO FIX ONE THING AT A TIME!!!!! The manager Steve took care of me as he asked for the car to go back and they’ll fix it to the estimate they gave me when I first went!!!!!As it happens they retouched the dent by NOT REPLACING the front bumper as expressed and estimated at the very beginning!My frustration is that, the crew wasn’t as fair from the beginning, I was estimated and charged for the work they supposedly did and, I drive through a car wash, and the INCIDENT HAPPENS AS THEY RETOUCHED AND DIDNT REPLACE THE BUMPER AND AS SOON AS CAR GOES THROUGH A CAR WASH, the front bumper opens!FYI, it’s a brand new car and it was a very minor thing they had to work on and replace the front bumper as Agreed in the day the car was estimated and the day they said they replaced the front bumper when the car was sent the second time and I am living with the frustration because they decided to put a band aid to it instead of doing the job they were signed up for!!!I will never absolutely never go myself there nor recommend any of my big circle of people I know to ever go there!
The customer service and empathy is great. They know how to communicate and deal with insurance companies well. Their location is spectacular — huge, can accommodate numerous vehicles, comfortable wait room with refreshments and a bar and couches to enjoy them. I took my car there after i crashed it in the highway, and they worked well with my insurance company, didn’t go crazy with pricing, and got my car fixed and painted perfectly! Looked like nothing bad ever happened. Checked for potential electrical issues that may have resulted from the crash at no extra charge.It’s hard to find good customer service now days and that’s probably favorite characteristic of LCC. Their administrative assistants as welcoming, informed and helpful; they actually take and pass on your messages when needed, and the agents get back to you quickly via phone or email. No questions go unanswered or unexplained. Very transparent with the pricing of auto parts and labor, which has been an issue for me in the past dealing with other auto centers. Shoot out to Shelly who took care of me. She was very attentive, transparent, and worked with urgency. After getting my car done, weeks later, my back light bulbs went out and i called Shelly and she offered me to come to LCC and they figured that my dad had replaced my bulbs and fuses wrong and they fixed that for me at no cost and without an appointment. Again, 5 star on customer service!

After leaving an initial bad review for this place due to poor customer service the owner of the business called me directly, apologized and helped me take care of what I needed. I understand that employees can have a bad day, and the fact that the owner called me very quickly and promised to fix the situation goes a long ways towards making me think my previous experience was just bad luck. I am going to have a part painted there next week and will report back with pictures of the work.

Had my wheels refinished here, the quality of the work was very good and I liked the service. 4 instead of 5 stars because I brought my car back with a scuff on my bumper and I indicated I wanted a touch up and the guy was very uninterested and said they only do full resprays. Thats fine, but you should have at least tried to sell me on the benefits of a full respray! Otherwise a fine place. I think they are good for big jobs but I wouldnt go back for anything but a big job.
I ran over a semi truck tire rim and all on the Gene Snyder. They did an amazing job on my car. They even washed it and polished my tires after it was fixed even though my front bumper and the bottom of my car needed to be fixed and everything else was fine. They were so helpful and friendly and even called the car rental place to let them know that I had dropped the rental car off to them. Nothing else for me to do. I am more than pleased. If I ever am in a situation where I have to go back to them, I definitely will. I love this collision center 💜💜💜
Customer Service and Quality are Excellent!! Louisville Collision Center saved my vehicle after a botched repair job at another shop!! I live in WV and had a local shop work on my vehicle after an accident. The results were horrible. The paint color didnt match, there were bare spots, there were drips and debris in the paint, and there were places where you could actually cut your finger on the paint line, along with many other issues. After this bad experience, I was afraid my vehicle would never look the same again. I did some research and found that Louisville Collision Center was the closest Lexus Certified Collision Center to me, so I decided to email them some photos and explain my situation to see if they could help. Steve called me shortly after I sent the email and I ended up taking my vehicle there. I got it back a couple days ago and the quality of the work is excellent. They went over everything and even found some issues that I would have never known about and fixed those too. Throughout the process, they kept me informed unlike the other shop that mostly only talked with the insurance company. While I hope I wont need to, this is the only shop I will ever take my Lexus to again. I learned the hard way that a Certified Shop is the only way to go. It is worth the drive to ensure things are done right and to deal with people who care about providing high-quality repairs and service.

I was hit by a drunk driver on 8/25. We had my vehicle towed here from the highlands. We were initially told it would be a 2-3 week repair. I was called (by my insurance adjuster) to pick my vehicle back up on 9/27 (almost 5 weeks later). We went in to get it Saturday morning, 9/28. The hood was crooked and the fender trim was not attached all the way, so we didn’t pick up. They said it would just be a couple days to fix it. I called Wednesday 10/2, and was told it would be ready the following afternoon. Was unable to get there Thursday, so I called Friday morning, 10/4, and was told it was not ready yet! They said it was in “clean up” and they’d call me when it was ready. I got a call at 2:30pm (at this point it has been nearly SIX WEEKS) that it was ready. I had somewhere else I had to be, so I dropped my husband off to pick it up. While I was pulling out of my parking spot, I was nearly hit by my own vehicle that their employee was flying through the parking lot in! When my husband looked the car over, he discovered they had not put the clips back in the inner fender well, so he had to wait for them to do this. When I got home to see my car, it is FILTHY! The windows have some kind of film and dust all over them on the inside and out! There’s some kind of spot on the rear passenger window that won’t come off (clear coat maybe?) There’s something that looks like dried gum on the rear passenger seat and the steering wheel. There’s a powdery substance all over the doors that were replaced and inside the back cup holders. I drive for Uber, so my car has to be clean. I don’t know what they were doing when my car was in “clean up”, but it certainly is not clean! I asked my husband why we chose that body shop, and he said because they are a certified Honda repair center (I will be talking to Honda about this as well). If I could give zero stars I would, and I will tell everyone I come into contact with about this place. STEER CLEAR!
Very professionan. My first & very minor accident ever so really had no clue how things worked when you go in with an insurance claim in hand. Lynn Rison explained everything & answered my questions patiently. Initial assessment was it would take 5 days but thankfully no internal damage & only needed to replace the back bumper. Got my car back in 2 days. My expectation, however minor, the repairs be done right & with integrity. Louisville Collision delivered. They walk the talk. Definitely the place to go. I hope I never have to go for any collision repairs, but if I do they would be the first place I will go. The bumper is a perfect match. Great experience! Took my van on a Wednesday and got it back on Friday. The staff worked hard to not keep us out of our van for long especially with 3 kiddos. Then, my wife picked up the van looking as if it came right off the lot. Highly encourage to make your repairs here at LCC if you care about quality and efficiency.
Had my CR-V fixed there in 2016. I wrecked in the snow in January and didnt get my car back until late March. The rental amount on my insurance even ran out they had it for so long. In addition, they left a loose screw in the trunk of my car that STILL rattles around when I open and close it. I had to take it back twice after it was repaired due to issues and they didnt take the screw out after saying they would. I wrote a review on them three years ago on Yelp, but it somehow miraculously got deleted.

As a new resident to Louisville and my family being in the automobile industry in Florida, I found myself in unfamiliar territory when my Lexus was involved a vehicle crash. LCC went out of their way to put me in a loaner vehicle while mine was being repaired. They ordered my parts ahead of time so they only had my vehicle minimal time. I was kept up to date throughout the 72 hrs they had my car including texts along with pictures. Staff on every level was top notch. Very professional, prompt and courteous. Whatever you do, DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!!! I got into an accident and I needed to take my car for repair. I read all of their terrible reviews but I though those customers were exaggerating, they weren’t!!! They are a complete and total scam, don’t bother talking to any manager or anyone their all crooks. They held my car for more than a month (just enough time for my rental to run out) and then called and told me they couldn’t fix my car, on top of that, the crook (Shelly) that I was communicating with tried to charge me for “taking the car apart” which is no coincidence when they found out that the insurance wrote me a check. Obviously they were trying to get my insurance check without fixing my car. After couple back and forths and me hiring a lawyer they decided to “waive” those charges. Charges that shouldn’t have been charged in the first place. On top of that, the big crook “who wears a suit and tie” I assume was the manager stated that the car had previous damage and that they would charge me $9,000 plus what my insurance paid. Yes, you read that right, $9,000!!!! After another confrontation and explaining that “IF” I did have $9,000 I would buy another car and not pay them to fix mine. The crooks decided to release my car to me, which my lawyer said they had no choice because it was my car! The crook that was communicating with me (again Shelly) decided to tell the insurance that she was releasing the car to me on the 12th. But didn’t release it to me until the 15th. Not only did they waste my car rental, now I’m out of pocket for 3 days on the rental since she told the insurance that they gave me my car on the 12 but really didn’t until the 15th. Also if I want to take my car to another shop, the insurance won’t pay for another rental because they wasted all the days that they would pay for. Not only that they broke my daylight running lights which was working before I took it to them, now it’s not. I am currently in the process of filing a civil lawsuit against these scammers.If their ever was an organized version of fraudsters and theives, these guys are it. Every single one of them is a scammer. If your insurance is not paying them big bucks, they will sit on your car for a month and then tell you they can’t fix it. I am doing what I feel is morally right by notifying others of these scammers. Please, whatever you do. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE, Do not even drive by this place. It doesn’t let you give zero stars that’s why I have to give one in order to write this review. The people who are giving them good stars are the ones who drive the big Benz’s around and have the expensive insurance.

After taking my car to Honda World for service, advisor was returning my car to me and backed into another car. Talk about bad luck... I was nervous that my car would not be repaired with OEM parts. I had an accident the end of June. The estimate came quick and insurance paid quickly and then everything slowed down. I never received a clear estimate on time of repair. A week went before I had to call to get any communication. Then I was promised that by the end of the week we would have our vehicle. 2 weeks have passed since then, with other days promised for the car to be ready and then new issues and excuses arising. The latest from LCC was that they fixed the repairs for the accident but now the ac is not cooling properly. Something that was not messed up before is not an issue! I dont know if I can trust the repairs when we finally get the vehicle back. My insurance stopped paying for my rental car after 30 days. They at least said they would take care of that issue but that is the least they should do! Their customer service is awful, they have been extremely difficult to get ahold of and when you do its one excuse after another. I would not recommend Louisville Collision Center To Anyone.UPDATE: Steve responded to the situation and helped out at the end. They went above and beyond at the end of the repair to try and make the situation right. I got the sense that this was an outlier and they do care about their reputation and doing it right. The car came back looking great, so far it seems like great work was done. I will consider giving LCC another chance if needed in the future.
