Took forever to get service at the jewelry counter and the lady stood off several feet and wouldnt help me size my finger for rings she said they only had size 7 and walked away. I wanted to also make a separate purchase for my grandmas birthday tomorrow. She has been complimenting my necklace but because of poor customer service I bought a carrot cake and left.

Went too the too get a tire they were very help Lucky and Leo did a good job replacing the tire and doing a rotation thanks Daniel you guys are awesome I will be back

I have worked at Walmart for a month and my experience overall was mediocre. I was responsible for bringing in the carts and helping with carryouts. Everyday I tried to be friendly and nice to customers and always have a smile on my face. The reason why I had to move on from this job was due to the rudeness and toxicity from SOME of the managers. The staff and other co-workers are all very polite and nice. Besides that, the employees are very nice and the store is clean and very well stocked. Great job Los Lunas Walmart Employees!!

I had a great experience with the store employee JODYNE Yesterday !! She was such a great help to me and my daughter finding items that we needed .. I appreciated her patience and courtoisie helping us for more than 20 minutes, she was also polite offering help to another customer who was rude and not civilized ..Thank you Jodyne

Customer service was a**, they stock their items in the wrong places and when you address the price with the cashier they go and move the items around... Take pictures of the items you take up to the register because they are supposed to honor that price... I was reminded today of why I dislike having to go to Walmart...

I found everyone who worked here that I spoke to, to be very friendly and welcoming, and it started with the diligent young man who worked security in the parking lot, by the name of Fabian. That isnt an easy job and its one where you have to be the one to handle the surprises. I needed some help and Fabian came through. When you need someone and they are there for you, you appreciate the professionalism and courtesy. Thank you Sir!As for the store, I did not see one area that wasnt being tended to. I had a couple questions, turned to the closest associate and immediately got the answer, or location, for the items i needed.Walmarts around the country are not one and the same....and the good ones sure stand out! This, is a good one.

Very poor experience at this Walmart supercenter in Los Lunas, New Mexico, besides the place being in disarray because it looks like theyre remodeling. This communistic location requires you to wear face coverings because its a communist state and the food prices are outrageous. Almond milk for example 57 cents higher than anywhere else east of the Mississippi, Great value cottage cheese 81 cents higher again anywhere east of the Mississippi. Gas prices in this Democratic run State higher than Kansas and also higher than Illinois that other communist state.

Well, its a Walmart, I mean theyre pretty consistent with their reputation so cant complain but what I can do is make observations which might help someone else. First, good luck with getting in past panda express them mfers take up half the town waiting in line longer than it will take for them to be hungry again after eating it. Second theres alot of people in scooters which raises the question of if theyre having such a difficult time navigating life at a primate level why dont they just use the pickup and quit acting like they own the store because so help me god I will use a cart too and turn it into a death race 2000. Third, I have no idea because now Im imaging someone using the carts as an act of defiance and facetiously ramming other people in carts by accident. All in all. Its a good store, people are aight, they have stuff my rabbits and birds need to live, would recommend.

As far as Walmart goes, this one is pretty clean and kinda friendly. I am thrilled to see they have some organic and grass fed products. I got they continue to try and complete with stores like Sprouts by expanding their offerings at a reasonable price. Currently theyre more expensive oftentimes but they are closer. I also saw they are carrying things like avocado oil and other healthier coming supplies.

I wanted to buy a can of silicone spray in the hardware department. It is locked up behind a glass display, along with tools. The sign says to get an associate to unlock the glass display to get my can of $2 spray, but there is nobody around to flag down. So, I will go to Home Depot and spend more money to get silicone spray, but hey Walmart, nobody is stealing your silicone spray... success in your flea-brained plan!

Not as many things as they did have the staff is just as nice as they were before covid

Grocery pick up is a joke, run by incompetent employees. They constantly forget stuff, orders arent ready on time, they flat out ignore you while you are parked. They have a bunch of kids working, who look like they hate their lives. They act like its such an inconvenience for them to do their job. It doesnt matter if you have a few items or a lot, they just dont care. Inside the store, nothing is in the right place, the app aisles dont match up with store aisles. I hate shopping here and I wish it wasnt the only place nearby.

Its ok but automatically speaking there is a couple of areas that need better care like auto because I got there at 630 and they say they cant do my headlight restoration and say its closing time so yeah a little upset there and the store manager is not good at all

I will never set foot in another Goodwill as long as I live.I drive a semi, and I was parked behind the store out of the way.I spent over $40 in the store.I asked if I could run across the street to Walmart and I was told I had to move my truck. This is the second time this has happened. I left the merchandise on the counter after I paid for it.They can keep it.

Always clean and polite. Need to find out why they stopped selling Adams Peanut Butter at the Los Lunas store.Otherwise, its all good.

Cashier operator # 6821 is amazing. He listens and makes what could be complicated..easy by actively listening to what I needed done and being eager to help. Ive had this cashier before and his same enthusiasm showed from the prior. Kudos to this guy!!

Walmart Supercenter. Has lots of products, food, even car batteries and tires. Its like a one stop shop for all the staples.

This store is very clean and neat. The employees are very polite and helpful. The only thing I have a small problem with are the employees that are doing the pick up shopping.The carts they use are larger than the regular & electric carts and when these employees are filling these carts it isnt unusual for them to stop as soon as they find a product and this means they stop where they are even when theyre in the middle of an aisle which makes it difficult to try to get by.

Went to buy a tv that was listed as in stock and the kid told me it wasnt available, i had to get a manager for help, ridiculous customer service!

The store was not busy. I went in looking for 3 things. Since I do not shop at Walmart on a regular basis and didnt know the store layout I needed to walked the entire store; without being asked if I needed help. I was in the electronic department for over 20 minutes, 3 employees. One appeared to be a supervisor. I walked past them 4 times without being asked if I needed help. Yes I could have ask them but I wanted to see if they would do their job. I actually finally found what I was looking for in Electronics but it was locked and by this point I didnt want to interrupt the employees conversation. I never found the other 2 items, and I looked for them first! Everytime I go into this store it confirms why I only go there if I absolutely have to. Unfortunately not a lot of choice where I live.

So wonderful Walmart in Los Lunas is undergoing a major change and come to find out we are going to 100% self checkout that is really sad news that means it will take jobs away from people and I have no desire to check out my own groceries after Ive been at work all day

When to get my vaccine shot for covid-19. I was in and out, took less than 5 minutes. Arm was a little soar the next day. Everything was good.

I wont return to this store,the construction is a mess,the floors are uneven and not safe,IStumbled on a slippery part of the floor that was also wet, and caused me to Fall,Be careful and watch your step.

Ive visited this Walmart location a few times over the last few days. Each time its been pretty clean, and very well stocked. Most of the staff members have been fairly nice, and easy to work with. I honestly havent had any complaints as of yet.

The staff is nice, the people however.... ARE RUDE!!! I found many good deals. Only 2 complaints is they dont carry peach crush in 20 oz and no Honey mustard pretzels 😵 They do allow truck parking. Pulling the next personOnly two registers open and when I asked to call another checker she informed me after the 24th going to scan and go yourself. The another guy comes up and instead of pulling the next person in line he screams open on 1.

I had went here on Wednesday and ordered a chicken breast. The person who helped me give me a thigh. Then he told me, he went to culinary school and wanted to dispute about the chicken.The person that I bought the chicken for was upset because it was the wrong kind.The person that went to school needs to go back…🤭

Ever since they took the TAX OFF THE FOOD WALMART IS STEALING FROM THE PEOPLE THEY RAISE PRICES TO WHAT EVER FIT WALMART POCKET.

Had only 2 checkouts open and about 10 people in each line. Didnt like being force fed into self checkout.

Very good experience not as cluttered as the other Walmarts and staff was very friendly and items were very easy to find. Although I live in Albuquerque which is about 15 mi away its going to be my new regular spot to shop.

The store is less than a mile from a distribution center, however the shelves are always barren. This may be a pandemic related issue but when employees are seen just meandering the store and not breaking down the palletized goods...tells a different story. Wal-Mart is going to need to do more than just inventory control and customer control if they are going to compete with Amazon.

The best of all put some offers that leave you breathless

The people working in the Walmart, were very helpful, very awesome. I would of given them 5 stars, but only 75 people are allowed in the store including Walmart employees. I understand because of the Covid, but Ive tried to order online and theres no available pick up until a week from now, and while waiting for a little over an hour outside in line to go in, I didnt see any cars at the pick up parking spots to get orders made online. To me time is of the essence, with work, so online works for me, but consider spending a long time in line just getting groceries, necessity, etc, when shopping at this Walmart.

Very nice and friendly employees. I didnt realize that they were closing early and got there a half hour before. Despite this the store stayed open later and the employees were still very pleasant. I found almost everything I wanted. Very few choices when looking for King size sheets and no California King sheets. Im finding it very difficult to find Cal King anything!!!

You better lower your prices if I have to cash myself out.

Typical WM Supercenter serving a smaller community who has outgrown the store. For years weve needed at least one more supercenter in the village of area. Los Lunas. In order to best serve the rapidly growing customer base. Always backordering out of needful products. Two stores would work.

Its always a plus when they have truck parking. Able to walk my dog and pick up supplies for the road

Its good place to delivery. For 10 pallets took them 2.5 hours and if you get early you can park on the road before you make your last turn to the facility.

The people that work their are nice. Had problems at check out. It was a self check out and the machine wouldnt take money and had to use my card. Wish Walmart had more check out staff with shorter lines.

These Walmart DC always tries to unload you asap...delays might happen, but not always. Mexican Food truck always around, Weekdays and Sat, with very good clean food.

I asked for cash at self check, $40.00 got distracted and walked out and forgot it. An Angel of an employee named Charlene noticed sfter I had left and secured it. I returned over an hour later thinking it was going to be futile, but much to my surprise Charlene retrieved it from a secure area with my receipt. WOW!!! Gave me renewed hope in people.

Experience was great. The only exception to that is some lack of product, but for now thats ok!!

Just returned from MN to Tucson. Itwas 4 months in MN and Walmart Supercenter keeps the meat.dairy and veggies in good supply. They have bathrooms you can use. The handicap stall needed freshening & they did it right away.

As Americans we understand the severity of the current pandemic but not having to wait in line was very nice. And we were in and out in twenty minutes. The shelves were well stocked and it felt like Christmas seeing all the other customers shopping!

Most of the products that they have are damaged, this walmart doesnt have that much stuff, prices are also high
