I buy a new phone, only work a month, iPhone 10 plus, and I went to the store thei said I can get a new phone!!! so I buy a another phone for almost 300 dlls !!!and my phone is not receiving messages, I have a business that depends on my phone, so I loose a lot of customers because they think that I dont care and the true was that my service is super bad., but that was not the worst wen I report this to the company they said that the only place that really can help was the store . make this short they call the police on me 😔because they feel not comfortable with me. Dont buy any phone here...

Great store with excellent service. Really good deals too. You get a free phone when you switch over from another carrier. Each unlimited plan is 50$ and that includes taxes and fees. Highly recommend it.

Sadly the representative and manager dont seem to know much English. Its a good store and they know their job but for me the language barrier is where my rating came up short.

Total waste of time bought phones on a smoking deal had problems with the multi-functioning of the phones they told us to call the call center call center would not help went back to them he wanted to downgrade us $100 phones instead of keeping us brand new phones to fix the problem with our phones thats worth $200 plus when youre on the phone the Internet wont work👎 we had a 6 day return policy but we were having problems with the phones after the 6 days we got ripped off move to a different carrier will not go back

It seems like they just like making you waste your time solve one problem with your phone service and the next day you get a new one because the manager didn’t notice what ever they did would create a bigger problem I admit they have a good service and some good deals but are they worth the hassle?
