Today was the first time that I visited Moonstone Metaphysical, and MAN!!! I love this store. The young lady who helped me was phenomenal in her knowledge of the crystal and what each stood for!! I told her that I had a budget and she tried to keep in my budget but then I found this little gem! The Blue Topaz ring which promotes harmony and relaxation! I love it and cant wait to visit this store again!

I stopped in here on a whim and was delighted by the variety of crystals and gems available. There are also tons of different kinds of candles and many books, and the shopkeeper was extremely friendly and helpful. She helped me pick out two beautiful rings from their selection and was very patient with my waffling. The ambiance of the shop was very pleasant, and it smelled like incense. I will definitely be back here to pick up more crystals and candles!

OMG! This shop is so beautiful! I was there for hours just soaking up the positive energy. The person working was so kind and patient with all of the customers and it was really busy. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of all the crystals and how well priced they were compared to most places. I was looking for a special hard to find crystal and they had it (large golden healer)!! Super excited and already cant wait to go back

My favorite shop! Its like walking into a crystal museum or gallery. So many beautiful things and at surprisingly low/good prices compared to similar items sold elsewhere. The staff is informed, friendly, and very helpful.

Moment you walk inside, you feel the zen! You can find incense, stones, gemstones, etc. Pricing ranging from a gemstone at $10 up to hundreds so you can find anything your heart desires.The store does a great job practicing social distancing allowing only a few people in the store at a time. The door is locked and managed base on capacity.The staff is friendly and doesnt mind you asking to look at the items in the shelves.

I walked into this store looking for a journal to write in. I love metaphysical stores and all the spiritual things inside them. It is typically a place of high vibrational energy, but this store was not. As soon as I walked in through the front door, the woman working asked me to put my mask over my nose. Terrible customer service. There was no “hello, welcome to my store, can I help you?” Just, put your mask on properly, including over your nose. I have trauma and PTSD with things preventing my breathing and this made my experience in the store one of stress and anxiety. The woman working was very unwelcoming. Felt like she didn’t want me in there. Where is the customer service? I chose not to give the store my money and will never be returning.My response to her response- I understand government mandates. I am saying you didnt speak to me nicely. You did not greet me or make me feel welcomed/comfortable. That is your job. That is customer service. Something you apparently struggle with now that I am reading previous reviews. Shame on you.

It’s an amazing store with great products, just don’t expect friendly staff. At least that what my experience. I walked in looking for a candle they had in one of the Google pictures from the store. I was in a bit of a hurry because i needed to go to work right after. I walk in and the guy working was organizing a shelf. I was the only customer in the store at this time. I asked about the specific candle I was looking for and he didn’t bother to turn around or try to help, told me he didn’t know what I was talking about and that was it. Didn’t try to help me find it or anything. Not a big deal, he’s busy. I ask if there’s other candles in the store and still doesn’t bother to look up just says “yea over there” without even pointing or anything, just still doing what he’s doing. I look around and still couldn’t find the candle. I go back and show him a picture of the candle which seems to frustrate him. He told me they didn’t have those. When I asked for a similar product, he still didn’t want to help. I finally find something I liked and go up to the register. I put my items on the counter, he gives me a total then immediately walks away and starts being VERY helpful with another customer and answering ALL of their questions. He didn’t even take my card, didn’t say he’d be right back, just completely left me there with the items on the counter waiting. I felt like I didn’t even exist at that point. After waiting for sometime while he was being very helpful with someone else, I ended up leaving without any items. If it was busy or almost closing time I would get it but I was literally the only person in the store and got ZERO help. I wasn’t trying to be needy, just wanted to be given options. I hope it’s an isolated incident. I avoid buying online to help local spots but I’m definitely not returning. I really wanted to return because they had an amazing selection of several items. Learn some customer service sir, simply acknowledging that your customers exists goes a long way. I had questions and that’s why I went to a local store instead of the cheaper online route.

Need to get stoned?Its what we in the Gem Biz(GBiz) call the act of purchasing precious gems and stones... actually, I just made that up.. However, my 2020 resolution is to get it to catch on. Youll definately want to shop here. The positive energy is so thick you can cut it with a knife.The shop owner will prove to be a friendly and informed source for those unsure or new to any of the information. Backed by an impressive variety of liteture and diverse grouping of gems/stones.If you follow the town of Los Gatos @townoflosgatos you can find helpful information like Holiday Events and Complimentary Valet... trust me youll want to use it.

I went into the store looking for some unique crystals and was delighted to be greeted by a beautiful husky. The gal working was quite knowledgeable with stones. Definitely a fun store to stop in in youre looking for a unique item!

Owner just reopened due to the Rona. She very knowledgeable. She has the most comprehensive collection of candles, crystals and stones even fossils! Everything you need for ceremonies. This is my new go to spot.

Beautiful store ... I just really wasnt feeling the vibe here. I got in trouble for not immediately using the unmarked hand sanitizer upon entry lol. Kind of intense for a metaphysical shop. The sanitizer was gross . Kinda killed the mood really by bringing fear into a crystal shop. The energy was a lil off here. Oh well

This store is fine. it is a little over priced and i felt rushed with the experience.

Very kind and knowledgeable staff. Very Covid safe with hand sanitizer at the door which you are required to use upon entering. They keep it very aafe and very clean. Great selection of gem stones and other metaphysical needs.

The store is really cool. Its full of beautiful crystals and cool items. I love being positive and hate negative reviews. But the way I was treated was not right ......Im giving this store a one star rating because I was treated UNFAIRLY.The minute I walked in the store this women who works there wanted to argue with me.She has dark hair. She has a cold personality. I went into the store to look at the crystals and necklaces.I needed to wash my hands first. So as my husband and I went into the moonstone store, I asked immediately if they had a bathroom to wash my hands. I happened to touch a piece of clothing from another store that had a stain on it. I got really grossed out.The lady said no. But she said that there is a bathroom next door. So I ended up going across the street to wash my hands.After I washed my hands, my husband and I went back into the moonstone store. The lady looked at me and said in a demanding voice. You must sanitize your hands or ware gloves. I looked at her and said, dont you remember me.Im the one that came in to this store and asked if she has a restroom to wash my hands.I showed her my hands. I told her that I already washed them. I showed her my hands two times. My hands were wet and had soap on them still. I told her that I cant use hand sanitizer because I get eczema. I get really dry cracked hands that bleed from using sanitizer.She looked at me and said argumentatively, dont you know that were in the middle of a pandemic. The government will shut us down. I was wearing a face mask. She said that this is serious. She said that she was not there to see me wash my hands.She told me that I have to use the hand sanitizer or wear gloves.I put on gloves. I tried to look around in the store but I felt intimidated and attacked. She was so confrontational. I told her that it is bad customer service to treat a customer this way.The lady did not leave me alone in the store.I asked her to give me space because she was making me feel very uncomfortable and nervous. I told her that she was making me feel uncomfortable. She just stared at me. She said that she is 5 feet away from me.She stood at the glass case in the store and would not leave me alone. I felt really nervous. I asked about the necklaces. I left the store. She treated me like a criminal.

Lovely metaphysical shop, especially when I live down the street. I only wish the prices werent so high.

Quality candles made by Susan Diamond. Her Florida Water headlights burn for 8 hours! Nice selection of statuary covering varied traditions. Good selection of books. Nice jewelry...but a tad pricey. Great selection of quality stones for low price.Go. Youll be glad you did.

Went there with my sister and found the place had a ton of really cool stuff. We also met Bridget who was a big help and also really smart and funny. Outstanding customer service from her, will return for more cool crystals, and the hopes to see Bridget again. 10/10

The store is absolutely wonderful and inviting.Bridget is BEYOND incredible! She is so knowledgeable, sweet, charming, and charismatic.I cant wait to come back to the shop.

***Update: I just wanted to update my review to include how impressed I am with their Covid procedures. I feel both safe and welcome here. I find it disheartening how some customers are impatient and uncooperative with small business owners regarding such things. We are so very lucky to have businesses such as this. The occasional line due to social distancing is there because its an amazing shop. Well worth any wait.This store is beautiful! I love the new location.The quality and diversity of the crystals, stones, and jewelry here is the best Ive ever seen!I have interacted with everyone that works here and they have all been super helpful, friendly, and professional. The owner is very knowledgable, she even has a book coming out next year on crystals. Sasha (the dog) is the best.I am also always surprised at the great prices. Dont let the Los Gatos address fool you you into thinking its expensive. Compare, youll see.What I love most about this shop is there is something for everyone, even if you are not metaphysically inclined. I buy all my gifts here, candles, massage oils, books, statues, they carry Woodstock chimes (the best), and even have kids stuff and dog toys! I love it here.

I came in here today because Enchantions in Campbell was closed. The store was beautiful and ambient! Completely different than that of Universal Connections; where you occasionally get the rude owner there. Also the clerk/cashier named Bridget was super chill and easy to talk to. She was knowledgeable on most subjects and even reserved a book for me until this coming Friday.This store carries an (mainly) abundance of crystals/stones, essential oils, candles and metabooks. 10/10 this was worth the drive and I will come back. A solid recommendation.*Its located across the vitality bowls entrance if you get lost when listening to Google maps for walking.

Beautiful little store with a lot of pretty crystals and figurines to look at. My 9 yr old daughter had a great time looking at all the dragon and fairy figurines.
