I purchased a motor through Advance Auto from this company. This was on my only vehicle and transportation for work. I purchased the engine on June 30th with the understanding it would be delivered in approximately 5-7 business days. It took close to 10 days to get the engine. Within 2 days of getting it installed, begin having problems and a part was bad on the engine that was covered by the warranty (that I was never provided a copy of). After going back and forth between Advance Auto and the warranty company, Grade A Auto sends a replacement part, but unfortunately it was the wrong one and I had to wait several days for that. Just got a call from Jeff with Grade A who tells me they covered 2 1/2 hours of labor at $50 an hour, but the cost for the install is $220! So I am out an additional $100 for a bad part on an engine with a warranty that I didnt even drive a day! So much for doing any future business with Advance Auto or Grade A! The last month and a half has been a nightmare!!!!!

Do not order from them the worst autopart ever. The lady that answered the phone call dont even speak English cannot even understand a word she said.i called over 100 times to oder some parts and she said they no longer have the parts she just didnt know what she was doing.... 100% I have the right company.

I was referred here from the Big O on Cane Run. He was supposed to put a car door on my car. He told me a timeframe, then took longer than what he said he would do (a car doe shouldn’t take anything but a few hours). I got my car back only to realize he had removed car parts from my car as he “installed” my car door. He had me pay him in cash so I wouldn’t be able to sue or trace the transaction back to his business. Do your self a favor and do not come here. Terrible business, terrible person.

DO NOT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE.I bought headlight and fog light over the phone.Rep. Name was Jordan or Jaden whatever his extension is 1408. They sent a wrong headlight!!! It wasn’t my fault!!! I declared exactly what I want. I sent photos of the headlight. I told him the specifics. So how come they sent me wrong headlight still? I mailed the headlight back. NOW I CANNOT GET MY REFUND. They keep delay me. DO NOT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE.They basically slept on my money and not refunding back people. Be aware!!!!

I had ordered a tailgate from another company last week and paid $200. They made me pay in advance before even seeing it. When I went to pick it up, it had rust all over it and was in terrible condition. I decided to give Vicky a call at Grade A Auto parts and she was awesome enough to send me pictures of the tailgate in advance. It was in MUCH better conditionand much less than the $200 one from the other company. On top of it, the customer service was amazing when I arrived to pick it up. I will ALWAYS use this company when ordering parts in the future! Hands down!

Ray was great. I used to train salesmen for over 20 years...I would definitely recommend him! Closed the sale very professionally without coming across pushy.Vicky at the front counter was extremely helpful in solving a problem when the rim I purchased turned out not to exist on your lot. First she found one at another location and offered to have it delivered to my work place but instead found another one on your lot and was persistent in getting some one to pull it even though it was after 5.I will definitely call you first for all my parts needs. And, as a matter of fact, am hopeful Ray can get me a good price on the 2000 Mercury Mountaineer front bumper assembly.

Grade A auto had my 2006 Mercedes Benz Amg for 4 weeks before they decided they didn’t want to do the work. Multiple excuses were brought up on how I had other problems with my vehicle. My car had just gotten a 100% diagnosis done by my dealership and none of the issues were the reason for my visit. I was forced to pay $1,000 before they would do any work, and was told numerous times that my car was getting into the shop. I do not recommend this place for installs, just grab your part and run. FAST!

The folks at grade a do an outstanding job and i believe they deserve additional recognition. There is a young man named DJ who is extremely polite, very professional, always helpful, and a great ambassador for your company. The ladies in the office never fail to give us a smile even when its terribly busy and will answer all questions asked of them. There is also kim who is always kind and willing to explain anything i need to know. The fact that you keep the drive in the yard as tidy as you do makes a big difference to us unlike your competitors. We wouldnt go anywhere but grade a, thank you!

Have been in the automotive industry for 21 years now and have always used Grade A! Very competitive on pricing and staff is great! Have not had the chance to deal with a lot of different people because i mainly talk with Bill Gatti! He has always had mine and my dealership best interest in everything he sold us! Even if I call with some impossible part he always finds it! Thanks Bill for all the years of excellent service!!

Went there to get a core charge back. Been over 3 months so they couldnt find me in the system. They say i should still be there but sometimes it drops people after 3 months. So after they sent me back to the location around the corner to see a manager she walked out and was gone for 30 mins. Im on CRUTCHES with a BROKEN FOOT. So afterwards i go back and let them know and they couldnt do anything for me. I had to go find the reciept that i luckily kept for 5 months.. Now all of a sudden they found me. No apology, no 5 dollar gift card, no nothing. After running me around for 2 hours just to get a $15 core charge return that take 3-5 business day to be reimbursed. NEVER will I EVER order a special part there again.

I highly recommend Grade A Auto Parts. We had an old car that was no longer safe to drive and we needed to get rid of. I asked Sean Garber, the President of Grade A, last Friday who put me in touch with Tiffany immediately. Tiffany arranged everything that day and the car was picked up today and a check delivered. So I’ve been coming to Grade A about once a month for about a year . I come all the way from Nashville Tennessee and work in this area for 2 days at a time . Very dissatisfied with the service. I went and pulled my own parts on a particular day, but I ended up purchasing the incorrect ones. I then went back and tried to get a refund, but apparently they only do in store credit. Due to the fact that they only had two of my model of car, there was nothing else I needed from them other than my money back. Spoke with a manager and they miraculously had my exact same car on their inventory lot. She said they could pull the parts and theyd be ready the same day. When my mechanic went to pick them up, he was given only half of what I needed. They instructed us to come back to come back the next day and it would be ready. I called at the time the part was supposed to be ready and they told me that it was, but I would have to come get it soon because the person in Building 12 was about to leave. Once I got there, I picked up my part and took it to my mechanic. He calls me immediately after and tells me that they gave me the correct part, but it was for the wrong side. To make matters worse, they labeled it for the side that I needed. Almost as if they were playing a joke on me. When I called back, they put in a ticket to get me the correct part. The customer service is so bad that they didnt even have a good sense of urgency and I waited all day for the replacement. Once it was picked up, again, we were given the same thing we first got (half of the part). After a long week of going back and forth with them and speaking with the head manager, they were finally able to get the right parts. My experience with Grade A was a nightmare and I would definitely not recommend them to my worst enemy! They wont be getting any more of my business for sure!

I was in real trouble with an old car that wasnt worth towing home, and the friendly staff helped me get it towed away for free, and even get me some compensation for the scrap value. The process was easy, and the staff did a great job. They are the best!

There prices are a little higher than other junk yards but they have a better selection on harder to find cars. Only junk yard in Louisville that has Saab 9-3 parts. Its always clean and organized which is nice when you just wanna get in and get out. They also offer to pull your parts which is a nice change of pace from the other junk yards. I own a tire business and I get a lot of rims and tires along with parts from these guys. I recommend them for anyone not mechanical inclined.

I needed a dip stick for a 2002 Escort ZX2, Joel looked up his inventory and found that he had one. He directed me to row F where I found exactly what I needed. I took it to the checkout counter and he said no charge. I thought that was a very courteous way to handle my problem so I decided I should write a review telling other people who need a part to repair their car to give Grade A a chance to sell them what they need. If my experience is the norm then their customer service deserves an A+.

I had a great experience here, I received help and assistance from Tiffany and Ray who both went way over and beyond to make sure they did everything they could to assist with finding the part that I needed and help me get it at fair price. The service was really Grade A, lol pun intended.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Theyre so unorganized its unreal. Theyre liars and only want your money. If you take your car up here to buy parts and pay for installation be prepared for them to not call you for updates and not tell you where your car is at if they take it to another shop that they are partnered with. Every time I called no one would tell me what is going on with my car and would forward me to my sales rep. Who would not answer and not call back even if you call 2-3 times a day leaving a voicemail for a week. They just keep giving you a runaroun.

My Husband Kenny S have been going to Grade A for many years. We are very happy with the service we receive . The staff is very friendly the prices are always the best. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to recycle items . Grade A considers the enviroment and keeps every nice.
