They like to change what they tell you.. yelling so everyone in the store hears your information.. very rude
Hit or miss, sometimes very rude and sometimes eh. I work customer service and I know for a fact that is not how you treat customers especially those who try their hardest to be as pleasant as possible regardless of the attitude of the worker.
Friendly customer service. VERY expensive. You’re better off getting a UPS account and shipping.
Have done print orders twice now and both times they have been wrong. First time was on wrong paper this time I took in two sidded copies said I wanted them copied one-sided. Well I got two sided and cant even see the background on the pattern cuz it is so light. Not only have they messed up both times it was crazy expensive. Ill find somewhere else even if it means driving to Albuquerque
Ive used this facility on many occasions to mail parcels and to return amazon purchases. The staff has Always been friendly, courteous and efficient. Im baffled over these negative comments.
This place is a joke. Janelle assisted me and was rude from the very start. She told me she was unable to assist me with sending something, so I drove to a UPS store in ABQ and they sent it out with no hesitation. I believe she did not want to do it out of plain laziness. I went back the next day to send something again, and she again refused to do the service. Terrible service.
When we got to the front of the line and asked for notary service, we were told that we couldnt have it because it was after 5:00 p.m.. The time was 5:04. We had been in line for 10 minutes. The notary was still in the store. Then, they said the real reason was because they were re getting ready for the end of day.I could understand that response if it were 5:30, but we arrived before the cut off time. Unbelievable.
The staff is always so helpful and friendly! I enjoy doing business with all of them!
I went in today to get a paper notarized. I lied to and sent away due to my paperwork being hand written...Funny, though, since I went 10 minutes down the road and had no problems getting my hand written page notarized.Exact words from a SMART notary I am notarizing the signatures, not the content of the information.*** Added response on 8/6/20The document was complete and met all legal guidelines.The employee chose not to service us. She did not view the document in its entirety, at all.Thank you for the information we were already aware of. (Which is why the document was notarized by a notary who actually read said document, with no issues.)
The UPS store in Los Lunas is the place we chose to forward our mail and receive packages upon moving to NM. Boxes rent in 6 month increments and if you receive a package they send you a text confirming receipt. Every person at this UPS store is personable and the location is central for other shopping needs. This is a no brainer: if you need a place to receive mail don’t hesitate.
As a manager at the store, Raquel has the most horrible customer service no engagement to want to help resolve the issue ! no admission of responsibility at all !
Today we went to this store and it was about 15 mins till they closed. Well the doors were locked but there were a few customers inside so we figured because of COVID they were only allowing a certain limit inside. So we waited along with two other people who probably thought the same thing. Well we wait till about five till 1 and one customer came out opened the door so we proceeded to try and go in. Well the lady behind the counter said no we are sorry we can’t help you. They shut off there stuff at 12:45 well one your signs says your open till 1:00. And Two if you saw us standing outside why couldn’t you come out and say just to let you know we won’t be able to help you until tomorrow or whenever! It’s not like there was just one person there there were a few! But no they just went on about there stuff I guess waiting for us to just walk off. While we looked at them like they were fish in a fish tank very rude!! We will not be sending our stuff from this UPS store ever again I would rather drive to Albuquerque and do it!!!
I went here to get copies for work. They now copy the paperwork behind the desk. Which is fine as long as there is no line and you need to wait. As soon as some people left they started cleaning things with Clorox wipes. I was like okay. It was an experience that’s for sure, wasn’t expecting that. But the service was good.
The ladies here are FANTASTIC! ALWAYS greeted with a smile and the familiarity of family. The ladies never seem too rushed to say hi and ask how I am, how my week os going, etc. I wait all week just to go to their location.
Expensive to have box here. But it is well worth it. Wonderful service Wonderful staff

This company only offers books of stamps to mail out letters and envelopes. Complete waste of time stopping.
Ive always had a good experience at this location from fast easy shipping services to notary services. Recently I had to ship a large box that had some extra room and they cut the box down for me to save me about $10 in shipping cost.
Horrible customer serivce.. The web site clearly states they do fingerprints. False advertisement is a crime and they could be sued. Just wish they would do there job and not act botherd by patrons. 1 star 🌟 because there is no 0 button.
Whenever I have been there, Ive been greeted with a smile and given courteous service. I was there to send a package on Friday, they had a long line due to Christmas packages. The old grumpy geezer behind me griped and complained to anyone who would listen. Given the line, I was out in 20 minutes. Geezer was out right behind me. People are going to complain if they think someone will listen. Those who complain, you can always make the drive to Albuquerque.
Terrible customer service. Went in to pick up my online order and when i showed up, they said they didnt have their online order set up with their store. The lady told me to cancel my order and email my pdf file that i needed a copy of to the store email. So i went home and e-mailed the file to the store. I then called the store and talked to the owner, Raquel Montoya. She said they were in the process of getting online orders set up and to call back in 45 minutes. 45 minutes later i called and they didnt answer. So i went back to the store. The owner was nowhere to be seen and i talked to the lady i had spoken to earlier. I told her that i couldnt cancel the order. So i asked her how do i cancel and get my money back and she said i would have to call customer service. She started making my copies and while the copies were being made, she started talking on the phone with her friend. The copies finished and she handed my the papers while still in the phone with her friend and didnt say a word to me. I told her that the order was supposed to have the papers binded together as well. She was still talking on the phone with her friend and she just looked at me and shrugged her shoulders. I then asked her, theres nothing you can do for me about that? and she simply shook her head no while STILL TALKING ON THE PHONE WITH HER FRIEND. I left the store very angry. I went home and called customer service and asked how i could cancel my order. They were just as useless. They said they couldnt do anything and that the store had to call technical support to do a cancellation or a refund. I asked if i could speak to technical support myself and they said it was not a customer line, only for the store. I hung up since they couldnt do anything. I was tempted to go back to the store and raise hell, but decided that instead of doing that and risk getting the authorities called on me over an extra 2 dollars for binding, that i would just cut my losses and never go back to this HORRIBLY RUN STORE EVER AGAIN. THANKS FOR WASTING MY TIME.
Went into this business and the employees acted like i was bothering them when i was there to print a shipping label, i checked out and my total was kind of higher then expected so i asked and was told that I was charged $2.50 just for using their computer to print the label how ridiculous is that? ill make sure to do my printing elseware from now on
2.33 to print one sheet of black and white is a bit ridiculous.
Tried mailing back my item which was mailed to me by UPS to my residence. I was turned away and told that my box was too long?? The older lady stated that this location would not take long items. That I would have to drive into Albuquerque to a different UPS store in order to ship it back.
Very rude, ups will not deliver to our home even though I pay for delivery. Ups told me to put this store as alternative delivery address that theyll deliver free since they wont deliver to me.. Now the store charges a fee to pick up.. I already paid for shipping now having to pay twice..
Comes in very handy fast convenient service but does not except XL Packages.

This UPS store’s customer service is unbelievable. They behave like bumbling idiots and demonstrate no aptitude for ”Professionalism.” If you want service, do yourself a favor, and don’t show up at this location!
The want a be old blonde hair lady was trying to rob me. she wanted to charge me for printing the shipping label ($2.00), plus $10.50 for a small box to ship a tablet. this was an amazon return, which after contacting amazon they told me they were not suppose to charge me. only in new mexico !
If you care about getting your packages, DO NOT USE THIS STORE. My dad passed away on November 2 after a year long battle with pancreatic cancer.Today when my mom and I tried to pick up my moms Christmas packages they refused to give them to her because they were shipped in my dads name. We offered to bring in documentation (marriage license and death certificate) but that wasnt good enough.All they were willing to do was refuse delivery and send the packages back. The owner blamed my recently deceased dad for setting up the box incorrectly. Classy.

After dealing with the USPS in Los Lunas, one of the worst experiences ever, we had to get a box here to get packages delivered. Turns out that if you tell one of the terrible USPS delivery drivers to not throw boxes over the gate into your courtyard, they can stop delivering your packages and force you to go pick them up in person. Nice. The ladies here are great, not always super fast, but they are friendly and usually get you out quickly. Sometimes there is a line and things go slow, but thats the nature of the beast. I wish the dropoffs had a digital input so you dont have to write anything down.
I am impressed with the staff here! Very very helpful, even with larger printing needs, bookbinding, packing, shipping, etc. I would definitely recommend!
I walked in at 5:50 with a package ready to be sent all that had to be done was to scan and give me a receipt, lady grabbed my box from my hands asked what i wanted and i told her this is a return she said i am leaving at 6pm, felt awful.Horrible service!
Its a hit and miss here, went today and waited while the lady there was shooting the briefs with a customer so she couldnt help me, then the other employee noticed me waiting, she unhappily unglued herself from her computer and called me to the counter, tells me there will be a charge of $1.50 for taping the boxes, i asked if they needed to be taped if they were self sealing boxes, she said yes... hum yeah no. dont think so i was never charged before or anywhere else i wonder why this changed. but oh well avoid unless you really need to send something, otherwise schedule pick ups from your home.
Refused to take a prepaid package. Waited for ever because of only 1 person working there. BTW it wasnt a firearm. It was parts.
Rude rude and rude on the phone or in person. I wish we still had staples they were nice, got things done, and I never delt with attitude. If there was a no star option that would be my rating

Terrible, absolutely terrible. A simple fax took over an hour, got originals returned damaged and fax did not even go through complete. Basicly paid to waste an hour of my time. employee incompetent. Dont waste time or money here.

Was there on New Years Eve trying to pickup packages for a person that can’t get out of the house due to COPD. I had the notice left by the delivery person. It was sent to my home and they refused to give me the packages. Bigger lady there was rude and obnoxious! Very unprofessional and a piss poor representation for UPS. Will go out of my way to have FedEx delivery if possible from now on!!!
I called for a quote on some copies. I was specific and was ok with the price. When I went up for them the next day and the price went up. Its hard to support a local business if theyre wishy washy...
