Every time I go the gel nail polish shelves are never stocked. The regular polish is full but Im not shopping for regular polish. The staff is always nice, friendly, and helpful which is nice.

I usually dont do reviews unless i get horrible customer service and everyone there has great customer service but the manager i dont know her name but she seems to be oriental is the RUDEST Person with no customer service at all... every time i go trying to get any specials she gets so mad and puts every obstacle possible to try her best not to let me take the special.

The girl who helped me was very helpful and nice, Id give her 5 stars. I give the store itself 4 stars only because the inventory isnt as great as other Sallys stores. The stores in Abq have a bigger variety but maybe its because this store is relatively new.

I just called to ask simple question and to see if they had my red that I liked in stock and the lady who answered was very rude and not helpful at all. She said Id have to go to see if they had my red in stock. I dont live close to this Sallys so Im not going to waste my gas to go see if they have what I want in stock when then can stop being lazy and go look for the brand and color. Very disappointed.

Went in there with my husband and had a really bad experience. Being that its a new store we were looking around and the lady in the front insinuated we were trying to steal when my husband approached the scissor section which was right by her. Later the same week we saw a post on fb that she had done the same to another person. Its a new store people are gonna go look around to see what you have to offer. My husband is a barber and was looking forward to having a Sallys close by but we will be shopping at a different store.

The employees and manager of this store are very unprofessional and seem to know nothing about the beauty products they sell. RUDE customer service. Such a sh*tty store with sh*tty employees. This place is a joke. Would’ve gave it no stars if possible.

Customer service sucks! Comments like turn off the heater while another employee said, what about the customers? and the other one says, theyre not in here all day. Saying this loud enough for everyone to hear. When questioned about a price, arguing with the customer is NOT what youre suppose to do. Ive been in customer service for 22 years. DESTINYS ATTITUDE SUCKS!
