Thanks Pam for dropping the ball on my order and being the absolute RUDEST!! Talked over and hung up on when I cannot understand why NO ONE contacted me about it taking 3 weeks for my order NOT to even ship but youve had my money!! I ordered Dec 18...received email Dec 20 that my order SHIPPED and CC charged. No order or contact, so I call to learn it wasnt even shipped it yet...

Ive had 1 experience that has not been pleasent but after talking with the owner and returning to the store the problem was fixed. Im happy to have this store here so close to home, they have any kind of oil you need, and are ready to sell it to you instantly. You cant do that on Amazon. The owners are very attentive to the customers. I will definitely go back for more oregano oil soon. Its cold season.
