I had came here in hopes I could get new hubcaps for my car. I hit a curb going fast and it cracked one of them on one of my tires. I was disappointed to learn they don’t sell hubcaps. I was able to get 3 new tires on my car after close inspection, and was happy that I did. It was a pretty good deal. However, during installment, my other hubcap on my car got broken. So now I have two tires with cracked hubcaps. I know the other one wasn’t cracked because of course I had closely looked at all my hubcaps to figure out what size and brand I needed to replace them with. That’s my only complaint that I went in there for new hubcaps, they didn’t have them, and one of my other hubcaps got cracked in the process of it all. You can’t beat the good price I paid for THREE new tires. The guys who work there seemed friendly and patient.

Great customer service even though They ordered the wrong size of tires I needed for my Durango. I called today to get the right size ordered. Im going to give give stars if they come through with the right size of tires. Isaac is the name of the person who helped me correct the order. Cant remember the guys name that ordered them originally.Edit, I came back and had my new tires on in an hour. They were the right size! Great job.

Discount Tire is the best. I had a nail in the outside edge of my tire and because I had provided a warranty for it oh, the tire was replaced for free. This gives me worry free Care on my tires of my vehicles which is one of the most important parts of a vehicle. I will continue to use discount tires for a long time.

I have always come here for new tires and flat repairs. Buy tires, get the warranty and youre good to go. I have been out of state on a few occasions and needed repairs, luckily Discount is everywhere and that warranty applies to every Discount store you visit.

Went there for a possible nail problem and they showed me tire wear issues I wasnt even aware of but could clearly see ! They said I probably had an alignment problem, got me some better then stock all terrains and an alignment scheduled at Big-O tomorrow for my Ram in Los Lunas. Very pleased 😀

We ordered our tires online. The store didnt have them in stock, so they had them delivered and called us as soon as they received them to set up an appointment.They were VERY busy when I arrived for my appointment. Im not sure if it was because it was the day after a holiday or if this location is always busy, but I definitely recommend making an appointment if possible so you dont end up waiting too long.They were a bit behind schedule and the shop was a bit chaotic, but they prioritized us because we had an appointment and did a great job taking care of us. We will definitely be back!

Very Poor Customer Service. Husband went inside to get info/pricing on tires, nobody helped him the entire time he was in there waiting. There was another man in there who stated that he had been there for a very long time and had still not been helped. Do better Discount. Greet your customers and offer assistance. If busy, acknowledge other customers waiting to assure their time is valued.

I honestly felt like a Karen the day I went in because I went in like 20 or 30 minutes before closing time. But I had a giant nail in my tire and it was getting flat fast. However, this place was so awesome to go to for new tires!! They helped me right away! Their customer service was great! Great business! We use strictly this location for all our wheel needs, though in the past I have used other locations when I lived elsewhere, but those were just like this one. They are honorable and will not try to upsell, or add on additional services or products without first consulting and advising you. Their mechanics do quality work, and are very fast considering the volume of work they receive. All of the employees, mechanics and managers, are considerate, knowledgeable, and efficient. They are helpful, even when we had issues with one of our TPMS sensors; they didnt jump to replace it, instead they tried to diagnose what was wrong, which turned out it just needed to be re-synced to the computer. As a side note, it may seem silly and unnecessary, but we live in the country and frequently get objects in our tires. Therefore, I strongly advise getting warranties on any tires from them, cause then when you get a leaking or flat tire all you have to do is bring the tire or vehicle in and they will quickly either patch or replace the tire free of cost except for the new warranty on the new tire. Within 15 minutes youre back on the road and secure in mind that youre not going to be stranded somewhere. The only down side of them is they are not open Sundays, and for some reason my problems all seem to occur on Sunday. But that is no fault of theirs, just an inconvenience for me.

Set an appt. to get 4 new tires for a 2013 Kia Soul. They had to special order the set of tires which arrived next day. I arrived for my appt. a little late, but the staff took great care of my car. Fast service with a lifetime maintenance guarantee on all four tires was included.

I’m not one who usually leaves reviews but I feel this one needs to be done.Yesterday I went to discount tire at 11:50 am & checked in. I was told someone would be with me in 10-15 minutes, I waited over a hour and a half before someone came to even look at my tires. Johnathan helped me and was so kind & helpful. He told me to come back at 2:15 pm and everything would be done by 3 pm. (I needed one tire changed). I went home and got my toddler and came back and was there by 2:10 pm. I walked in and asked what to do, the employee Preston told me to bring in my keys or I could leave them in the car. I brought them in. By 2:50 my car hadn’t even been glanced at (this didn’t make me mad because they were SWAMPED) so I went up to the employee Preston (who had been answering the phone saying “thanks for calling discount this is...” and used at least five different names... with a room full of customers, unprofessional) and asked when my car was going to be started on, and I just didn’t want to be at discount tire for four hours, since I was on hour three. He proceeded to tell me “well you weren’t even here on time so..” I was in fact on time, five minutes early. He also told me I hadn’t been there for four hours. Which is what I told him, he then says “okay well you don’t have to yell at me” and it wasn’t his fault that the car wasn’t done when I was late. (I’m a nursing student and actually rushed through a test before I came back to discount to make sure I was early because how busy they were) I didn’t raise my voice at all, and was extremely embarrassed considering there were other people in the building. He walked out & I went up to Jesus who is the assistant manager, I explained how unacceptable it was that Preston just talked to me the way he did and how unprofessional it was for him to be answering the phone saying his name was all these different names. Jesus is the only reason I’m giving this four stars, he was so kind to me & went out of his way to make it right which he did not have to do. My family definitely won’t be returning to this discount tire, but I am happy that the manager cares about his customers & looking professional, even though his employee doesn’t care about the way the business looks.To add to that, after Preston came back in and helped another customer he was extremely rude to a man who was just trying to understand his options, it’s super unfortunate that people who may not understand the tire business and what they should choose are treated like idiots.

They have always been honest with me about prices and quality, and never tried to sell me a more expensive brand when they knew there was a brand for cheaper with equal quality. Had a tire that was low. I have used Discount Tire in the past and decided to try them again. David greeted me and directed me to put my car in #3 . It was discovered that the tire had a slow leak, it was also discovered that it was the same tire that was fixed last year. Not only did they provide me with a new tire but I was NOT charged. Cant beat a Company that honors its promise . I am so very proud and grateful for their honestly, professialism, and prompt service. I will definitely purchase my next set of tires. Rolled up as they opened and was told it would take 15 minutes to check a slow leak in my tire I bought here. Took 2 hours.Will still return.

The locked lug on my wheel was only hand tightened and it came off 5 days later. Luckily found it bouncing around in hub cap. I had to tighten it up on the side of the road. Nice they obeyed COVID safety but didnt regard my road safety.

Great experience quick and courteous service.Had a slow leak in a front tire, even though the TPS system said it was in the rear.The technicians showed me that a delaminating factory chrome wheel was the cause of the slow leak. Tire and valve was ok.The leak was repaired, the TPS sensors were reset and I was down the road in less than an hour from arrival.No charge cuz we purchased the tires at this location!Thank you Discount Tire!(And I apologize for my poor name memory, I cannot call out the names of the folks who were so nice.)

I have been coming to Discount Tire in Los Lunas for over 10 years. They never fail to provide excellent customer service. My most recent trip to get new tires installed was a bit different due to covid guidelines and safety measures, but was still treated great. One of my wheels had a slight issue with the lug nuts not being tightened down properly, and ended up almost losing a tire. I called to file a complaint, and was not only treated with respect, the manager himself took the time and came to my home to address the issue, offered a sincere apology and replaced all 4 of the rims and lugs on each stem even though there was only minimal damage to a single lug. Will definitely continue to use them for my tire needs.

It happens all the time. I make an appointment and they still take an hour to 2 hours. They’re barely friendly and make excuses constantly. Hate this place

I love discount but i cannot stand this one.. these guys are seriously the laziest bunch... i go to get my waranteed tire patched and they go and tell me the nail didnt go through and they tested it in water to see if it leaked so i go home and its flat in the morning... the nail i told them about is still there

Tms light came on we checked and aired the tires up ourselves but light didnt go off.. Discount tire checked and aired up all the tires guess our gauge was off, very friendly, and quick, didnt even have to get out of the car and no more TMS light!

This place messed up my rims! I dont know if they rushed the service because it was crowded but they could have done a better job. One of my lug nut caps is missing and the nuts are stripped. They didnt clean the rims before they put on new tires. I wouldnt recommend this place. Discount Tires is a good company but just not this location.

The crew at this Discount tire are well trained. They make it a point to respect the most valuable commodity. Your time. The time estimate for completion is accurate. Their customer service is top notch as well. If you have any aspect of your purchase that is unsatisfactory, the manager is Chris and he genuinely wants to hear why. I had an issue, we talked, he took care of it. Simple as that. What more could you ask for?

Usually I am happy going here . BUT the most recent time was bad..they caused damage and even the they did pay to fix it they didnt compensate me for driving there for no reason or for the long drive to Albuquerque...i was expecting better treatment...sigh

I would leave zero stars if it was an option...I booked a tire balance and rotation for my Lexus GS350 with Discount Tire in Los Lunas. Was told that the tires needed to be replaced. Deeply regret ever allowing any service centre work on my car except a Lexus service centre, but went ahead and had Discount Tire install $1000 worth of new tires. What could go wrong...I thought. After the work was done, I drove my vehicle off the lot all the while hearing that my exhaust now sounds way louder than usual. I brought my car to Discount Tire with a quiet exhaust, and ended up leaving with my exhaust broken at the merge pipe. Broken!! Not rusted through...broken!! SOMETHING catastrophic happened to my vehicle’s exhaust at Discount Tire. Perhaps they lowered the car down onto a jack??!! I have no idea what they did, but they DID SOMETHING. A claim was filed to try and recoup the $3000.00 worth of damages to have my exhaust replaced, but the claim was denied because Discount Tire’s insurance adjuster told me that I couldn’t provide enough proof that they were indeed responsible...even though I had Lexus take pictures of the damage. It was Discount Tire’s word over mine. I will NEVER take my vehicle back to this centre ever again and I will not hesitate to warn people not to go there. I’m so angry and disappointed. If you ever take your vehicle to this place, please video the entire service on your car. I wish I would have...in the end...a new set of tires at Discount Tire cost me $4000.00.

Chris is awesome with Discount. I was able to get my Corvette and my Ranger done at a reasonable price with no issues at all. I even sent my father down for tires on his Toyota and he called me a happy camper. I will continue to buy from discount at this positive rate of customer service.

Awesome service! Manager Chris and his Team covered all the right bases, gave me good options and recommendations. Bagged old tires in bags because I wanted them. They even power wire brushed lug studs! I havent seen that often in a tire shop! The lug nuts wont be seized up next time. The tires balanced out great, no more shaking! Cant go wrong at Los Lunas Discount Tire!

I have bought a bunch of tires in my lifetime, but this time it was excellent. This place was hopping busy but they were patient with their customers while assuring everyone waiting that they would be right with them....and they were. While I waited I watched an employee being very patient, understanding, and helpful to an older gentlemen who was hard of hearing. I watched them deal with a variety of customers needing a variety of service and they were professional and mindful.Plenty of places to sit while waiting with coffee and cold water available. They did a great job on my truck and I 100% recommend this shop! I was offered a veterans discount just because I had veteran plates on my truck....I was a happy customer before that but that certainly put it over the top for me. Great place and I will be back.

I have been taking my business to Discount tire since day one of owning a vehicle. Great service and very professional environment, I noticed a older lady walk in thinking discount was a mechanical shop, one of discounts employees was being extremely patient with her trying to explain to her discount is purely a wheel and tire shop not a mechanical shop. The discount employee was very kind with here and helped point her in the right direction to go get her car worked on mechanically. Most places would of just told her we do not do that and ignored her. On a side note it is very easy to make a appointment online as well.
