I tried to rent a truck online. My truck was supposed to be picked up at 3pm. When I arrived no only was there no truck, there hadn’t been any follow up on it missing. I was told a truck would be there the next morning and when I called to check, the rental agent at Home Depot, working on Friday, 2/27 at 7am, seemed to care less about my missing truck. He made it clear it was MY responsibility to call the main office to find out about the missing truck. After 10 minutes with the main office, my truck conveniently had engine trouble and I’m still without a truck. This isn’t the Penske I’m used to dealing with.
