Very impressed with this location. I purchased a new iPhone and Ben was very helpful and professional. No one was pushy or trying to up-sell products or services - which was appreciated. I did briefly work with another sales professional and they were very helpful as well.

I went in to see why my phone wasn’t turning on. I was harassed to purchase a new phone! Greg was very rude & disrespectful! He lied to me and tried to get me to buy a new phone. He didn’t try to plug it in to see if it was a charging issue. He just pushed me to upgrade my iPhone 11. I Left the store uncomfortable and went to ABQ. The ABQ location was great! They plugged it in and phone turned right on. I feel like Greg at the Los Lunas location has very shady selling tactics and I don’t appreciate being lied to. I will never return to this location in future. As a business owner and customer for 15 years I expect better! This was a horrible experience and terrible customer service.

Waste of time & money! We signed a 2 year contract & were given a price we thought was fair for 4 lines, after about a year, the bill drastically increased & we were told it was just extra fees in the contract ! Went In The store to talk to management about it & we ended up getting banned for “harassment” . They were unable to pull up our contract which we had signed ! We were also told we were going to receive a second iPhone for free but we were also being charged for it on the bill. Don’t come here folks! they just want money & they have no respect nor value customers!

Avoid this store at all costs....even to the point of changing carriers. I was given incomplete information when purchasing my new phones, Verizon failed to acknowledge or apply the discount SENT TO ME BY VERIZON that I had planned on using for my purchase and the tech. I worked with must have quit or gotten fired as he has not returned emails or phone calls. Buy a phone here and youre on your own!

What started off as a great experience quickly went downhill. You are just a sale to these people and dont think otherwise. Upgraded and bought new phones. We were talked into cases and accessories. One of the cases began falling apart not even 8 days later. Contacted representative we worked with and they said no problem, come on in and we will swap it out. I get there and am told no they are not going to swap it out. I was told it needed to go through manufacturer and I would have to pay additional shipping cost for the warranty replacement? Why in the world would I pay 2x for a case I just bought and falls apart within the exchange/refund policy of the actual store that sold it. Do not go here unless you are more than willing to be told something verbally but have something else physically done for you.**For those wondering- phones and accessories bought end of April**FYI- take a look below at all the generic comment/replies.

We knew what we wanted and they made our purchase go perfectly smooth. Even transferred everything from the old malfunctioning phone without a hitch!

Should be zero stars. Every time I come in I have a problem with this location ranging from misinformation, un educated in the process employees, to rudeness. Hate that I had to come again because of their mistake (4th time to try and fix issue bc every person does and knows different). Another note, phone case and screen cover purchased in May (persuaded) has had to be replaced 4x now due to it just falling apart/undone or cracking. I am not hard on the phone nor has it ever fallen

When arriving at the Verizon store I was greeted by Jacob. I discussed with him my need for upgrading my phone. As a person who knows very little about phones and technology he was amazingly kind and patient with me. He guided me through the process of picking out a phone that perfectly fits my needs. There was no pressure from him and he showed me a variety of phones that would suit me best. After choosing a phone, Jacob assisted me with setting the phone up transferring all my pictures, contacts, etc. so by the time I left I was set to go. I highly recommend this Verizon store. Ask for Jacob...hes the best! (Other employees in the store are also friendly as well, such as Ben). Great experience.

Really nice store but the same pressure tactics you get at any of these Wireless places. While they are doing things to make sure that you are protected from covid-19 during your visit, I couldnt get basic questions answered and as soon as they found out I wasnt there to purchase but for research they seemed generally uninterested.Ill be ordering my next phones online.

I switched this week to Verizon. I dreaded this change but it had to happen so I reluctantly went online and placed an order. It glitched and didn’t process so I decided to go into the new Verizon store in Los Lunas. I was met by Jose who immediately sat down and helped me get set up. I was in and out in 15 minutes. I then decided that since I’d had such a great experience I’d tell my husband and he switched too. I had to go back in and see Jose again and he was just as helpful and so so nice. My second visit was a lot more involved...adding a line and discounts needed etc but he was awesome. I’m super happy with my decision and Jose is a huge part of that. I will have to go back at least one more time to wrap up some things but I know he’ll take great care of me like always.

Went in to do an insurance claim for a damaged phone. Gave my work address and told sales rep to put my work places name and attn to myself. Thank you for not doing so ups deemed the package undeliverable, 4 days later now I have to drive to Albuquerque to get my package pretty sure the cost included overnight shipping

From the minute I walked into Verizon he greeted me with a smile, he answered all my questions and was super patient, and yes I was one of those people who asked a million questions!!! I love this place I always had to drive to Albuquerque to take care of my account and would be hard to find the time to go now I can go at lunch or even at break to talk about my account. Never been lied to and cheated in my life. Agree to price and on completion of sale no rebate given berated by staff. Staff away from these cheats and lying group. Reseller for Verizon. Also look at all reviews they are fake. 6 to 7 months ago. I don’t think they were even open yet they were still buliding

So glad theres a Verizon store here! Service was great, staff (Ben and Ryan) are always so polite and helped me pick a new device and answered all my questions with each visit! However, sometimes the store looks closed, but it isnt. Also, parking is a little tight with one entry way, but its manageable.

Very helpful service, I purchased a new phone last week but hadn’t backed up my old one in years, meaning it was going to take hours to upload my saved data to iCloud, Jacob (if I recall his name correctly), made sure my old phone was done uploading the following morning on his day off to let me know I was good to connect my new device to my old iCloud account. Very slow. I went on my lunch break. Just needed a new screen protector. I have the lifetime warranty. There were2 employees and 4 customers including me. 1 customer was just finishing up. I was customer #3. I waited my turn until 1 of the employees went out to the parking lot to visit with someone. When she returned I asked about helping me, she stated that she would be with me as soon as she was done. She left her customer to go outside, but she was making me wait. Needless to say I left. This is only the second time I have been into the store in Los Lunas and they are very, very, very slow!
