The staff was great and all however this location charges $2.75 to send an email to them to print out a label lmao….. to the store owner, are you really that greedy that you must charge every person the price of a small box just to send an email to your servers? Pretty pathetic in my opinion, but then again it is Los Banos. Just moved here from Los Angeles and there is not one location that has that charge. Ridiculous.
This place is extremely well staffed and efficient. Immediate drop off even with a half dozen others inside.
I always appreciate the friendly, thorough service at this store, but I noticed 2/3 employees working there that were not wearing their masks properly (masks did not cover their nose completely). Please be considerate of others, including yourself, and wear it properly; We are still in a pandemic.
I wanted to express my sincere appreciation and received great customer service each and every time I enter the store. I printed the wrong labels and didn’t realize it until I was home. I called the store and Angela was very helpful and showed concern. I returned to store today and was helped with excellent customer service. I printed the correct Free People labels. I don’t know the name of the person who helped me today but she was professional and kind.Thanks UPS,Happy customer.
I had a few misunderstandings when I was trying to ship a package to Canada. I was given incorrect information that delayed my package so I called the store and was called back by the manager Stephanie who was made aware of the issue and immediately began researching what happened and even took time off her weekend to make sure my package would arrive safely. She was very kind and patient. Koodos to her For all her help! I will definitely use The UPS store again!

Came in to make copies wasnt sure how to work machine so asked a worker they told me how to do it instead of show me. Then more and more people came in and asked for help still and was told to wait while helping other people that I was there beforehand. The store got busy and seemed like there was too many people in the store at once I had someone even brush up against me to get by. I continued to ask for help then finally someone showed me but was quick about it then I still had a question and they seemed annoyed. So I just said forget it and figured it out myself. I then said out loud its ok ill be leaving a review, and then workers were trying to be helpful but this experience was more stressful than it needed to be. Were in a pandemic please limit the amount of people in a small space at once would be helpful.
I never really had a problem with a UPS store before. I’ve been to this store 3 times in the past 2 months. System was “down” to process amazon returns? No clue how that works, they just had to take my package?... please retrain employees on this subject. Thank you

I have been using UPS for most of my shipping and receiving for the last 3 years.Stephanie and her crew do a great job. They always try to do above and beyond what I ask for.They are very efficient and very helpful. They also do printing as well as photo editing. I hope we get more U.P.S. offices here in town. I believe it would make things alot easier for individuals and businesses that depend on shipping and recieving to pay the bills.I highly recommend them!

Now that my overnight package has been lost for more than 2 weeks I am now getting the run around from Stephanie - the UPS investigation has ended and now Im supposed to receive a refund for the cost of shipping but of course no return phone calls.UPS says I have to deal with the franchise owner.Great now I raise hell to get my money back.Use this store at your own risk! 😠
I just want to say one word: fantastic! We forgot our passports in s.francisco and we were in tour through California Nevada and Arizona. Stephanie helped us to organize a shipping from S. Francisco to Las Vegas and she monitorized with great professionality the whole shipping until we got owr passaports in owr hotel. Great!!!

The staff is usually polite to ship stuff back and other packaging services. i went to order invitations for my daughters party, and unfortunately i got helped by this horrid woman who just gave me constant attitude and even had the nerve to roll her eyes at me as i asked her questions. without a doubt worst service i have ever received, anywhere, never recommending them or going back its a shame they have employees like her. Dont go to UPS for any invitation purposes
Im a regular and have a mail box here. The staff goes out of the way to help. If they are not busy, they see me coming and pull my mail out of the box for me.Their business is increasing, so that means more staff and occasionally getting in line for service. But everyone is friendly and nearly all the staff also speaks Spanish.Angela and Stephanie are knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Anyone having a problem with them, is probably just wrong.
In my opinion this store has set the standard for hospitality and efficiency not to mention theyre constant support of local events and collection for families in need. I wouldnt do businesses anywhere else.
Just went in there for information about a package i have not received and Angela was as rude as can be. If you dont like your job quit dont go off on other people. Its not our fault
Ive been going to ups for 6 yrs now yes so.etimes its busy but I expect that at a place like this!my wait isnt to long!what I really like is that the ower(stephanie)addresses the problems with the staff when she hears about rudeness or treated unfairly!that shows me she doesnt approve of that and wants her store to be better!some bosses dont do that they let there employees do whatever!good job stephanie!we all have bad days but when your at work leave it at home!Im sure when they applied they were doing cartwheels!!lol!but stephanie keep up the good work and your store will be a place talk about for any ups matters!5 stars just for wanting and addressing the the bad situations stephanie!
10/1/2015 came in with a Xbox one to mail out I was greeted by Karrissa who helped me select a proper size box, Karrissa even helped me print out my shipping label and package it when she was done with my package, it looked clean and professionally packaged, I strongly suggest that her boss should maybe give her a raise and after my awesome experience at The UPS Store come to find out I was suppose to be at FED EX I was even given the address how awesome is that
