Im torn honestly, the signs throughout the whole dealership clearly states that PULSE is included on all new cars and suvs and today we bought a new car and asked about PULSE and was told that it is only for pre-owned cars. Can someone please explain why that is? It is a brand new car it should have PULSE included as stated throughout. Will definitely think again about coming back

Called to say exactly which car we were coming to look at, they sent us directions, got there and they had loaned out the car. No one knew what was going on and they left us sitting waiting until I went to ask what was happening. The girl walked out with us, with her purse on as she tools us the car was loaned out.
