Dollar Tree really has stepped it up! Such a great variety of products!

I shop and browse here a few times a week I love this place

Quick easy and cheap, you get what you pay for so keep that in mind

The store in itself has made a remarkable turn around in the last few months, I assume its because of the new management that has taken over, as the previous management was rude, incompetent, and lack all forms of customer service!.But I would have to say the worst part of my customer experience was being completely ignored by senior management!. I was not addressed at all, no hello, no how can I help you, he did not It even introduce himself, he walk right past me as if I was invisible; I believe his name is “ADAN”. I did however observe him help other customers and acknowledge their presence while I continued my shopping?.I have worked in retail and customer service my entire life, and have won multiple awards for my customer service skills, and let me tell you, never have I ever experienced such a lack of respect for consumers in the many years of my professional career!. I am appalled at how this company conducts themselves, and how they treat their customers, it’s no wonder why The Dollar Tree has D- with the better Business bureau!.As it seems the upper management of The Dollar Tree needs a complete overhaul, because this kind of behavior starts at the top and trickles down to the bottom. Until these issues are resolved, I will not spend one cent of my money at a place that devalues its customers and employees…Signed: A devalued customer.

Has just about anything you want or need even the customers are friendly great shopping experience

Checker sent me to the wrong area for my item. Then on checkout I purchased 1 item for $1.09 and was given $3.10 in change. See a $0.81 short change.

I will not be returning to this location. I was approached by an associate who was under the impression that I had a Pepsi in my pocket. I was in line and paying for my several items and he accused me of hiding a Pepsi on my person while I was paying. He did this infront of the cashier, customers and my friend. Surely I was baffled and thought he was joking or crazy? I took out my items from my pocket and I proved I had not done such a thing. I was really upset and humiliated so I reached out to corporate and left a message. I called the store this morning to speak to the main manager but instead it was the same one who falsely accused me. I asked him why he accused me and he said my tiny keychain decor that was blue looked like a pepsi!!! I told him he has no right to approach customers without blatant proof. Why would I even waste my time stealing a one dollar item while paying for several other items? Makes literally zero sense. I called another location and the woman told me they often approach customers and ask them if they are stealing. This is why I will no longer step foot in a Dollar Tree unless I have a body camera on me or unless their is a security guard present. Also, I told the employee that the store should hire a security guard if theft is a reoccurring problem. It would obviously prevent store shrinkage. No employee should have to risk their lives for a one dollar item. There are too many crazy people out there and it is sad that Dollar Tree is asking their employees to put their selves in jeopardy. Very sad. I would rather shop at Walmart where they actually have security instead of having to worry about being accused of stealing just because I walked in with something in my pocket that is the color of an item inside. Not worth it. My advice is to have some respect for your employees and your customers and do the right thing by hiring trained security. Id like to add that the employee did apologize. I now realize that these employees are expected to do this, which is extremely inconsiderate of their safety. I will not shop at a store that treats their people like this.

Really nice workers that always remember you and usually stocked well. Every employee here is nice and welcoming. My favorite employee is Virginia. Best employees out of any other dollar tree I have ever been too.

There are so many different products to purchase from here. They have the basics in almost every dept. I only gave this store 3 stars because I have shopped at many different Dollar Trees and this store isnt as neat and orderly as other stores. They usually have areas blocked with carts and boxes that are being stocked. Hopefully the management sees this and gets this store cleaned up. I know as a loyal customer I would appreciate it.

This is a smaller Dollar Tree that is often in various stages of restocking most if the time, due to items flying OFF the shelves so quickly! Staff is SUPER friendly and lately my favorite person to help guide me to items is Brooke. Shes very friendly, eager to help, and always upbeat. I frequent about 4-5 times a month, if not at this DT location (Los Lunas, NM), then other DT locations in Albuquerque. I do not like that all items are no longer $1 (certain sections are labeled Dollar Tree PLUS!), but for now, Ill continue to monitor and compare DT items/prices with other Dollar titled stores.

Unfortunately I had to use the bathroom. Omg much worse in person than pictured. Looked like crime scene. Store was clean on positive side

Appreciate the use of the stores restroom for my little girl but it is disgusting. Looks like feces on the wall and the floor is obviously urinated on . The washing basin has not been cleaned probably in months. I told the cashier that the employee must not use the public restroom. Her response oh is it dirty, the employees are supposed to clean it nightly. My 7 year old told her they dont clean it because it is disgusting.Over all the store looks a mess. I would hate for this store to go down the tubes because of bad management and employee attitude.

Slow cashiers and customer service, long lines with only one cashier checking customers out.

We love Dollar Tree! One stop wrapping paper/gift bag and secret santa shop! Staff is always friendly and helpful, and this store has a great selection of craft supplies.

Convenient very low crowd in and out

The store is always amess and dirty and staff is rude. They have head phones on and ignore the one cashier up front while the rest of the employers are hiding in the back. This store needs a remodle and is shabhy and has lots of solicitors all around the out side area and parking lot. And do not use the bathroom because it looks like you can catch something in their. Very sad and poor looking appearance.

I had to update review Dec 4, 2019. It went from 4 stars to 1. The store is closed and the shelves are being emptied. Its such a shame! I hope they open another one. Hopefully another will be open by Smiths with better management!!

Okay Im to impress with the service and they never have any more registers open just one.

This is actually one of the better Dollar Trees the ones in Albuquerque suck theyre sad and depressing the shelves are empty and dirty it looks like Mother Russia or like the countrys going through a very sad depression the one in Los Lunas is cool because it has lots to choose from food wise frozen food snacks drinks everything you can think of... they have everything else the other dollar stores but are stocked plenty of sunglasses on the racks know what I mean? I mean the shelves are full. I always end up buying stuff I didnt necessarily go there to look for plus its located right next to a pretty cool thrift store plenty of parking I grew up in Los Lunas its the old bag and save building basically

There was alot of boxes in the floor. Guess it was their new stock but i almost tripped on them. They should make sure its not so far out in walking area.

Love the deals but the staff use alot the carts and there are never enough cart or cashiets

I LOVE LOW PRICES 1.00 EVERYTHING A DOLLAR AND UNDER . CONVIENTLY LOCATED. AND A LARGE VARIETY FOR HOME CAR KITCHEN PETS ETC.

This store has become incredibly messy in the last year or so. They hace so much product crammed on the shelves and not alot of organization.

Id like to start out by saying that this store in Los Lunas is perhaps the best kept store Ive visited this far. Ive been a patron of this location for 5 years and the management keeps this store clean and organized. Other Dollar Tree stores should take note of this location. Especially the Central and Atrisco store in SW Albuquerque. It is far newer (less than a year old) and it is dirty, cluttered and disorganized. I live a two blocks away from the SW Central store but will prefer to visit the Los Lunas location (I work near that location) because of their cleanliness and organization.

First time there... they have many many items that I need everyday...and all for a dollar! Very nice.

Its very convenient for me and I really like shopping there the only problem is it gets really busy and I usually only have one cashier

Always a mess. Very rude employees. Can no longer take out baskets to parking lot which is an issue for my father who is disabled. I no longer go to this one i always travel to the belen location which is 100 times better.

Ive bebe in there 3 times in the last 2 day,, its dirty, people walk out with what ever they what,, yesterday a guy walked out with a big bottle of tide, right in front of the manager !!! Friday I went in and 2 girls were filling there purse with perfumes, hair spray, all kinds of things,, then when I left they were making them selfs look and smell good behind allsubs,, this store is bad

Everything is a dollar! I must say this is a pretty good deal but the parking lot smells horrible.

I live in Los Lunas, but it has things I don s find in the Albuquerque stores.

All you can expect from a dollar store, all is a dollar, staff is friendly only bad thing is that sometimes only one cashier is working and the lines get pretty long.
