This store is amazing - the selection is always changing so you have to make sure you go again and again to find new treasures. The service is always great there and I really feel like a welcome customer whenever I go. I would recommend Black Cat Hats to anyone looking for a unique hat, a wardrobe staple, or a special gift.

Went in to get a beach hat. I have zero experience buying hats and was helped with much care and a personalised experience. Learnt a little about palm leaf hats and got something that fits well.

First time buying a nice hat. The lady was great, helpful and her advice was spot on.

Amazing shop!! Not only does she treat my 92 year old Grandma like a Queen, but she took the time to try on at least 15 hats with me before I found the perfect one. Absolutely beautiful and the best hat I’ve ever owned. Wonderful business!

Great little hat boutique. More selection in the womens side than the mens, but they do have hats for all. Also carry some accessories like socks and costume jewelry.

Black Cat Hats has a very good selection of all kinds of hats. I had a hard time finding which kind I wanted because they had such a broad selection. But the very friendly service I received help steer me in the right direction. Aileen and her associate were very nice and helpful. It made my experience much better. I told them I was on a motorcycle so they even boxed it up for me! You might find cheaper online, but you will never receive this type of service over the Internet. I definitely recommend checking them out.

Such a great store with a selection that is extensive and constantly updating. The service from Melissa and Aileen is stellar and you can go back time and time again for really amazing treasures. Would give 6 stars if I could.
