I cant say enough good things about not only the work done on my car but the entire process from start to finish. I had received a quote from a big box repair shop almost triple for what I was charged at Crescent Paint & Body and in 3 days as opposed to almost 10 days quoted at big box repair.When I went to pick up my car I couldnt even tell that there had been any damage. They treated my old grey 2007 Corolla like family! Idean was awesome to work with. Great communication. The paint match was spot on and the power mirror works again! Every shop around Louisville had a 4-6 week wait time for body repair. Crescent Paint and Body had me in and out in the same week I called. Quality looks great. Definitely recommend.

They fixed a horrid scrape on the side of my car to where you couldn’t even see it had ever happened. They charged a very reasonable price, and they got the car done when they said they would. I came across this place after an accident caused by another party deemed my car totaled. Looking for another vehicle, I went to test drive a vehicle they were selling. They explained they could fix my car...for a quarter of the cost two other shops quoted me! VERY friendly service, honest, and went out of their way to explain any questions I had about the process. Definitely will be returning for any future car issues & will recommend them to anyone needing service!

So glad I found this shop! A tree limb fell on my car, damaging multiple panels. The shop my insurance company had me go called the car a total loss. These guys fixed it for half the price! It looks great!Dont let the outside fool you. Its not a fancy shop but they do great work, they are polite, respectful and responsive.They helped me get through title changes I had to deal with and kept me in the loop as the work progressed.I was glad to support a locally owned business in my neighborhood.

I do not write many reviews...but I could not wait to get home to write this one. The owner of this place is one of the most sincere, genuine business owners I have ever met. My college son had an issue with his car so his hood would only latch by the safety catch. Since he is away from town, I was only able to have this looked at on a weekend. I am so lucky to have found Crescent Paint and Body shop. I showed up without an appointment. The owner and I think his son immediately started helping me and fit me right in. I can honestly say I am lucky to have met him.

My mother needed her car repaired and several other body shops declined to do the work and preferred to declare the vehicle as a total loss. Idean and his team at Crescent Paint & Body were great. My mother has driven this car for approximately more than 15 years and it only has 60,000 miles on it. She didnt want to have to get a new car and Idean was able to repair her car for less than the insurance estimate for the total loss! The car looks brand new and the work was done in record time! We had the car back in just a few days which was faster than was estimated. I cant recommend this body shop enough. They were helpful, patient and overdelivered for a very reasonable cost.

Although this shop is in a very tight location and is not visually appealing, we have received excellent customer service both times weve needed car repairs. Idean (spelling?) was especially helpful both times. We will be returning here next time we need our car fixed!
